Ein sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit einer großen heißen und kalten Buffet-Auswahl - die geschroteten Eier sind empfohlen! verschiedene frisch gebackene Brötchen und Gemüse sind auch verfügbar. Wir haben in einem oberen Zimmer geblieben und es gab eine 10 £ pro Nacht zusätzliche Gebühr für ein Kinder-Campingbett, das bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wird. Das Zimmer war sauber mit 4 Nespresso-Kaffee, die jeden Tag wieder gefüllt wurden, obwohl sie mit Decaf gefüllt blieben! Zwei Flaschen Wasser bei Ankunft sind nicht ausgefüllt und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Überraschend ist die Bar und das Restaurant nicht das Beste für Familien. Sie fehlten an Kindermenü, so dass die Nahrungsmitteloptionen für jüngere Kinder sehr begrenzt sind, wir wählen für einen Haufen und Käse Sandwich, die die Küche speziell gemacht. Insgesamt ist es ein großer Aufenthalt und wir werden trotz dieser kleinen Fragen, die leicht verbessert werden könnten, wieder bleiben.

Room very out dated and disappointing, loud bathroom fan that kept me up all night and no plug next to the bed (only on the other side of the room). Tea tray is tucked in to a cupboard with a false drawer so is dangerous when opened as you don't expect the whole cupboard to open on your arm. Breakfast was disappointing, both hot and cold selection were dry as if they had been sat for a long time. Not what you expect for £130 mid week stay. Only positive was the great staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Would not come back to this hotel if I was in the area.

Il check-in è una seccatura lieve. Non è il modo più semplice per individuare dove si trova (sembra una casa di strada) e devi prenotare in anticipo ed essere lasciato entrare da un membro dello staff, una volta che hai superato il solito pre-ordine di check-in e ti è stata mostrata la stanza, Ho 0 reclami. La dimensione della camera era buona, il letto era eccellente e il bagno era pulito. Sono stato abbastanza contento del mio soggiorno e riesco facilmente a vedermi di nuovo lì la prossima volta. Il mio soggiorno è stato una notte, quindi non posso commentare per le vacanze. Ma come una gita di un giorno, praticamente perfetto per quello che volevo.

Never thought I would review this Premier Inn, as I only live five minutes away from it, but as we were having work done at home and also needed to get on with work, it seemed like a good idea. We went for the Premier Plus rooms to have a bit more space- worth it if you need to work- maybe not if you're just crashing for the night. We also did this so that we would have access to the Ultimate wifi and not be relying on the PI's notoriously dodgy free wifi. Ultimate was also glitchy but it was adequate for what we needed. Continuously having to log in and out was a pain, however. Anyway, the room was great and very quiet, especially as we stayed over what was liable to be a noisy weekend night (you only have to walk past this hotel on a Sunday morning and see who is coming out to know it is the base camp for party central!) Knowing also how noisy the road is, as we live further up it, we also felt hermetically sealed- couldn't hear the traffic or street noise at all. Bliss compared to the screaming, shouting, car horns we normally listen to at 2am! Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fare- does what it says on the tin and I do appreciate being able to make my own toast (bad experience in a much more expensive hotel around the corner the previous week, with cold/forgotten/wrong type of toast!). Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in our next stage of refurb..

Excellent stay all round at this hotel Room nice, comfy bed, nice staff. Good quality toiletries in the room and a good central location. Only comment negative I would make was the car park was quite small and as a result I left my car there and got a taxi to go out for dinner instead of losing my space. Would stay again

Zimmer schön und sauber, wirklich gute Seife im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer war immer perfekte Temperatur, schöner erhitzter Stock. Küche gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht geblieben, so brauchte es nicht. Bett komfortable, großzügig mit Duft und Kissen! Hatte ein kleines Problem in einem Zimmer (William ...) aber Tatiana kam zum Rettungsdienst, spät in der Nacht, sie war so hilfreich!! Ich arbeite für den Kundendienst, so dass ich weiß, wie schrecklich die Kunden sein können, wenn sie ein Problem haben, aber Tatiana war ein heiliger, nichts war zu viel Problem, sie machte uns gut zu fühlen, sortiert uns schnell und machte uns lachen.
