We stayed here for a week half board and found it to be a really lovely hotel. We had a 6am flight so arrived late morning but our room was already available which was unexpected and very much appreciated. We were offered a welcome drink but it was only tea/coffee, maybe a glass of Prosecco or something a bit more interesting would have been nice. Rooms are small but very nice, they are also open plan meaning there is no privacy when you shower, or get dressed. Our first room was I think on the first floor and next to a road and it was quite noisy so we asked to move rooms and we paid to upgrade to a sea view room which was still a little noisy but the view made up for it! The food was nice but a little repetitive so we got bored very quickly and ended up having dinner out for the last 4 nights of our stay. We are quite fussy though so I think most people would have no trouble finding new things to eat each night. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun beds but the good ones do get taken up quite early. Some of the pool area doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon so a lot of the time we were sat in the shade until the afternoon. We hired a Bali bed one day for 50 euros and it was well worth it but not really budget friendly for more than a day or two. We had an early flight back home so was being picked up before breakfast started and the staff very kindly arranged for some tea/coffee and pastries which was a really nice touch. Location is good, right near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but be aware it’s closer to Magaluf than Palma Nova. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely hotel. We have decided to come back to Palma Nova this year but have opted for a different hotel purely because of location and bathroom situation but would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Schon der Empfang von Aga an der Rezeption war sooo freundlich und sympathisch :) Unkompliziert ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, das Zimmer war super sauber und es roch einfach nach frisch (in vielen anderen Hotels riecht es extra nach irgendwelchen komischen Düften oder Putzmitteln), das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht - sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, der Service von Christobal und seinem Team war einfach perfekt!! Wir waren vor 10 Tagen dort (Oktober 2021) zu zweit und fliegen nächste Woche wieder hin und zwar mit der ganzen Familie!

Wir haben 4 Sterne Halbpension über lastminute.de beim Hotel Agua Beach gebucht. Wir mussten erstmal über 5 Stunden warten bis wir unser Zimmer bekamen, dann sollten wir das 4 Sterne Hotel verlassen und in einem Nebengebäude unser Zimmer beziehen. Es war ein Appartement. Steht so auch im Fluchtplan an der Zimmertür. Das Zimmer roch nach Insektengift. Die 2 Nebenzimmer waren verwüstet und standen offen. Anstatt Meerblick sahen wir nur ein Restaurant. Und viele weitere Beschwerden. Die Antwort von lastminute.de war nur, dass man keinen Grund zur Beschwerde sieht. Am letzten Tag kam eine Mail, dass man keinen Grund zur Beschwerde sieht. Leider reisen wir Sonntag schon ab. 4 Tage sind schon ruiniert. In einer Nacht habe ich keine Luft bekommen, werde durch eine Beatmungsmaschine beatmet, da ich Schlafapnoe habe. Es gab gestern Stromausfall in den Zimmern. Mein Gerät war außer Betrieb und ich wurde nicht beatmet. Zur Toilette kam ich nur mit Licht vom Handy. Im Zimmer schwitzt man, die Klimaanlage kann man nicht einstellen, die wird zentral gesteuert. Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit Meerblick in einem 4 Sterne Hotel gebucht. Sind leider in einem Nebengebäude ca. 200 m entfernt untergekommen. Anbei noch ein Foto von der Innentür unseres Zimmers. Da steht eindeutig Appartement drauf. Pool ist zu klein, nur 13 Strandliegen für über 200 Gäste. 2 Whirlpool, beide defekt und ständig schmutzig. Um 15 Uhr werden die Whirlpools abgedeckt. Sauna nur bis 18 Uhr, Pool auch, danach wird alles geräumt. Sauna wird nicht repariert, wenn diese ausfällt. Sportgeräte ohne Funktion, alles rattert uns summt, wenn man diese anschaltet. Duschen mit billigen Vorhängen versehen. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, nur im WC. personal deutschen Gästen gegenüber unfreundlich, nur Küchenservicepersonal und Köche sind nett.

Don’t be put off by the bad reviews, our room was lovely and fresh with a nice spacious balcony (a little overlooked by your neighbours) but hey ho! The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t help enough they leant us a travel plug when ours broke, they have a secure staff only room for your luggage to sit in and they even have little rooms for you to shower in and sort yourself out if you have a late flight home. The WiFi was strong in our room I can’t say the same for every room though The air con was amazing we actually had to turn it off during the night because we woke up too cold! Breakfast was easy with a nice selection for all. My only 2 quibbles would be that a fridge is not supplied in all rooms so you will have to make a few more shop runs because food will not keep and the shower is powerful but the shower floor doesn’t have a lip to keep the water in so you may have a fairly big puddle in the bathroom by the end of it. The beach is a 7 minute walk away with one short steep ish hill (you can avoid the steps the hotel staff may tell you about) The hotel is super quiet me and my partner only really saw people at breakfast, I’m pretty sure this hotel doesn’t do entertainment so if that’s what you want this may not be the hotel for you so if you don’t mind a 7 minute walk with a short steepish hill in a quiet hotel with super friendly staff and a midday check out then book up. We spent 10 days here and we wish it was longer Me and my partner will 100% return. Thankyou!

Das Zafira-Hotel ist wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Wir waren 6 Tage mit unserem 3-Jährigem Sohn dort. Das Angebot für die Kleinen ist wirklich großartig (Miniclub, Kinderdisco, Kinderspielplatz mit Hüpfburg und Trampolin). Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet hat und sehr gut gefallen. Es war wirklich einen besonders tolle Auswahl dabei.

Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden und haben nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten anzumerken, die noch verbessert werden könnten. + die Lage des Hotels ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Strand. + das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und lecker + wir hatten ein Swim-up Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön. - leider hatten wir Nachmittags gar keinen Schatten mehr auf der Terrasse. Somit konnten wir die Liegen/Stühle ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit nicht mehr nutzen, da es viel zu heiß war. Das war wirklich sehr schade, dass es keinen Sonnenschirm gab uns auch von der Rezeption gesagt wurde, dass wir keinen Sonnenschirm bekommen können. - Auch andere Gäste haben den Pool des Swim-up Zimmers genutzt. Grundsätzlich ist das auch nicht schlimm, nur war es etwas schade, dass es manchmal doch sehr viele Gäste waren. Wie oben bereits erwähnt, waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

a wonderful place this is, there is a reason for score of 5 on TA and not too many places earn that but these apartments certainly do. From first arrival to checking out the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently, big thanks to Daniel, Almudena and Luciano on reception all of them were charming and welcoming and to also Javier who promptly fixed a trivial issue at 8.00pm on a Saturday evening The studio we stayed in was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and the complex as a whole congrats to all the cleaning staff. This is a small complex with 90 units and that lends a very low key vibe which was very relaxing, one great thing was the system of paying €10 deposit for each pool towel and a charge of €2 if a towel was being changed, sounds off putting but works great as people are reluctant to leave their €20 worth of towels lying on empty sun beds so no sunbed hogging goes on! The towel cleaning charge is another great idea as I have seen people at other hotels etc. changing towels willy-nilly just because they can do. There is a drinks and snack service which are reasonably priced and no entertainment is laid on around the pool or at night in the Lounge. Overall a big recommendation for here and if we are in Palmanova again this will be our choice of accommodation for sure, it enjoys a terrific location just metres from the beach and many bars and restaurants as well as the local bus services.
