Tesoro Hotel Zakynthos

Viel Potenzial, aber sehr dürftig. Ich buchte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool, hatte Aussicht auf ein Dach, konnte nichts außer dem Dach sehen, sprach mit der Rezeptionistin, die unhöflich und nicht interessiert war. Sie sagte, das Hotel sei voll, sodass wir nicht umziehen könnten – es sei nicht voll war halb leer. Die Sonnenliegen waren so dreckig, dass wir nicht einmal unsere Handtücher darauf legten, geschweige denn darauf saßen. Fotos finden Sie im Reiseberater. Der Pool ist trüb, am Rand ganz grün, dreckig. Getränke sind ekelhaft. Das Essen war überraschenderweise sehr gut und es gab jede Menge Personal im Restaurant, das hart arbeitete und sehr freundlich war. Das Zimmer war ganz nett. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen, hatte aber nur 2 Handtücher, 2 Stühle und 2 Tassen. Wir baten um ein weiteres Handtuch und man sagte uns, wir müssten auf den nächsten Morgen warten, bis die Zimmerreinigung hereinkäme! Als wir am letzten Tag gebeten wurden, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, wurde uns nirgends gesagt, wir sollten es einfach in der Ecke des Rezeptionsbereichs neben den Sitzbereichen abstellen. Wir kamen vor unserem Heimflug zum Duschen zurück und bekamen drei Handtücher, die 2 Jahre alt aussahen, ausgefranst und verfärbt waren. Verwiesen auf zwei Duschen im Keller, bei einer war das Schloss kaputt, so dass wir zu dritt und andere Leute, die nach Hause gingen, die eine Dusche benutzen mussten. Die Dusche war eiskalt und man konnte sein Handtuch nicht hinlegen. Man musste es auf den Boden in der Ecke der Dusche legen, die dann klatschnass wurde. Es konnte nicht vor der Tür angebracht werden, da diese zum Hauptkorridor führte, wo sich die öffentlichen Toiletten befinden. Keine Toiletten am Pool, man muss durch das Restaurant gehen, wo die Leute essen

Certainly no frills and appreciate it wasnt expensive but only had tepid showers no covers on duvet, hit and miss if you got the one english channel on the TV. Had kettle and cups but no tea/coffee etc so what is the point. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Hotel was very modern and extremely clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortabel had a great nights sleep every night. No tea or coffee condiments in the room even though we were all inclusive but was a kettle, apparently they have recently stopped putting these in room. No.water on arrival which seemed strange. Restaurant was good, always something to eat, staff always on hand quickly to clear emty plates from table and kept buffet area clean at all times. Coffee machine on the morning gave the worst coffee out ever, only which i could of had a coffee sachet to make my own up. Wish there were more greek dishes or a "greek corner" Bar staff great, i should i say barman, only one on the bar at all times, but never long queues. He was always friendly and remembered your drinks. We stayed during 1st week of September, we had 4 days rain out of 7, we didnt feel hotel dealt with the weather very well. All areas around the bar were outside areas, so when it rained nowhere to sit and enjoy your all inclusive drinks. We had to ask if we could sit in the bottom end of the restaurant once in had finished serving food. Which wasnt a problem but feel staff should have made this more obvious as something everyone could do. Also really large umbrella outside of bar which could have been put up during rain and would have allowed at least 6 tables under, guy did ask barman if it could be put up, he just shrugged. All and all would probably return but not immediately.

Lovely place to spend holidays! Quiet and clean, a range of food and drinks! The kindness from the staffs is a plus! The only negative point is the communication with the reception that didn’t work at all by the available phone at the room

We really enjoyed staying at the Tesoro Hotel. We were initially concerned about the many bad reviews. However, we cannot understand them at all. Of course there are a few suggestions for improvement here and there, e.g. as far as the modernization of the facility is concerned or new sun loungers and umbrellas. When it came to food, there was always something that we liked, but there could have been a little more choice and more variety. Thank you for the nice holiday. We would come again!

In een eerste blik ziet alles er perfect uit maar zodra je er langer dan een paar uur bent wordt de lijst met mankementen steeds langer. Het is all inclusive maar wat ze aanbieden heeft geen smaak, als je geluk hebt is het nog lauw en pasta is vaak niet eens gaar. Dat je een niet uitgebreid menu hebt kan en is geen probleem maar zorg dan dat Wat je hebt wel iets van kwaliteit heeft. De kamers zijn niet speciaal maar ook hier zijn genoeg mankementen te vinden, zo worden de bedden vaak maar half op gemaakt, worden vieze glazen en lepels makkelijk een halve week laten staan door de schoonmakers en een vieze handdoek terug leggen is blijkbaar heel normaal hier. Een warme douche die was niet te krijgen in het hotel of je had een straaltje waar je zelf amper onder kon staan. En om de kamer helemaal af te maken kan ook een overstromende badkamer doordat het putje van de douche niet wegloopt en in de badkamer omhoog komt niet ontbreken. Het personeel doet zijn best maar zonder een goede basis in het hotel valt er gewoon niet veel van te maken. Als je besluit wel te overnachten in het all inclusive Tesoro hotel verwacht dan extra geld te zullen uitgeven aan het dagelijks buiten de deur eten, geen smetvrees hebben en vooral succes gewenst
