We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren in dieser Lage, als es Grand Fiesta Americana war. Das Restaurantmenü und die Qualität waren ausgezeichnet. Als Hilton die Qualität der Lebensmittel in den Restaurants hat definitiv von einem 8 bis 5. Die Nachtvergnügung ist sehr schlecht. Sie müssen einige Spaßvollere Pool-Aktivitäten und Nachtshows machen. Es gibt nichts zu tun nachts nach dem Abendessen. Ich empfehle, auf besseren Menüoptionen, Qualität von Lebensmitteln und Unterhaltung zu arbeiten. Das mexikanische Restaurant hat vor allem amerikanisches Essen. Das italienische Restaurant hat sehr begrenzte Optionen und das Essen ist überhaupt nicht gut. Ich konnte nicht einmal meine italienische Essen essen. Aber die Lage, der Service und die Aussicht auf das Hotel sind ausgezeichnet. Ich hasse negative Bewertungen zu schreiben, aber das ist eine ehrliche Bewertung. Danke!

Für: - Gute Lage - Große Zimmer - In der Nähe von Malecon Kons: - Zu viel zu viel. - Lärm - Nur echte Option für Mittagessen ist ihr Buffetplatz - Pool ist nicht sauber - Zeitteilung - Personal könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein. - Buffet ist zu beschäftigt/getrocknet Wir hatten über Trip.com für das Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt. Die Check-in-Personal sagte, die Zahlung sei nicht getan und wir mussten noch für das Zimmer und das Buffet getrennt bezahlen. Nach 2 Stunden Verwirrung und Warten auf ein Jahr alt war es endlich gelöst. Das Personal fühlte sich nicht entschuldigt oder entschuldigt überhaupt für ihren Fehler.

Хороший отель в центре Зона Романтика. Есть бассейн. Из минусов шумно в номерах от транспорта. Ну и некоторая усталость видна.

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Gute Lage, wenn Sie zum Flughafen gehen, es ist nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß von Ihrem Zimmer zum Terminal für Abreisen. Sehr Grundzimmer war es klein. Das Badezimmer Toilette würde nicht aufhören zu laufen. Der Klimaanlage Fan war sehr laut und jedes Mal, wenn es aufhörte, klang es wie ein Metall auf dem Metall, so dass wenn Sie schlafen, es würde Sie wachen, Verkehrslärm von außen, die Straße gegenüber war ziemlich bemerkbar, so wenn Sie eine Straße gegenüber Raum, Get it changed to the back of the hotel ... you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you're going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you have earplugs for sure.

The resort itself was beautiful. And we had an amazing view of the sunset. I do wish there was more variety in the foods and the restaurant options. Surprisingly I thought the Mexican restaurant was not that great, but I liked the Italian place and seafood restaurant. The staff was very friendly. For some reason the heat in the Veranda restaurant was always stifling and made dining uncomfortable. The complex needs more elevators and you end up waiting around a lot. Also, I wish there was more entertainment. Dancing was so fun it should be every night. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, jede Nacht um 21 Uhr eine kostenlose Show, aber ich genieße die Abwechslung nicht, weil nur lokale Aufenthalte, der Strand kein klares Wasser schmutzig und am Strand möchte ich mich entspannen, die Sonne genießen, um sich vor Ort zu bräunen? Kommen Sie vorbei, um Sachen zu verkaufen, die so nervig sind. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Tut mir leid zu sagen. Ich bleibe lieber zu Hause, gehe zu meinem Heimatstrand. enttäuscht.
