Der Hotelservice ist nicht gut, es ist viel besser als das traditionelle Hoch-Hoch-Hotel. Es gibt selbst Dutzende Zimmer, die man sagen kann, der Service ist ein Paar. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und ist besonders für den Aufenthalt in der Familie geeignet. Der größte Lichtpunkt des Hotels ist die ungeschützte Sicht, die schönste Landschaft in Mailand liegt vor Ihren Augen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Trip.com enthält keine direkten Frühstückssignale für das Restaurant 48 Euro für jeden. Sehr gut, der Service ist auch sehr intim. Da ich zu spät aufkam, sagte der Kellner mir, dass Sie langsam essen, essen Sie, wir essen nicht mehr, es ist wirklich sehr intim.

Die Lage war perfekt, in der Galleria Mall. Ich konnte die Mall-Scenary auf meinem Zimmerbalkon sehen. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und der Parkservice war großartig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Zimmerservice war ein weiteres tolles Feature. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es hatte keinen Schreibtisch, an dem man arbeiten konnte, aber es gelang irgendwie. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und möchte wieder hier übernachten!

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit – Wir sind wirklich gern mit ihnen zu reden und sie haben so hilfsbereit und aufmerksam gewesen. Die Lage ist spektakulär – Wir gehen aus der Hotelfronttür und haben einen Blick auf den Duomo. Sie konnten nicht um eine bessere Lage bitten Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel, modern und voll von allen Einrichtungen, die Sie wünschen können. Unser Zimmer hat einen Blick auf Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II, das ist wunderschön. Sie haben eine kleine Bar unten und einen gemütlichen Ort zum Frühstück. Wenn es regnete, hatten sie Schaumwürmer, um uns zu benutzen. Dies war unser zweiter Besuch in Mailand, und wir würden sicherlich nächstes Mal wieder in diesem luxuriösen Hotel bleiben.

Große Lage nahe, aber nur weit genug von der Duomo und den relevanten U-Bahn-Stoppen, um sich um Mailand einfach und schnell zu machen. Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte unsere Sicherheit klar in den Sinn. Das Zimmer war direkt unter der lebendigen Dachbar mit einem großen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber perfekt für mich, mein Mann, und mein junger Erwachsener Sohn. Die Dachbar war auch lustig und fühlte sich so glamourös! Ihr Menü war auch auf der Topnotch, ein toller Ort, um Aperitif zu genießen und den Nachtwurf zu genießen. Sie konnten die kleinen Trümpfe von Musik aus unseren Zimmern hören, aber das störte uns nicht überhaupt. Der Herr am Front Desk war auch so freundlich und hilfreich mit all unseren Fragen von Geldwechsel bis Metro-Stops bis zu Restaurant-Empfehlungen und sogar Mode-Beratung!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Das Bulgari Hotel in Mailand liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer von Schranken abgesperrten Privatstrasse mitten in der Altstadt von Mailand. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder per Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist teilweise leider ähnlich hochnäsig wie die meisten Gäste… es handelt sich insbesondere am Wochenende um eine Location zum sehen und gesehen werden. Wenn man das mag: Perfekt! Vor der Tür werden die neuesten Sportwagen präsentiert und einige Mädels an der Bar suchen nach einem guten Fang. Das Hotel ist nicht gerade klein und auch nicht wirklich ruhig… für den Pool braucht man eine Reservierung, dann darf man eine Stunde plantschen… zum schwimmen ist das Becken ein wenig zu klein. Im Whirlpool wird es auch mal etwas enger… manche Göste haben auch in Zeiten von COVID-19 wenig Berührungsängste. Das Essen im Restaurant können wir nicht bewerten - der Kuchen auf der Terrasse im hübschen Designer-Garten den kann man sich eher sparen. 🙈 Prima ist die Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer und frische Milch in der Minibar…! Wir können das Hotel durchaus mit kleinen Abzügen empfehlen - über das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für die recht kleinen Zimmer sprechen wir besser nicht. 😂

