Das Zimmer war schön, Standard-Motel-Stil. Pfeile zu weich und squidgy. Seife im Badezimmer war ausgelaufen. Anständiges Zimmer, ok für ein Motel. Die Nahrungsmittelanlagen am Servicestation waren um 8 Uhr sehr schlecht. Das einzige Nahrungsmittel, das ich nicht verwenden konnte, war McDonalds, oder WH Smith(!). Die anderen Orte, Nüsse oder Reis schien wenig übrig zu haben. Ich endete mit Sandwiches und einem Sack von Krisps. Keine richtigen heißen Mahlzeiten, keine Chance auf ein Glas Wein. I booked as a treat for myself and my wife as we were just starting our honeymoon together. She had no idea that I had booked STANBROOK until we pulled into the long driveway that leads to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived but you could tell straight away that it was a beautiful place to stay. We checked in at reception and Jacks dealt with us. She was very pleasant and informative and showed us to our suite. It was absolutely stunning whilst keeping the character of the original features. Jacks had our drinks sent to the room while we settled in and booked us in for dinner. The food was delicious and you could tell it was quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive but not in your face to spoil the meal. We had a lovely nights sleep and arrived for breakfast. Again the staff & food was excellent. We checked out with Jacks who again was pleasant and wished us well for the rest of our journey down to Devon. I would highly recommend a stay here for a special occasion and I’m sure as a wedding venue it would be spectacular for all guests and photos. It’s a long way from where I live in Scotland but I will be trying the hand picked hotel in Edinburgh for sure.

Super freundliches Personal, vor allem der Typ auf dem Vordertafel, der sehr hilfreich war, als wir um 1 Uhr ankamen (24h-Tisch). Die Lobby verfügt über eine nützliche Verkaufsmaschine und Mikrowelle, und das Zimmer hatte gute Tee und Kaffee. Wir brachten unseren Hund, und sie gab uns ein willkommenes Paket für ihn, das Snacks, Poobags und ein Ball umfasste. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, und das Frühstück war schön. Check out um 11am (was ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus!). Ich würde empfehlen.

This hotel is in a great location for worcester city centre, which is why we chose it having used it several times before. I had 2 issues at this hotel on this visit. # 1 the window in the bedroom wouldn't shut properly so much so I could almost get my fingers though to the outside. So I had the dreaded Aircon noise all night long. It was late to move rooms before I found this out. #2 We had planned to do some shopping and had arrived on the train. Upon check out I asked if I could store my small overnight case with them. I was told we have no facilities to store bags, having used this facility previously I challenged this and was told that since could the room has changed to a staff room. So now I have to hump my suitcase round all day long. I won't this hotel again specifically for this reason. I expect that a lot of people use the hotel for a weekend away so will also have to drag their cases round the following day.

My Wife and I have had most delightful stay at the Malvern. The hotel and spa itself is well presented, clean and relaxing. There is a variety of things to do in the spa, we especially enjoyed the saunas and pool. We ate lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent quality and very tasty. Our room was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. All of these things added up to a very pleasent and relaxing stay. But all that said, to me the greatest thing about this spa / hotel is the staff. They are simply fantastic, from the moment we checked in where Fi and India made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us so well, the brilliant ladies who did our trea**ents, Alex who looked after us with our evening meal and recommended the Korean BBQ pork which was delightful.. And then there's Ollie, what a great guy and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks so much to all of you. I'm only sorry I can't name each person individually because each one of you made our 20th Aniversary such a special time., even down to the lovely card and complimentary glasses of fizz . Thanks to you all and we shall definitely see you soon, Jason and Hellen.
