The hotel bar is too expensive, 85 pesos for 350ml beer is too much, it did not make the pool bar attractive at all. We were not looking for supermarket prices of course, but 85 pesos is exesive.

Everything was amazing during our stay in Mazatlan. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and very modern. We loved it!

Brand new property and the staff is very friendly. However they have a lot of problems. At checkin they couldn’t accept a credit card and through out or stay we were told cash only. When we arrived the bar didn’t have a bottle of wine to sell and the list goes on!
I have been in business my whole life and can spot bad management when I see it!
Bottom line the problems they are having start at the top and that’s where they need to start with fixing what should be a wonderful Hotel.

The service provided by Rosita and Alex was great. They were very attentive and very friendly! Unfortunately in the first room they gave us I bitten by bedbugs, we spoke to the operational manager Daniel and he stated he would look into it and follow up with us. He never did! It’s very unfortunate, if we say something we should always follow up or do what we promise. It’s just courtesy! The last room we stayed the bedding did not smell clean! The beach is not the nicest either. There is no where for you to lay or sit. You have to pay extra to rent chairs.
