A little disappointed as the pictures of the room showed a jacuzzi tub in the room and there wasn’t one. Other than that, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pleasant stay for a 1night

Stay was okay, but level of cleanliness was poor… there were so many dead bugs in the window frame, also a sausage on floor in the hall to our room and food in the elevator. Somewhat renovated but lower grade than what was expected.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. Beds were clean & comfortable. Kids loved the pool & arcade. Was pleasantly surprised based on how negative some others reviews were.

Amazing location as far as convenience. Lots of food choices (lots!), and a super decent breakfast at the hotel itself. Very clean for a budget hotel. Decent pool and hot tub but i did not try them out. I dropped a star because the tv was broken and the shower barely worked. But overall a very good value

A quick over night trip to see friends was made better by being in a clean, comfortable hotel. I got a chance to relax in the pool and hot tub, which were the perfect temperatures, then slept very well on a comfortable bed. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The price was low compared to other hotels in the area. 100% would stay there again.

Hi, we were disapointed that our reservation was for 3 adults and one child, so we asked for a 3rd key card, but the person at the desk told us is it was for 2 adults and 1 child .... so our thoughts were how can that be ! For us, apart for being convenient for the 3 of us having a key card, we thought about safety issues, like if there were to be a fire, one of us wouldn't of been accounted for Thank you

We were there 2 nights, march 5 and 6. The good close to everything that interest us. Mainly cross boarder shopping. The pool was good and spa was also good but the temperature in that room is a bit too cold. They had a recreation room with a pool table and pinball and other games that was good. For the rest, the carpet in the hallway has issues. Dangerous issues, the carpet has some bumps (not flat) the lady in the other family that was with us fell. Thank goodness she did not get hurt but everyone was really concerned that she tripped on the carpet. We were happy she got back up with nothing broken. As for the room, I have seen better. We had to borrow an office chair from another room so that my husband could do his work on the computer. The bathroom has issues, no ventilation fan. For proper ventilation. The other thing the interior side of the bathroom door had full of bumps. The doors needs to be replaced. The carpet in our room and hallway was dirty, has not been cleaned for years in my estimation. The breakfast in the morning, was not great at 8:10 am many of the choices were gone ! Like the waffles ! Yes, at 8:10 all gone ! We will not be returning at that hotel. Other options that we know are much better.
