"Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas alt sind, kann man angesichts der 80-jährigen Geschichte verstehen. Fast perfekte Lage: Die wichtigsten Attraktionen in der alten Stadt sind Fußgängerstrecke und eine unsichere Meereslandschaft. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist nicht reichhaltig, die Essumgebung ist sehr komfortabel. Wenn man etwas Mängel aufzeigen muss, ist die Musik am Wochenende Abend zu hell."

"Our family of four (kids 11 and 7) had a fantastic stay at Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán. The resort offered a great variety of activities, nightly entertainment, and themed buffets that kept the experience feeling fresh throughout our entire stay. We initially thought we would spend more time off-property, but there was so much happening at the resort that we found ourselves happy to spend most of our vacation there. The property never felt overcrowded, which made a huge difference as wait times were generally minimal. The pools, beach, restaurants, and common areas all felt comfortable and easy to enjoy without constantly competing for space. The Kids Club was one of the biggest highlights of the trip. Noemi, Melissa, and Rubi were absolutely wonderful with our children. They created a fun, welcoming environment where the kids quickly made friends and looked forward to participating every day. Our kids would wake up each morning excited to find out what activities they would be doing with their new friends. The care, enthusiasm, and energy of the Kids Club staff made a lasting impression on our family. The rest of the staff throughout the resort were equally impressive. Everyone worked incredibly hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was how many employees took the time to learn our names and greet us personally after only a day or two. Whether at the restaurants, around the pool, or throughout the property, those personal touches made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated rather than just another room number. We also appreciated the variety of nightly shows and special dining events. The entertainment team did a great job providing activities for both kids and adults, and the themed buffets were a fun touch that made each evening feel unique. Overall, Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán delivered exactly what we hope for in a family vacation: a beautiful resort, plenty of activities, excellent entertainment, attentive staff, and a relaxing atmosphere that never felt overly crowded. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return."
