Die Hotelanlage ist grosszügig angelegt, Gäste trifft man im Frühstückssaal ansonsten ist es sehr leer, das ganze wirkt steril und es mangelt an Gemütlichkeit, die Zimmer sind gross und funktional, leider sind die Zimmertüren nicht wirklich schallisoliert, so dass man heimkommende Gäste sehr gut hört. Die Artikel im Badezimmer ok, mehr aber nicht. Bademäntel ausgefranst, die Wäsche ist zwar sauber, riecht aber nicht besonders. Die Lüftung im Bad leider auch kaputt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, dies ist ein Highlight, leider das obligate Radio kaputt und für nichts zu gebrauchen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück präsentiert sich passabel, auch hier eher langweilig und nicht wirklich gepflegt. Im Fitnessstudio hat es genügend Geräte, leider wird hier nicht so sehr auf Desinfektion gesetzt, nirgends ein Hinweis, die Geräte nach dem Gebrauch auch selbstständig zu reinigen. Da der Fussballclub Lecce hier trainiert, gibt es auch Security, die einem jeweils stoppt, kommt man in die falsche Richtung, wer ist hier nun Gast?

Golf Grosse, schöne Zimmer. Sehr ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal. TV keine int.Kanäle. Bettwäsche nur wöchentlicher Wechsel Restaurant keine A**osphäre und sehr ungemütlich hallend Spa nur für vorgeschriebe Zeiten möglich, somit gingen wir nicht, bin im Urlaub und will keine Termine

Very isolated nothing nearby. The restaurant dinner was extremely poor the staff very unobliging Breakfast ok. No help from the hotel to get to the village nearby saying a taxi would be $49 euro to go 2 km. Golf course ok. Room has no soap and they don’t have any to give you water and amenities not replenished Our room was very comfortable and spacious

WHAT A DISAPPOIN**ENT WITH ALL ITS AMENITIES THIS HOTEL COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER. MANY PARTS OF THE PROPERTY ARE UNKEPT, MANAGEMENT POOR, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TOWELS IF NOT RETURNED AND ROOM TOWELS CHANGED ONLY AFTER 2 DAYS. SERVICE POOR OVERALL AND MANAGEMENT PRESENCE IS NON EXISTENT. THE MANAGER ANGELO DI LORENZO OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND. DOES’NT UNDERSTAND HIS ROLE AND SEEMS NOT TO CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS . THE BEACH COMPANY ULTIMASPIAGGI IS A DISASTER , OVERCROWDED AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE . THE GOLF COURSE LACKS CARE AND ATTENTION, IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER . CLUB HOUSE VERY RUN DOWN .

We had a great time at this Golf Resort & Spa hotel. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Service and hospitality were great. It was a very warm welcoming which made us feeling like coming home. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Golf Club and return was perfect and made it very relaxing to start a nice round of Golf. The team at the Golf Club was also very friendly and welcoming. It was very comfortable that you can book the green fee (and anything else you spent at the Club) on your room. The area around the hotel was very quiet which we enjoyed very much. The village Acaya is 2 min. by car with nice trattorias. For us it was a fantastic week to relax and to play a few rounds of Golf.

We stayed at this property for 7+ days and enyoyed it as a base for exploring the Salento region, foremost Lecce and the coastline. The room was spacious, the area is quiet and yes, you need a car to get around. Breakfast was fine except that the brakfast room is quite large and in the rush hour it can be quite noisy!

Great renovations done to the hotel (have been here 2 years ago) and my biggest hobbies were all catered for: food, service, golf, beach and training. Besides my hobbies the room was perfect, large and comfortable. In particular the large breakfast buffet was a joy and the way Italians still know how to treat you at dinner, not just throw a buffet at you. The course is not easy, lovely challenge.
