Hotels in Osaka mit Swimmingpool

The room we stayed smelled like cigarettes or curry. But the front staffs & location of the hotel was perfect. We will recommend to our friends & surely will stay again in the same hotel, when we come back but hopefully, not the same room!

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Das Personal war nett, mir ein Eckeszimmer zu geben. Großer Blick. Lage bequem aber ruhig. Preis umfasst Frühstück und das Recht, den Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad, Heißbad und Dampfraum zu nutzen. Geld gut ausgegeben.

Super Lage, und direkt über dem Nankai Namba Station gelegen, zugänglich für die meisten Eisenbahnlinien vom Untergrund. Zimmer wurden für ein japanisches Hotel als groß angesehen und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Personal war sehr professionell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Wenn Sie die Spa-Anlagen (Warmbad und Sauna) nutzen möchten, müssen Sie zumindest ein Schweizer Select Zimmer oder höher (Exekutiv, Suite usw.) erhalten. Andernfalls müssen Sie für die Nutzung der Spa-Anlagen 2200 Yen pro Pax/Tag zahlen. (Vorschlag, dass Sie das Hotel überlegen, die Informationen auf Ihrer Website zu setzen). Für das Frühstück wurde uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, das Frühstück zu 20% Rabatt zu kaufen, aber wir werden einen Tag voraus von der Hotellobby reservieren müssen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und werden zurück sein.

We had a wonderful stay in the Imperial Hotel Osaka. We were in Osaka for a long weekend and the hotel was an oasis of calm during our time there. The views over the river and the city looking up to the hills was very calming. The staff are very polite and helpful, we were travelling with our young baby and they went out of their way to be helpful. The Japanese breakfast was also excellent (we didn't try the other breakfast this time).

Der Service und seine hervorragende Ausstattung sind lecker und das Frühstück ist sehr schön. Die Landschaft sollte das beste Hotel sein, das die große Dekoration ist. Die Service-Einstellung ist enthusiastisch, dass Minderjährige ein wenig zu besorgt sind, allein zu bleiben.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sauber und guter Standort. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, vor allem für diejenigen, die mit Kindern reisen. Personal ist freundlich und haben gutes Verständnis von Englisch (Ich spreche nicht jap überhaupt)

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

We enjoy our 3-night stay here. Umeda is transport hub and we took super fast train from Kyoto (just 45 mins) and the station exit is close to this hotel. The 5-star hotel is tall, very clean, elegantly decorated and spacious. Room inside is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful and open views overlooking the city and the big wheel. There're several restaurants or otherwise many dining choices in the neighborhood. We tried the lunch all-you-can-eat which is nice. Staff ok, English not very good though. The hotel is so kind and generous for giving me a small bunch of flowers on my birthday 💐 Price is unexpectedly good too, about USD205 per night for our triple room and our stay is during the Easter holidays! Overall, recommended with hesitation.
