Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Ich habe vergessen, nach dem Namen zu fragen, aber sie hat uns gerne geholfen. Sogar der Trolley hat uns ausgeliehen, um unser Gepäck zu tragen. Der Zimmerbereich ist wirklich klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Es wird empfohlen

Location was perfect to stroll along Yarra River and adventure a good food with so many choices of fine restaurants. The room we booked was perfect view even just stay in the room we can relaxing just enjoy the Yarra River and city of Melbourne. Definitely will be back money well spent

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Badezimmer war etwas älter und die Qualität des Duscheprodukts (Schampoo, Körperwasch etc.) konnte verbessert werden. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und wurde einfach check-in und check-out gemacht. Gesamt großartig Aufenthalt.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Der Baustil ist sehr klassisch, sehr sauber und hygienisch, sehr nah an der Stadt, praktisch überall hinzugehen, der Service der Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sind vorhanden.

Wir blieben zwei Nächte über zwei Wochenenden. Unser erstes Zimmer war 520 - das war nicht großartig. Die Dusche wurde von den Betten nur durch einen Garten getrennt. Die Toilette war in einem ”separaten” Zimmer, wurde aber nicht so ventiliert, dass ”Kontamination” vermieden werden würde. Die Betten waren jedoch komfortable und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und dem einfachen Zugang zu Theatern, Geschäften usw. Unser zweiter Aufenthalt war in Zimmer 214, Das ist sehr schöner, dass Dusche und Toilette ausreichend getrennt waren. Wir genossen das Frühstück in allen Morgens unseres Aufenthalts, das sehr grundlegende (Toast, Getreide, Saft und Pancakes) war. Während wir die Toast- und Getreideoptionen genossen haben - obwohl auch diese begrenzt sind - die Pancake-Maschine wurde leider auf beiden unseren Aufenthalten gebrochen. Insgesamt bekommt man, was man zahlen kann - und der Preis für Melbourne ist super billig.

This hotel located in Ringwood and around 30 minutes drive to Yarra valley or Dandenong area. The hotel located above major shopping centre so it’s convenience, location also next to train station. Room are spacious and bed are comfortable. Parking is available for $10 per night. The only downside is they do not provide room cleaning on Sunday so If you stay 2 night like us, from Saturday to Monday, you won’t get the room serviced as they don’t have housekeeper on Sunday. Very strange rule and it was not inform when we made the booking

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, es war ganz klar, dass es mehrere neue Mitarbeiter, die ihr Bestes tun und lernen am Arbeitsplatz, groß zu sehen in der Gastfreundschaft. Bestellung war ein wenig verwirrend, aber wir haben es am Ende. Leider war ein Missverständnis mit dem falschen Bier gegossen worden, das Personal korrigierte das schnell. Arancini Spezial war großartig. Schweineschneide Haupt ausgezeichnet. Neue Biermesser könnten benötigt werden. Zimmer sehr gut vorgestellt. Ich möchte wirklich einen Handsanitiser sehen, wenn Sie die Toiletten wie alle Orte ausgehen sollten. Eine Schande muss ich das markieren 4/5, besser bewertet 93/100. Sicherlich bleiben und essen wieder. 😉
