Vägglöss på hotellet. Extremt smutsigt. Total brist på respekt mot gästerna. Inget bra kundbemötande, kommunikation eller ärlighet. Manipulerar med fakta. Dumförklarar en 1. BED BUGS in the hotel. We had bed bugs in our room and hotel administration did not wanted to do anything about it and completely ignored us. We had to turn to our travel agency to get help with the problem. Moreover, the hotel knew about bed bugs in our room before our visit, because when some random people from hotel (clearly a guy from reception and a guy from cleaners with the vacuum machine that must be like 100 years old and extremely dirty, they did not say who they were, neither their names) came to our room they went to other beds and named that previous guests complained about them. They even tried to convince us that Bed bugs only live in bed sheets. Hotel did not offer us any good service, our travel agency had to protect our interests 2. Extremely dirty hotel. I have never been to such dirty hotel before. When we came to our room the first day we found it uncleaned after previous guests (the kitchen was sticky and had food remnants over the shelves and in the microwave, there were long black hair on the toilet and water and soap stains in the shower). Hotel did not actually corrected the situation after we complained. You can even see food remnants on the dishes in the hotels restaurant. ATTENTION! the light clean as they call it means no change of towels and no clean at all. 4. DISRESPECT and HUMILIATION. Hotel staff completely disrespects its guests. We have been accused (wrongly!) for taking a drink and not paying for it in the hotels restaurant, the main waitress accused us loudly, in front of all people in the hotels restaurant. When she realised she was wrong she did not even said excuse me! She went away as if it should be so. Another time we were treated disrespectfully was when we booked sauna two days beforehand and payed for it two days beforehand. When we came to the sauna on the booked day and time it was not ready. Woman on reception said only ”we forgot to turn it on”, no excuses, nothing. Just they forgot. 5. DISCRIMINATION. Hotel discriminates its guests due to if they have all inclusive or not. Hotel offers you who does not buy all inclusive the worst rooms with garbage in front of your windows, worst cleaning service, half empty bottles of soap and shower gel (probably left in our room by previous guests), room facilities that are half broken or do no even exist at all and even discrimination in the hotel restaurant. I have experienced the situation a lot of times when we arrived to the restaurant and waited for at least 15 minutes for the waiter to come (they all were free and saw us but chose to completely ignore us due to us not having all inclusive) but as soon as all inclusive guest arrived the waiters actually went to them directly and took their order.
