I stayed at this wonderful hotel and was very pleased. The room was not only spacious and cozy, but also exceptionally clean. The hotel is ideally located—just a few steps from the beach. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation.

Stayed at Reef Island Lodge whilst on Colts rugby tour, superb location and excellent value for money. Rooms comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast but cafe for cooked options short stroll away. Would stay again as few minutes into the centre of Newquay

We stayed with our family at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive to guests. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. For its price, the hotel offers excellent living conditions and I would recommend it for short trips.

I spent a night at the hotel. The room was quite nice and clean. The view from the window is beautiful. The service was good. The beach was close by. Price-quality ratio. Overall, it's a decent hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my acquaintances and will stay here again next time.

My week at the hotel with my husband was simply unforgettable. We both were thrilled by how close the beach was — the perfect spot for our morning and evening walks. The cleanliness in the room was impeccable, which added comfort to our stay. The only downside was the long wait for check-in, but it couldn't overshadow our overall impression of the vacation. Overall, the hotel left us with warm memories, and we would happily recommend it to couples looking to spend quality time together.

We had a fantastic surf trip. This place is in the ideal spot . Right next to beach... perfect room on suite shower bathroom and clean. And the staff super helpful.. with local information and let us stash all are surf boards in the lounge ps toaster/ microwave , and great value cheers... Ray , Big D , Zennor, lily *****

A very good place to stay overnight and close to all the main Newquay sights. The rooms were clean and tidy and even though we had two separate rooms for a family of six they were easy to access. The children loved the experience and slept all through the night. Ray was a gent and was super with the kids, and we had some great chats. Overall I would go back and so would the rest of the family. 10/10

Where do I start…..ray and zdena was absolutely amazing there is not a thing they wouldn’t do for ya, every morning I see ray being helpful to he’s guests showing them places to go and what’s good for kids, rooms are spotlessly clean the cleaners do a great job I would honestly not stay anywhere else now thank you ray and zdena for your great hospitality and can’t wait to come back to you guys, Maria and the gang no 5 x

Lovely home from Home feel. Comfy beds and lovely family room. Owner so friendly and helpful. Had everything needed plenty of towels and a mini fridge which came in so Handy. Perfect location town centre literally at ur doorstep and beach five mins away