Das Hotel ist relativ klein und das Zimmer ist sauber, aber es ist ein Zimmertyp, das Sie nicht für die Parklandschaft auswählen, direkt am Straßenrand, völlig unsaudiofreies Türfenster, Glücklich, mit Ohrringen, sonst ist es ein Traum. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es kann nicht 15 Minuten bis zur Napoleons Straße kommen. Eine geradeaus 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Kathedrale von Mailand.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum von etwa 50 m vom Duomo und dem U-Bahnhof entfernt. Check-in und Service waren schnell und effizient. Das Zimmer war unspottbar sauber und hatte Dusche, TV, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und kostenfreies WLAN. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit frischem Brot und Gemüse, gepflegtem Fleisch, Käse, gekochtem Essen, Yoghurt mit Orangensaft und frisch gemachtem Kaffee. Da es gerade im Zentrum der Stadt gibt es ein paar Straßenlärm. Von der Duomo direkt auf Via Orefici und Via Dante (mit vielen Outdoor-Restaurants) bis zum Schloss und dem Stadtpark hinter ihm. Von der Duomo, vier Haltestellen auf der gelben Linie des U-Bahnhofs (Billets kostet €2 von den Maschinen - Bargeld oder Karte) nehmen Sie nach Central Station. Von hier können Sie in einer Stunde nach Bergamo, Como und Maggiore Lake. Tickets können von den Maschinen oder Büros gekauft werden und sind €6-9 auf jeden Weg. Für Lake Como entweder bekommen Sie den Zug nach Varenna Esino und dann fähren Sie nach Bellagio, ein weiteres fährt nach Como und den Zug zurück nach Mailand oder machen Sie es auf dem anderen Weg. Es gibt zwei Bahnhöfe in Como, Lago ist direkt am See, aber die Züge sind langsamer, San Giovanni ist am Rande der Stadt mit schneller Service. Für den Fähren zwischen Como und Bellagio empfehle ich, den langsamsten zu nehmen, der überall hält, da es billiger ist (€10 - bezahlen Sie bei Kiosk) und Sie bekommen fantastische Ansichten, wie Sie zigzag über den See. Ich begann zu fragen, wie es 2 Stunden dauern könnte, aber ich fertig wünschte, es würde niemals enden.

We loved this boutique, Milanese hotel which couldn’t have a more central location: off Via Torino, literally a 2 minute walk from Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The experience was wholly positive beginning from the correspondence with Eleonora and Omema, who are both friendly, competent and professional. Yulia at the reception was great too! The decor of this hotel is well-thought-out, the rooms are spacious, practical, pleasing to the eye, the owners sure went all the way while remodeling as the materials used are certainly not on the cheap side. The amenities in the rooms are all-inclusive (they even provide a separate wash for the sensitive body parts). We are a family of 5 and requested 2 adjacent rooms, which we did - on the 5th floor (which was very convenient for us). The bed mattresses and pillows were so very comfortable and provided the essentials for an enjoyable sleep. The bathroom is huge and well divided: walk-in shower on the right, washing basin in the center and the toilet with the bidet on the left. Compartmentalized with beautiful glass doors (the one on the shower side being sandblasted for added privacy). Although I am a light sleeper, the sound of the tram didn’t bother me at all during the night. I believe the glass windows are well-insulated. Breakfast was served on the first floor and it caters to almost all tastes (including vegans and the ones who prefer milk substitutes). There’s a large array of choice and it is quite rich. You get to choose your coffee which is very tasty by the way (anticipated, since you are in Italy), not sure if you can get to choose your eggs, I hadn’t asked, since what was offered was more than satisfactory in every respect (breads, croissants, cheeses, cold-cuts, cereals, fruits, pastries salty and sweet, salads, cakes, juices, sparkling or mineral San Pelegrino, etc). They even allowed us to stay in one of the rooms till 14:00 whereas check-out is at 12:00 noon without any extra charge and they were kind enough to arrange a taxi airport service for us. Without a doubt, I would stay in Matilde again during my next visit in Milan!

I had my eye on this hotel, as we visited Milan last year but as I was travelling with others, we booked elsewhere, which was much less expensive and well worth it. This year because I was travelling alone with my children who saw the photos and imagined that the candy canes and chocolate bunnies would be there, I made this trip about them and proceeded to book the hotel, despite it being expensive. I tried to book for one adult and two kids but was informed that children above the age of 2 are considered adults at the property. I requested the “marshmallow room”, as this is the one my children really wanted and was told through email that they would do their best to assign the room upon availability, which was also clear upon booking. I also asked for a possible early check-in and was told the Policy of the hotel was a 2pm check-in but that they would be glad to check us in earlier if the room was available. I understand that it was a busy time and obviously no availability of either, but a response stating that they would be giving us the “chocolate room” and no chance of an early check in would have been courteous, to say the least so that I could inform the kids in advance. Upon arrival, I was shown the double bed and informed very kindly that if the 3 of us didn’t want to share, they would open the sofa bed at 6pm to allow for the 3 of us to sleep, which they kindly did. However, as they had informed me that the price was for 3 adults, I expected 3 beds to be ready. The lady also informed me that the telephone was not working but that the Reception could be reached through WhatsApp. At that time there was no mention of the Wifi not working. After discovering that my kids were using mobile data and many repeated efforts to connect to the internet, I messaged to ask about the Wifi and was informed that due to the recent bad weather, they were having some trouble with the network. I tried to find something on TV for my child to keep busy with but there were only news channels in English. The Reception informed me through WhatsApp that Netflix was available if I had my own account. I was happy to use it but there was no connection. I informed them through WhatsApp of this saying that since there was no Wifi there was no connection and was then informed that there was Wifi but that it was slow. I sent a screenshot of the tv screen and informed them that there was no connection and received a message telling me to switch it off and wait for a few minutes and try again, which I did, to no avail. Nobody bothered to follow-up. The whole thing was just ignored. I want to give credit where it’s due and be fair to people who are looking for places to stay. The location is very good. They have Dyson products and other nice touches like a minibar with free drinks and other sweets and chocolates. The Staff at breakfast were very helpful. The Breakfast was also very good and the hotel was very clean. Had it not been so expensive, or had the Hotel shown any

