Es war eine bequeme Lage für mich, meinen Kopf zu ruhen, da mein Unternehmenshauptsitz über die Straße ist. Es war jedoch nicht sehr sauber und der Bistro auf der Website ist nur 3 Stunden am Tag offen. Meine Dusche hatte noch Seife und eine schreckliche Tasse mit Zigarettenschnüren, die auf dem Balkon verbleibt.

Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

Rein, sauber und warmes Frühstück. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Urlaub auf der gleichen Straße ist der Parkplatz immer noch kostenlos, obwohl der Halle nicht so fancy aussieht, aber insgesamt gut.

Stay Report - 3/4 to 3/5 Location: The hotel is located on 44th Street just north of the AZ Loop 202 Freeway.  It's in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood and within a few miles are plenty of places to eat.  The proximity to the 202 means you can get to Downtown Tempe or Phoenix really easily and the airport is very close. Hotel: The hotel is pretty old (I lived in Phoenix from 2003-2010 and it was always a fixture) but it's recently renovated and looks great.  There's a good looking lobby with a bar and a breakfast and dinner restaurant and there's a ton of meeting space off the lobby.  There's also an outdoor pool along with self parking for free which is a nice touch.  The airport shuttle runs every half hour.   Check In: Bad.  No Titanium recognition at all and the agent didn't even write down my room number on the envelope.  When I went back she just shouted it at me.   Room: This part was good at least.  It's one of the renovated Marriott rooms and looked really good it was also quite spacious.  There were two beds with outlets next to them, an InterneTV, two chairs by the windows and a large enough renovated bathroom. Breakfast: It nicely started at 6 AM and as a Titanium there was a full buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes plus oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit.   Overall a really good airport option.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel in Eile vom Flugzeug auf einem Verbindungsflug. Wir verbrachten nur die Nacht und fertigten unsere Reise am nächsten Tag. Wir nahmen nach einem langen Reisetag um 11 Uhr in die Nacht ein. Patrick am Frontdesk war super hilfreich und war freundlich, mit zu prüfen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und mehr erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Das kostenlose Frühstück war großartig! Alles, was Sie beantragen konnten, war die Gegend sauber und gut gepflegt und alles war auf Lager und verfügbar, sogar bei 830. Insgesamt nur eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Einer Punkt, gibt es kein Shuttle. Rufen Sie das Hotel an und sie werden einen Aufzug, um Sie zu holen und Sie zum Flughafen für Sie kostenlos zurückzunehmen
