Mein einziger Beschwerde ist auf die Klimaanlage. Das war nicht das erste Hotel, das ich gefunden habe, dass Werbung wie Klimaanlage, aber die Einheiten sind nicht kühler als 80F. Die Halle, Lobby und Gemeindebereiche sind ausreichend gekühlt, aber die Zimmer sind heiß und schwer, um eine gute Nacht schlafen zu können.

Die Lage ist stehlend und die Aussicht ist ein Atem. Die Lage neben der Keller und neben den amerikanischen Rr-Restaurants ist super bequem. Das Essen im Objekt ist OK, weniger als ich erwartete für die Aussichten und die Lage, das Menü könnte INPROVED große Zeit sein. Das einzige Problem, das ich erkennen kann, ist der Wasserdruck sehr schlecht und die Tauchen in der Innen- und neben den Betten sind NICHT Sehr gut sehen. Die Anlage ist wieder gut den Aufenthalt wert und die Komfort der H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc ist ausgezeichnet. Ich oh und es hat ein zentrales Heizungssystem mit A/C und Heizgerät, Thermostat sehr neue und einfach zu benutzen. Die Politik der Sache hinsichtlich der Hygiene hinsichtlich der COVID-19 ist genau so, wie sie sein sollte, und die Sache wird gedacht und sie halten die Regeln. Ich würde es empfehlen und ich würde bei Fiesta Inn wieder bleiben ist sicher.

El hotel en bueno sien embargo el servicio en algunas áreas deja mucho que desear, Los recepcionista llegan a ser algo serios todo lo contrario a como debería de ser, Paty de rooms service fue grosera y altanera, le pedí una factura y de forma altanera me preguntó si había dejado mis datos los cuál si hice y escribí en la hoja que me envió, le dije que el mesero me preguntó que si ya había facturado y le comenté que si por tanto él mesero me dijo que no había necesidad de anotar mis datos fiscales,Paty de rooms service me contestó muy propiamente que ella no era adivina qué anotará bien mis datos si quería mi factura lo cual se me hizo de muy mal gusto esa respuesta. En otra ocasión baje al restaurante y pedí directamente a Paty que me ayudara, no me vio a la cara no levantó la mirada y siempre me decía en qué un momento me atendía, fue muy desagradable tener contacto con esta persona, me he hospedado varias veces con ustedes y jamás me había pasado algo así, me regresé muy decepcionado por el servicio de esta persona llamada Paty, por lo contrario la otra cajera si atendió mis necesidades muy bien y amable y en el restaurante buffet me atendieron de maravilla el día sábado en el desayuno desafortunadamente no recuerdo el nombre de la persona quee atendió no vestía como mesero bestia con playera de cuadros pero fue impecable en el servicio. Es un hotel con habitaciones algo viejas pero agradable, solo deberían dar capacitación de servicio al cliente y sonreír un poco más, mi habitación super limpia. Gracias a mi camarista. soy socio IHG Platinum Ambassador y creo que deberían haber ofrecido una up grade free También, Espero regresar pronto y ver algunos cambios y mejoras.
