Hotel in itself was decent, but the restaurant was an absolute horror! Food was old, over cooked, and disgusting! Meat and cheese for the breakfast buffet was put there the night before and just stood there at room temperature until morning! It's an okay place to stay but avoid the restaurant at all costs!

I was in the region on a bike touring holiday and the Grand Hotel Principe was a perfect resting place for a night. A warm welcome by the staff, very comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast and dinner with house-made local Piemontese specialties was excellent. The pool and garden were also very relaxing. Thank you!

Idéalement situé : a 200-300m des remontées mécaniques, en face d’une boutique de location et juste a ＜400m des rues ou se trouvent les commerces et restaurants. Tout se fait a pieds ! Personnel courtois qui prend le temps de vous renseigner. Sauna au rdc. Local a ski bien pratique. Literie confortable. Petit dejeuner super copieux.

Fantastico! Ho soggiornato cinque giorni con la mia famiglia in mezza pensione. La struttura in sé molto curata e in linea con lo stile di montagna , a 20 metri dalla funivia che porta agli impianti sciistici e con il negozio per il noleggio degli sci accanto. Camere molto belle, confortevoli, spaziose e pulite. Cene molto abbondanti, con cibo di qualità e con ampia selezione di vini ad un ottimo prezzo . Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo ECCELLENTE. Nota di merito va sicuramente al personale, sempre cordiale e sorridente, e sempre ben disposto nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Torneremo sicuramente!

Non più grand hotel e nemmeno 4 stelle, bisognerebbe nel sito essere più sinceri, perché il ricordo che avevamo di questo hotel e la descrizione del sito risalivano al 2017. Camere pulite indubbiamente, ma ridotte all'essenziale e poi il punto dolentissimo : il ristorante non si può definire con culinaria tipica piemontese, no, no, no, in realtà equivale a una tavola calda, sempre uguale e anonima nelle offerte. Personale che serve al tavolo volonteroso, ma spesso pasticcione, con l'unica luminosa eccezione di Anna, che ringraziamo. Se qualche anno fa il soggiorno valeva il costo, ora non è più così. Tristezza per una location che ci piaceva tanto e nella quale non ritorneremo.

Hotel elegante, camere spaziose, servizi igienici belli e puliti. Buono servizio pulizie camere, palestra massaggi e piscina tutto ok. Ottima la prima colazione ricca e abbondante, sia dolce che salato. Prodotti di qualità. Disastro la cucina. 5 scelte di primo e 5 di secondo più buffet e dolce, delle quali 3 scelte a pranzo e cena sempre e ribadisco sempre uguali tutti i giorni. Quindi solo 2 scelte a pranzo e cena. Pietanze immangiabili, pasta stracotta, carne completamente cruda polpo dal sapore bruciato e persino i dolci tipo bunet e tarte tatin sbagliati nella preparazione. Dovessi tornare mi assicurerei in primis che non ci sia più questo chef stagione 2023.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia per qualche giorno, struttura molto bella , e curata sia all' interno che all esterno, molto pulita , abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante , servizio veloce e piatti buoni . Camere spaziose e pulite e molto bella la vista montagna!

Ho trascorso qui una decina di giorni con i miei anziani genitori per sfuggire alla calura della pianura: avevamo bisogno di una struttura curata e tranquilla, senza grandi barriere architettoniche, dove poter trascorrere il tempo piacevolmente anche senza uscire e abbiamo raggiunto l’obiettivo. L’albergo è ben tenuto, molto pulito, ha un bel giardino, non estesissimo ma molto verde e alberato, cosicché si può sempre scegliere fra ombra e sole; la piscina è dotata di tutti i confort e gli ospiti sono accuditi con cura (viene anche offerta la merenda!). Un altro punto di forza è dato dal fatto che volendo ci si può muovere per l’intera struttura senza incontrare un solo scalino. Uniche note negative: la cucina, la cui qualità spiace dirlo è mediocre, e il fatto che le due stanze, benché di pari categoria e prezzo, non fossero in realtà confrontabili (una dotata di un bel bagno luminoso e bene arredato, l’altra mansardata - bernoccolo! - e col bagno piccolo e cieco).

Eccellente struttura che frequento abitualmente da molti anni con la mia famiglia. Ottima posizione e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piacevoli pomeriggi estivi nella piscina immersa nel verde.
