Die Lage ist nahe dem Why, so ist es großartig, wenn Sie ausgehen wollen. Gebührenausstattung sind nahe wie eine Gasstation, gut zumindest das, das ich mit banke und ein schnelles Essen Restaurant. Die Rezeption war schön, aber es gibt eine Sache, die er mich aus dem Weg ließ; er schneidete und bläste seine Nase, aber sanitierte nicht nach, bevor er meine ID berührte. Deshalb nahm ich einen Stern aus. Auch der Ort war nett nur wenige schwarze Punkte im Bad. Mein Aufenthalt war relativ kurz. Es war eine Nacht und ich kam vor 12:30 Uhr zum Hotel, dann um 10:15 Uhr raus. Insgesamt ist es ein tolles Hotel und ich würde es nicht stören, dort wieder zu bleiben.

The rooms were big for a hotel in the middle of the city. They didn't give a lot of supplies in the bathroom. They didn't have any new toothbrushes for people to use in case they forgot. They weren't prepared and expected us to get more if we needed it. They gave a small shampoo bottle that lasted 1 day and I was with 3 other people. When it was around independence day the only elevator the reached the top floor(5th floor) was out of order. I had to take my heavy suitcases to the 4th floor using another elevator and lugg them thru stairs to get to 5th floor. The complimentary breakfast was good; staff inside luzzatto were also super friendly and kept the place clean and tidy.

Letzte Woche verbrachten mein Mann, mein Sohn und ich 4 Nächte im Residence Inn Montreal Midtown. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, sauber und modern. Das Lobby- und Frühstücksraum sind leicht und luftig mit viel Platz; wir hatten nie auf einen Frühstückstisch zu warten. Wir hatten ein Königszimmer mit Sofabett. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestaltet und sehr sauber. Alles war in guter Reparatur. Das Badezimmer war geräumig; die Dusche hatte einen großen Wasserdruck und kein Wasser aussprüht, was für meinen Mann ungewöhnlich ist. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, auch das Sofabett für meinen Sohn ziehen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Kochen Top und Geschirrspüler. Das Personal war großartig. Ich möchte besonders das Ingenieur- und Hauspflegepersonal erkennen. Wenn wir die Rezeption für etwas angerufen haben, kam ein Mitarbeiter in 10 Minuten in unser Zimmer, um zusätzliche Gewebe zu bringen oder den Waschmaschine von der Beeping zu stoppen und sie waren alle freundlich und hilfreich. Das Frühstück war das beste, was wir seit der Pandemie im Hotel hatten. Das war ein echtes warmes Frühstück mit mehreren Artikeln, die von jedem Tag aus wählen können, darunter Eier, Bacon/Sausage, Kartoffeln und ein vegetarisches Objekt. Zusammen mit belgischen Waffeln, vielen Gewürzen, Obst, Getreide, Joghurt und Getränke. Alles wurde ständig aufgefüllt und heiß. Das Personal hielt alles auch sauber und sauber. Parken im Untergrundgarage war einfach mit direkter Zugang zu Hotelliften. Die Nachbarschaft war schön, ist aber nicht in der Stadt, was wir mit nahezuem Zugang zu den Autobahnen benötigt. Es gibt eine U-Bahnstation ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die wir am einen Tag nach der Stadt genommen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool und ein schönes Fitnessraum. Wenn Sie nicht in der Innenstadt von Montreal bleiben müssen, empfehle ich dieses Hotel sehr.

Well considering this has only been open 7months I am surprised at the poor workmanship. The door to our room let in a beacon of light, it was so poorly fitted. The carpet was lifting, the toilet roll holder was installed wrongly so the toilet roll falls off. A panel above the bed was not painted, the desk under the tv was bubbling and lifting. The service was poor, the breakfast included in our package was kosher, it was not a great selection, cold boiled eggs, cold poached egg, dairy free yoghurt. Cereal was a good selection but no bowls to eat it out of, there was metal knives and spoons but no forks. Our second day we went down and it was closed with no notification thankfully the the hotel accommodated us into the bistro, which is amazing food and questionable service depending on who is on. On our final day a Saturday, it was open, but no electricity as it’s a day of rest. So no toast no coffee, wow again thankfully the reception supervisor accommodated us over the road at the Marriott residence inn. Only one lift worked the whole time we were there. And outside the lift the luggage trolleys sat blocking the route for 2 full days. Housekeeping …. It didn’t come around one day until 5pm and then when we said can you come back in 10minutes as we are going out then. We had already gotten towels brought up from the reception. The housekeeper stood in our door with her foot holding the door open with her arms crossed. Needless to say we grabbed our stuff and left imminently as we felt pressured. On our final day they didn’t come at all. We got back at 1600 and they hadn’t been so granted we put out do not disturb sign out. It’s not all bad… the rooms are very spacious, the shower is huge with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash that’s attached to the wall. The curtains are so thick and completely blockout. The TV displayed a welcome note, and we had a single bottle of water and nature valley bar. One between 2 of us…. The rooms are very tech savvy. With electric panels as you walk in and on one side of the bed. The hotel is really close to the Napur metro station, only 6 minute walking, and very cheap, plus fast to get to anywhere. We were staying in zone A throughout our stay, so bought a 3 day pass for $21.25 which was ideal. Also this was our honeymoon and we had made them aware, they didn’t do anything, we weren’t asking for much, but a drinks voucher or a bottle of something would have made all the difference. We married in a UK Marriott and all they did was love heart petals and a bottle of Prosecco, a small gesture makes all the difference.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at the end of December. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette. There is no oven in the room but there is a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, stove top, coffee maker). The midtown location was great! Parking was a breeze, there is a black garage door for the underground parking. Although the parking signage needs to say: “Homewood Suites” it just says “parking de l'hôtel $15” which as first-time guests we weren’t sure if it was our hotel or not. Nearby shops are all walkable. We highly recommend walking over to the Supermarche, its directly across the street to make your own charcuterie (large selection of fresh baguettes, cheese and meats - awesome prices too). There is also a Starbucks directly across the street which we loved! Travellers tip - pack ziploc baggies to store your extra food in. The bathroom was very large and bright, it’s only accessible through the bedroom. We would have preferred to have bathroom access through the living room as to not disturb our sleeping child at night. The swimming pool was quite small for a family hotel (10 person capacity) and the water temperature could have been warmer. We really wished there was a hot tub to relax in at night and warm up after the pool. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient for our family. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, very big rooms with comfortable bed and clean. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen and we had a nice stay. The downside was the breakfast which was poor in my opinion. Also coffee in the room from the coffee machine tasted bad.

Das Gesamtgefühl des Zimmers ist relativ klein, wenn das Gepäck nervöser wird. Die Umgebung ist ok, gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, Einkaufen ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so gut, weit weg von der Stadt, nachts ist es schwieriger zu essen. Es gibt sehr wenige frühe Entscheidungen, es gibt fast nichts zu essen und es ist jeden Tag das gleiche. Der Service ist ok, die Rezeption hat eine häusliche Vergangenheit, sie ist sehr begeistert und hat auch bei vielen Fragen geholfen, nur deshalb finde ich das Hotel ok.

Das Zimmer ist gut zu Preisen, es gibt einen Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und eine U-Bahn-Station in der Umgebung. Das Hotel hat auch Waschbecken und andere Einrichtungen. Wenn ich sage, dass die Schönheit nicht ausreicht, 1) das Frühstück ist zu einfach, die Sorten sind sehr wenig, 2) das Doppelbett ist zu klein, es ist nur ein Einzelbett, 3) das Badezimmer ist zu klein