Wir liebt die Tatsache, dass es sehr gut gelegen ist (zwei Blocks von Duomo praktisch entfernt). Unser Zimmer hatte eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, so war es sehr komfortabel. Es ist nahe zwei U-Bahn-Stationen. Von außen sieht es nicht aus wie ein Hotel (es hat kein Zeichen), aber ein Mitarbeiter sah uns umher suchen, so zeigte er uns unser Zimmer. Von der Innenstadt können Sie sehen, dass es ein sehr altes Familiengebäude ist, so würden Sie sicher das typische italienische Nachbarschaftsgefühl. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein und hat ein wenig Geruch, aber für den Rest haben wir wirklich den Ort gefallen.

sehr gute Wahl, wunderschöne Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Duomo. Komfortable, perfekt dekoriert und ausgestattet, erfüllt alle Kriterien für einen vollen Aufenthalt von Magie ☺ Wir waren Anfang Mai 22 in Mai in Mai in Mai und die Unterkunft, die wir reserviert wurden, war sympathisch, Net und genau, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Sauberkeit , Sie können die Augen geschlossen ( aber das sagt zwischen uns wäre schade). Wir sind immer noch erfreut über den Rahmen, wir hoffen, sehr schnell wieder dorthin zu kommen . Meine Augen sind noch locker, danke für diesen Moment

Our travel agent booked this hotel and I figured that since the TripAdvisor score was pretty good, that this would be a good option. We were pretty disappointed. It's hard to deny how good the location is to the sites are as you are one block away from the Duomo and the other side of the piazza from the Vittorio Emmanuelle. The lobby is not impressive (which is fine) but the room wasn't either. It is modern-ish but lacking in charm or style. The walls were pretty marked up and the carpet had stains on it in addition to the wear and tear of a hotel carpet. Milan was hot when we were there. The A/C was marginal with the bathroom door open--we closed the bathroom door to keep the air conditioning in the bedroom but then the bathroom would become quite hot. The noise from the street trolleys could be heard from our bedroom. The staff was generally genial and accommodating.

I had my eye on this hotel, as we visited Milan last year but as I was travelling with others, we booked elsewhere, which was much less expensive and well worth it. This year because I was travelling alone with my children who saw the photos and imagined that the candy canes and chocolate bunnies would be there, I made this trip about them and proceeded to book the hotel, despite it being expensive. I tried to book for one adult and two kids but was informed that children above the age of 2 are considered adults at the property. I requested the “marshmallow room”, as this is the one my children really wanted and was told through email that they would do their best to assign the room upon availability, which was also clear upon booking. I also asked for a possible early check-in and was told the Policy of the hotel was a 2pm check-in but that they would be glad to check us in earlier if the room was available. I understand that it was a busy time and obviously no availability of either, but a response stating that they would be giving us the “chocolate room” and no chance of an early check in would have been courteous, to say the least so that I could inform the kids in advance. Upon arrival, I was shown the double bed and informed very kindly that if the 3 of us didn’t want to share, they would open the sofa bed at 6pm to allow for the 3 of us to sleep, which they kindly did. However, as they had informed me that the price was for 3 adults, I expected 3 beds to be ready. The lady also informed me that the telephone was not working but that the Reception could be reached through WhatsApp. At that time there was no mention of the Wifi not working. After discovering that my kids were using mobile data and many repeated efforts to connect to the internet, I messaged to ask about the Wifi and was informed that due to the recent bad weather, they were having some trouble with the network. I tried to find something on TV for my child to keep busy with but there were only news channels in English. The Reception informed me through WhatsApp that Netflix was available if I had my own account. I was happy to use it but there was no connection. I informed them through WhatsApp of this saying that since there was no Wifi there was no connection and was then informed that there was Wifi but that it was slow. I sent a screenshot of the tv screen and informed them that there was no connection and received a message telling me to switch it off and wait for a few minutes and try again, which I did, to no avail. Nobody bothered to follow-up. The whole thing was just ignored. I want to give credit where it’s due and be fair to people who are looking for places to stay. The location is very good. They have Dyson products and other nice touches like a minibar with free drinks and other sweets and chocolates. The Staff at breakfast were very helpful. The Breakfast was also very good and the hotel was very clean. Had it not been so expensive, or had the Hotel shown any
