Econo Lodge Perry

Einer der schlimmsten Orte, an denen ich je übernachtet habe! Es gab Flecken auf den Laken, Löcher in den Wänden und kein heißes Wasser. Bitte geben Sie das bisschen mehr Geld für ein besseres Hotel aus. Kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen!!

This is a very clean hotel. It is well worn and could use some updates. Stained carpets, damaged furniture. We did not stay for the breakfast. I would stay there again. They only charged $30 for a dog, other hotels are charging $75 which is outrageous.

After 5 nights on the road it was nice to find an old style motel where you can park outside your room, since I travel with a dog it's nice to not have to carry everything through a lobby. The service was excellent, the rooms aren't fancy but were clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the tv actually had a guide, first one in 5 nights. Will make this a regular stop on my future trips to Florida

The woman who showed us to our room was pleasant. Yes, they are u set renovation but if they had any rooms finished we certainly didn’t get one! Horrible. I was too tired to leave . They have a lot of nerve charging what they did ! Burn holes in blanket. Not vacuumed behind chairs etc. The smell from the air conditioner was atrocious… mildew smell through out.

This Econo Lodge is being rennovated with all new floors, beds, and bathrooms, and is under new management, so some of these lower rated reviews may no longer be accurate. Nice quiet hotel with comfy beds and satellite tv! Within walking disatance of several places to eat. I recommend staying here when passing through Perry, FL

I stopped here at 1:00 in the morning after getting tired of having my life flash in front of my eyes after every deer jumped in front of my car. I had hoped to make it to Tampa, but it was not to be. The guy at the front desk was nice and very helpful. The room and the hotel definitely need attention. But, it's an econo Lodge, not a Hilton. The problem was that at 7:00 a.m., the guys started ripping apart the room behind mine. There was some banging and yelling, but at a little before 8:00 a.m., they started hammering the tile off the walls in the adjoining bathroom. Why would you put someone in a room next to the room that's going to under construction the next morning?? I was exhausted, and I intended to sleep in but even if I didn't, who wants to hear that crap in the early morning in a hotel room??? Judging by the parking lot, there were about three other people staying here, I'm pretty sure they could've put me in a room a little further away from this.

Thankful EconoLodge Perry was here when we needed it! This motel is a classic two star, clean sheets, plenty of hot water and coffee, amenities are very basic and the front desk is friendly. We were stranded on I-75 after Priceline mistakenly booked us hundreds of miles from last night's intended stay in Valdosta. Hunting for a room in North Florida on a busy Saturday was impossible, hotels around Ocala had jacked room rates as high as $700 for two star properties with horrid reviews. A bit out of our way was EconoLodge of Perry. They had a room, the rate was normal and check-in was simple. This motel's performance was so thankfully appreciated. AC worked great, ample hot water, good TV / internet, all surrounded in the very basic amenities of a property which dutifully met our needs. Our vehicle was safe, coffee pot in the room, trouble free. Props to the housekeeper, Cheryl, a terrific lady who is happy to converse with guests and is super nice. Yep, it's basic. The ridiculous reviews for this property are undeserved and rude. They know the property needs work, but when you need a room "now", EconoLodge of Perry does exactly what it's supposed to do - a serviceable, clean room so you can safely rest and be on your way.
