AAnonymer BenutzerWe stayed here for 2 nights and booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 adults. We arrived at the homestay at 10:30 PM and were warmly welcomed by the owner couple. We communicated mainly through WeChat, and the husband was extremely helpful throughout our stay.
They helped us arrange the roundtrip bus Harbin – Snow Town – Snow Valley – Harbin at a much cheaper price, only 200 yuan per person. Normal price would be 280 yuan. We were even given a bag of rice as a gift, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast provided was delicious. He also helped to reheat our ready to eat food.
The guesthouse also helped us arrange activities such as Dog Bear Hill and horse sledge rides. The owner even offered us to play the hot water splash activity. All the activities were also recorded using owners phone & camera, and he will transferred the video and photos to us.
At one point, I had a small misunderstanding with another homestay I stayed in Harbin City before going to Snow Valley and the owner here went out of their way to help me contact them and successfully get my deposit refunded. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.
I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Snow Valley. You will feel well taken care of and welcomed like family.

__WeChat37292****Jeden Tag, wenn man Newfoundland verlässt, fehlt man an Skisportschienen (frei und unendlich).
Der Chef wird helfen, das Gewässer zu nehmen (der Chef hat mir dreimal 😎 geholfen) und die Flusswolke, der Chef hat die Technik gut gemacht und Freunde haben das Bild herausgefunden. Es gibt auch Organisationen, die alle zusammen zum Eiszucker machen, als E-Person kann man immer so komfortabel mit allen reden ~
Zur Besichtigung des Chefs führte auch Teams mit. Sie nahmen auf dem Weg, hielten Fotos und unterrichteten Skifahren. Die Süden erlebten einen wahren Vergnügen, im Schneeland verrückt zu spielen!
Natürlich ist die Wohnumgebung auch sehr charakteristisch. Die nordöstliche Wärme ist sehr heiß. Als ich den Morgen erkenne, erhebt sich morgens auch ein Tee (zu glücklich)

GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

BBforBeeIm Allgemeinen war es ein schönes Aufenthalt im Echarm Plus Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter sind genügend freundlich, um uns bei der Ein-/Auscheckung unsere Gepäck zu tragen. Gute Lage - Spazierweiterung nach Harbin Zhongyang Dajie und Suofeiya Kathedrale. Harbin war unser letzter Halt nach Yabuli, Xuexiang, Yanji und Changbaisan. Wir dachten, das Hotel sollte besser sein als die, die wir während der Reise verblieben leider wir enttäuscht, dass das Hotelheizsystem nicht gut funktioniert genug, um das gesamte Gebäude warm zu halten 😅 Gefühl kalt 🥶, wenn wir in Das Hotellobby und auch das Zimmer. Einer meiner Freunde musste um Zimmer bitten verändert um 1am 😭

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be.
The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every check in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening.
Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable.
For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

Unser Fahrer Binzi war pünktlich und zuverlässig und ein exzellenter Fahrer. Selbst die anspruchsvollsten Bergstraßen und die schwierigen Bedingungen in großer Höhe meisterte er mühelos und sorgte so für eine angenehme und sichere Fahrt. Dank seiner Fahrpraxis, insbesondere in Höhenlagen, fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Das Beste war der hervorragende Service: Er war stets herzlich und freundlich und bot uns proaktiv seine Hilfe an. Ob beim Tragen unseres Gepäcks oder bei Restaurantempfehlungen – er war unglaublich aufmerksam und wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut. Während der gesamten Reise verzichtete der Fahrer auf jegliche Shopping-Stopps und respektierte damit unseren Wunsch nach einem authentischen Reiseerlebnis ohne Shopping. Das machte unsere Reise noch schöner! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die nordöstlichsten Restaurants in der Nähe, Teerestaurants und Eisentopf-Eintöpfe aus den umliegenden Dörfern sind wirklich lecker und sättigend. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die direkt dorthin führt zum Westbahnhof. Es ist praktisch für Reisen. Gefällt mir ♥
