Einer meiner aufregendsten Aufenthalte während einer Reise im Ausland war in diesem Premier-Klasse-Hotel. Ich hätte wissen müssen, dass Premier-Klasse die Marke war, und nicht eine Reflexion auf das Hotel, das sehr dritten Klasse ist. Das ganze Gebäude erfordert eine bedeutende Renovierung, die auch eine sehr tiefe Reinigung aller Waffe umfassen sollte. Ich glaube wirklich, wir hatten Glück, anzukommen, als die Rezeption war offen. Später in diesem Abend sah ich einen Mann, der versuchte, anzumelden, ohne Empfangsgerät verfügbar, und der Außenterminal für die Buchung in nicht arbeiten. Die Front der Hausbediensteten waren unglaublich freundlich, und es war eine Freude, anzumelden. Von diesem Element des Services war perfekt. Das Zimmer war unglaublich klein, wahrscheinlich kleiner, indem es zwei Betten im Zimmer im Gegensatz zu einem hatte. Das Badezimmer war ein gekrampfter spät –, aber im Gegenteil – es war klein in der Innenstadt. Auf einem Plus war es möglich, Ihre Füße während Sie auf der Toilette zu waschen. Es gibt nicht genügend Seife, und nur ein Hand-Dispenser, den ich vermute war Duschegel. Die Temperatur des Wassers war gut, wie der Druck aus der Dusche. Dieses Hotel sitzt auf dem Flugweg zum internationalen Flughafen, so dass Sie, wenn Sie ein Flugzeug-Enthusiastisch sind, alle drei oder vier Minuten mit einem anderen Flugzeug zur Überholung auf der Strecke zu seinem Landepunkt bemerken werden. Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Brot, Butter, Jam und Joghurt. Orangensaft und Kaffee. Die Zugabe von einigem Fleisch, Pasta, Käse hätte das zu dem kontinentaleren Frühstück gemacht, das man erwartet hätte. Das Hotel liegt sicher am unteren Ende des Budgetspektrums, und das ist absolut gut, Sie erhalten völlig, was Sie zahlen. Ich habe dieses Hotel höher geschätzt als ich vielleicht normalerweise wegen der Mitarbeiter, die sehr gemütlich waren.

Hier war ich eine Nacht, bevor ich nach Brest reiste. freundlich hilfreich einchecken. Als war Wärmewelle (bis zu 43°C) als mein begrenzter Französisch erlaubte mir zu verstehen, dass die Klimaanlage bei dieser Temperatur nicht funktioniert, so wurde ein kostenloses Getränk angeboten und sehr geschätzt in der Bar. Sehr schöne Lage im mittelalterlichen Viertel mit Restaurants zu Fuß. Zimmer im ersten Stock war nicht zu heiß trotz der Kelchtemperatur. Blick auf einen Hügel, aber keine Sorgen um die Bienen, die in der Nähe des Hügels bleiben. Leider haben sie keine mehr Blumenpflanzen auf den Dach.

Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.

Das Hotel liegt an der zentraleren Straße in Nantes. Im Laden befindet sich eine Tiefgarage. Das sind ungefähr 15 Euro pro Tag. Es ist sehr bequem oder ziemlich gut. Das Schlossmuseum von Nantes liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Morgens gibt es ein kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet und abends zwei kostenlose Getränke. 0.0 gilt in diesem Kreis als modernes Hotel. I have stayed in this hotel before. I liked it's location, close to the train station and bus stop to the airport. During the pandemic, Accor the owners of the Adagio chain of hotels decided to cancel all reward points accumulated by their customers who did not stay in their hotels during the previous year. My points that I had built up were all deleted, even though we could not travel during the pandemic. As a result I now choose Accor Hotels as my second choice rather than first choice of places to stay. We decided to stay here for two nights recently. One night at the beginning of our holiday to the coast and a second night at the end of our trip to the coast. We needed a hotel close to the bus stop to the airport as we were getting an early flight. I booked this hotel three months before travelling. I requested a room on the first floor, overlooking the front of the hotel with a walk in shower. On arrival, I was offered a room on the third floor, at the back of the building with a bath. After giving them three months notice I thought that they might have actually read my requests. I stood my ground and eventually a room on the first floor, back of hotel with shower was located for me. It was a decent sized room with good air conditioning and good shower. The bed pillows have to be the worst I have ever slept on. Tiny balls of air. You end up effectively sleeping flat on the bed. I ended up propping up the pillows using towels from the bathroom. When we returned to the hotel after our weeks stay on the coast we were left waiting until 3.30 before a room was eventually found for us. Many other people were standing around reception also waiting to check in. Rooms were nor ready. Maybe they should employ more staff to deal with this. The first thing we noticed in our room was a section of the roof in the bathroom hanging down over the toilet. It looked incredibly dangerous. Our room had only just been cleaned. I cannot understand why the person cleaning the room could not have reported this danger. As there were no other rooms available in the hotel we felt that we would have to grin and bear it as we had been sitting in reception for over an hour waiting for this room to be allocated to us.

Ein sehr feines, französisches Boutique Hotel im Zentrum von Nantes mit aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück war - für französische Verhältnisse - gut und vielseitig. Fussläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen und es gibt eine Menge Restaurants in der Nähe. Wird bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder meine Wahl sein.

Beim Einchecken stieß ich auf einige Probleme, die vom Personal umgehend und enthusiastisch gelöst wurden. Die Mahlzeiten im Restaurant sind immer noch gut und der Service ist vorhanden. Sie können nachts auf der anderen Straßenseite parken.

In 2022-2023 my experience at this hotel is quite good, it's really comfortable to stay 2-3 nights for business trip: it's next to Train station (so u could drop off ur luggage right the moment u arrive at Nantes), after a work day, u could take time to walk along the canal Saint Felix, as well as visit the old castle, the old city center. Mercure Nantes is also near the Conference - Exhibition Complex called La Cité des Congrès de Nantes to see some spectables, concerts such as Shen Yun, Le lac des cygnes. The room is quiet, i do love so much the view, the bathroom is clean and nice light system as well as television, wardrobes (small but smart). The morning buffet is diversified and fresh. You could ask to staff to make Cappuccino/ Machiato(they do very well) . I was here 3 times already, 3 differents room at different floor but never had prob with sleeping. The staff is friendly (women who tidy room), the staff at buffet as well i did love the dinner service in room, very well prepared. This month I enjoyed the lunch at terrasse. So I do appreciate all services they could offer up to now. Thank you.

Wir sind nach 3 Jahren für das sehr verzögerte Hellfest Festival im Juni zurück in dieses Hotel zurückgekehrt. Noch einmal kann ich das Hotel oder die Dienstleistungen nicht schuldig machen. Sauberes Zimmer und Bett und starkes Frühstücksangebot. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder sein und empfehlen dieses Hotel wie bemerkt zusammen mit seiner Lage 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
