Highly recommended! The staff are lovely, the bed, pillows and sheets were fantastic, we have amaxing sleeps every night. The rooftop is beautiful! The breakfast was 10 out of 10! Highly recommended! Food was amazing. I had just done a VERY expensive omakase dinner the night before and this was actually bounds and leaps better. The octopus was cooked perfectly, the ahi crudo was very tasty, and the tomato salad was devine. Arturo was lovely and so informative. The service was amazing!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is so beautiful and sexy! The best part of Volga: THE STAFF! Daniel, Arturo, Ariel, Angel, Daniel and Christian are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They are so accommodating, friendly and make you feel like family. I have already told my friends to visit VOLGA immediately. I am already planning my next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the menu offered many excellent alternatives. The food was very well prepared, beautifully arranged, and had a wonderful taste.

Loving my visit at Volga so far! Had amazing views, room, lunch and an amazing breakfast included in our room rate and the staff was amazing, especially Christian & Arturo! Looking forward to the rest of our visit as it’s just getting started!

My friend and I booked this hotel for our first ever trip to Mexico City. English was very accessible and our stay was extremely comfortable. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond! There was an issue with the water in the hotel one day and management gave us a very generous discount for our troubles. Highly recommend!

The building architecture is fabulous, room is decorated with great style and taste, warm, modern, spacious. I also love how they combine the indoor/outdoor in their dinning area, the rooftop bar, their workout space, it feels like you're walking in a vertical rain forest! The staff are so friendly. I didn't know how to turn the hot water on in the shower and messaged the front desk, and the technician came to show me in just 2 min, after 11PM! The location is also amazing. It's right next to the Angle of Liberty at the center of the city so you can walk to so many restaurants, parks, and markets. I'd love to revisit for my personal vacation

Amazing hotel, great staff, great breakfast. Rooms were cleaned very well. Beds were extremely comfortable - I could sleep in it all day. Staff immediately responded to any calls I made to reception desk. Security was great. Dinners we had there were amazing, and dietary restrictions were taken care of very well. This hotel was one of the best highlights of having our company retreat in Mexico city!

We had the most epic company off-site at Hotel Volga. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was so comfortable (I appreciated the welcome drink and dessert!) and the food at the restaurant was spectacular. Great location in CDMX too. Definitely would recommend!
