Hotel would benefit from metal trays with lids to cover the food. We ended up eating out for breakfast after the first couple of the days as breakfast was really poor. We had junior suite which was great and good size. Had swim up pool. First couple of days the pool was lovely until we started seeing bodily fluids in it. The swim ups share the water between the rooms. At this point we started using the main pool. We wouldn't come back but was good for a last minute deal."

"Ich habe die letzte Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und es ist definitiv ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit, da wir früh ankamen und problemlos einchecken konnten. Der Check-out ist um 11 Uhr, was angemessen ist, wenn man später abreist. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Poolbereich war in Ordnung und die Poolbars auch. Die Liegen waren etwas wackelig und renovierungsbedürftig. Negativ war, dass wir 20 € für Poolhandtücher bezahlt haben, da wir die Informationen im Zimmer nicht gelesen hatten und uns bei der Anfrage nicht erklärt wurde, dass es sich nicht um eine Kaution, sondern um eine Leihgebühr handelt. Man kann sich also einfach ein Handtuch im Supermarkt kaufen, das ist genauso günstig. Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage, um abends essen zu gehen und in Bars zu feiern. Der nächste Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und eignet sich gut zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Die Kantine ist für die vielen Zimmer recht klein und eng beieinander. Das Essen war durchwachsen und hätte abwechslungsreicher und besser zubereitet sein können. Es war etwas fad, deshalb sind wir dreimal abends essen gegangen, besonders am Freitag, als ich den Fisch nicht essen konnte und der Tintenfisch zäh und verkocht war. Einmal haben wir à la carte gegessen, und das war besser. Die Getränke: Der Rotwein war gerade noch trinkbar, aber der Weißwein war am schlimmsten. Er war am Dienstag aus und wurde bis zu unserer Abreise am Samstag nicht ersetzt. Weißwein ist doch wahrscheinlich das beliebteste Getränk, und die Ausrede war, dass er vom Festland kommen musste. Ja, klar, gehen Sie mal an einem Großmarkt vorbei, wir sind an genug vorbeigekommen. Ich musste in den Supermarkt fahren und eine Flasche kaufen. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war durchwachsen. Eine Show war gut, deshalb sind wir fast jeden Abend ausgegangen. Das Hotel ist, was es ist, und für All-inclusive ist es relativ günstig, sodass man auch mal auswärts essen gehen kann. Würden wir wiederkommen? Nein, nicht für uns, und die Tatsache, dass der Wein ausging und es ihnen offensichtlich egal war, hat uns sehr gestört."

"We were welcomed with champagne and politeness. However, when we entered the room, we felt uncomfortable because it was humid and had a bad smell. We had difficulty sleeping on the first night due to the humidity. The next day, we were out at the beach. When we returned, we discovered that the floor was dirty. There were black hairs (mine is long, I am blonde, and the children and my husband have short hair, so it wasn't theirs) and dirt. The description we received from Apollo mentioned that the room was cleaned daily. When we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. We complained at the reception, and they said they would call a technician. After many hours of waiting, without taking a bath, and expecting confirmation that the water was fixed, we got frustrated because no one came to inform us, so we entered the bathroom to bathe with cold water. To our surprise, the water was suddenly fixed. On the same day, while leaving for an evening walk, we met the reception staff who asked us with a smile if everything was okay with the water now. No information was given to us. We also noticed that the curtain was simply hanging and not properly drawn in the room. The bathroom smelled terrible, and the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. The air conditioning was leaking. There was a safe in the room, which they told us was very secure. Later, we discovered that it had a hidden code from 1 to 6, so it wasn't safe at all. Our little son had an accident during the night while we were staying there; he wet the bed. When we removed the sheets, we discovered that the mattress had stains from old urine, blood, and candy wrappers underneath. The pillowcases also had stains (I can't say what they were from, but they didn't give a sense of freshness), and overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. Both my spouse and I went to the reception to express our complaints. They told both of us that the same day, at 6:00 PM, the cleaner would come again to clean the room once more. We waited until 8:30 PM, but no one came. Then we contacted Apollo and complained there. After 10 minutes, there was a knock on the door. It was the reception staff who wanted to properly hang the curtain, something we forgot to mention when we went to complain about everything else. This shows that they were aware of how awful the room was. But they did nothing about it. After 20 minutes, the cleaner came to clean our room once again. Despite the room being cleaned (supposedly, it was still dirty) every day until we left, we hesitated to touch anything, lie down on the bed, or take a bath. The bathroom was disgusting. When my son wet the bed, they did nothing to clean the mattress. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It's not worth the money. Neither the service nor the cleanliness were good. Choose something else! Cleanliness is crucial in a hotel."

"We had a really relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well looked after. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and every meal was enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. "Stayed at Mamfredas in September 2022. Loved the place! The villa was lovely and spacoius. Location close to the beach, just 5 min walk. The villas are in a lovely garden, kept very well. Cleaning of high level. Clean pool towels every morning on the sun loungers by your private pool. Only two issues; the air con units and shower heads had reached their age. Otherwise this resort and it’s villas are top-notch. Highly recommend the Halfway House restaurant opposite, the best food in Tsilivi/Planos. The desserts made by ”the mum” is out of this world."

"Ok.So, I usually do a review with accommodation facilities location restaurant pool all that kind of thing but I'm going to do one simple review here because this is room only apartments so a lot of the ancillary aspects disappear compared to major hotels. okay so room only .. I was upgraded to from the solos room for free the room was traditional Greek build not concrete block hotel with flora and fauna everywhere, very basic but very clean. Cleaned daily to a high standard and linen changed every day , it has basic cooking facilities and it's basically somewhere to sleep The location is fantastic 5 minutes to the main bars restaurants in the town so location can't be beaten The only negative I would say is the steep climb from the main road up to the apartments I'm the wrong side of 50 had a knee operation about a year ago so it's been uncomfortable and if you don't like steep climbs or not that fit probably pass it by , otherwise if you want to come room only sample the local delights then you really can't beat this place and the staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. and he wasn't for this deep climb I'd of given five stars. the staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you no complaints, billions of gratitude to the staff, very helpful. "Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 5. Everything we needed was there. Great location few minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to bars and restaurants. Cleaning ladies were very friendly emptying our bins every morning. Pool bar ran by Yannis and Eva made our holiday. Food was beautiful, we ate there nearly every day for breakfast/lunch. They really made our family feel so welcome. They had new baby tortoises and Eva allowed my son to hold them which he loved. Nothing was too much trouble for them - even letting my husband request his beloved golf tournament on the tv. We will 100% be staying there again."

"Nur von einer Fab-Woche in den Palazetto Suiten zurück. Wir hatten das beste Zimmer über den Strand schauen ! Unser Zimmer war hell mit wunderschönen Meerblicken . Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und Zimmer wurde jeden Tag mit frischen Handtüchern gereinigt . Die Badezimmer könnten mit einem Upgrade gemacht werden, aber es hat nicht unsere Zeit hier verschwunden. Wir haben nur Frühstück hier gegessen und das Essenzimmer ist schön mit viel Wahl für das Frühstück dekoriert. Das Pool-Bereich war wunderschön, vor allem als es erwachsen ist nur so keine Kinder in Ihrem Pool. Es ist buchstäblich ein paar Schritte nach unten zum Strand und es gibt eine fab Strandbar Seau an das Hotel, wo wir einige tolle Mittagessen und Getränke hatten. Fab Urlaub & wir freuen uns auf die Rückkehr hier im September ."

"Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt sehr viele Pools (11 Stück / jedes der Wohnhäuser hat im Prinzip seinen eigenen Pool) und einen großen Wasser-/ Rutschenpark. Negativ ist zu sehen, dass vor allem englische Gäste das Hotel buchen. Negativ deshalb, weil es kaum griechisches Essen gab. Nur lauwarme internationale Küche. Ich habe mich 10 Tage hauptsächlich von Salaten und Nachspeisen ernährt (bzw. ausserhalb Essen gegangen was auch nicht günstig ist, wenn man All-Inclusive bezahlt). 1x pro Aufenhalt wird bei Reservierung ein Themen-Restaurant angeobten. Dachten es sei ala Carte - es gab aber im Prinzip das selbe schlechte Buffet wie im Hauptrestaurant, nur eben halt im Wasserpark. Wir hatten extra die griechische Nacht gebucht - aber das dort angebotene griechische Essen war eine Beleidigung für jeden Griechen. Zaziki ohne Knoblauch ist halt unserer Meinung nach nur "Gurken-Joghurt". Beim Frühstück gab es kein (wie ich es bei Hotels dieser Kategorie gewohnt bin) auf Wunsch frisch zubereitetes Omlette sondern nur lauwarmes ungenießbares Tetra-Pack-Rührei. Vom Obst waren nur ganze Äpfel, Pfirsiche, Weintrauben, Ananas und Bananen frisch. Das klein geschnittene Obst für Joghurt war Konservenobst. Da ich keinen Alkohol trinke, habe ich mir beim ersten Abendessen ein alkoholfreies Bier bestellt. Der Kellner meinte, dass dies nicht in All-Inclusive enthalten und separat (5,50€) zu bezahlen sei. Auf meine Beschwerde hin teilte mir die Rezeption mit, dass "alkoholfreies Bier nicht die griechischen Tradition entspreche und deshalb nicht kostenlos angeboten wird". Auch meine Erklärung, dass dies nichts mit der griechischen Tradition sondern mit dem Geschmack der Zielgruppe (In diesem Fall Engländer / In den letzten 10 Jahren sechsmal auf griechischen Inseln mit der Hotel-Zielgruppe Deutschland - immer kostenloses alkohlfreies erhalten) zu tun hat, änderte daran nichts. Mein Anliegen habe ich natürlich auf Englisch anbringen müssen, da im Hotel kein deutsch gesprochen wird. Für mich kein Problem - unsere Kinder (9 und 3) verstanden die Ansprachen der Animateure jedoch nicht. Es gibt nur zwei deutsche Fernsehsender (ZDF und Disney Chanel) und das Bild ist "verschneit". Der Strand ist extrem weit weg. Fazit: Schönes, sauberes Hotel - aber wer wie wir Wert auf einheimisches Essen und deutschsprachige Kinderbetreuung legt ist hier falsch. Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis passt aufgrund der sehr schlechten Verpflegung nicht: Haben zu viert für zehn Tage 6.500 Euro (inklusive Flüge ab/nach München) bezahlt, dazu noch vor Ort 150 Euro "Kurtaxe" zu entrichten."
