The pool is good, but the administration department could be more accommodating, especially for foreigners. The process to pay the pool fee can be frustrating, as they prioritize lengthy transactions first. While this is within their rights, it would be better to allocate a cashier for shorter transactions. The toiletries and towels are good, but it would be nice if they could add comforters and bedsheets for the pull-out bed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will return.

Did a 7 days booking here on Trip. Modified it for 6 days instead - did the modification 3 days before the checkout. Hotel did not give me a refund. Reception not helpful at all.

A perfect place to stay with yor family! Definitely will stay again! It is a home away from home. What all you need is here. I’ll just wait for my Trip coins credited this coming June and will book again. Might celebrate my Dad’s birthday here. See you the soonest Alpha Suites! 🌈🤍

GUT: Tolle Lage, Green Belt und Poblacion sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen. Groß, sogar für ein Standardzimmer. Guter kleiner Küchenbereich. Schöne, einfache Fitness- und Poolausstattung. Freundliches Personal. NICHT SO GUT: Das Personal hat mir beim Einchecken den Reisepass nicht zurückgegeben, ich musste am nächsten Tag danach fragen. Zimmerhygiene unterdurchschnittlich, ziemlich viele Kakerlaken und Fliegen im Zimmer. Am inakzeptabelsten war eine Klammer in der Badewanne, die mir in den Zeh gestochen hat! Insgesamt war es ein oker Aufenthalt. Hoffentlich können sie sich verbessern, denn mir hat die Lage wirklich gefallen!

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinem Budget. Es gibt viele Restaurants zur Auswahl (chinesische, japanisch-türkische, spanische Restaurants usw.).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Während meiner kürzlich nach Makati blieb ich in Abraham Manila. Nach einem Busfahrt 4-hour aus der Provinz, die Ankunft in Abraham Manila war ein willkommener Pause. Ich wähle ihr Doppelzimmer, das nur für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt in Manila war. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel, bietet einen schönen Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Wenn Sie nach erschwinglichen Optionen suchen, haben sie auch Schlafzimmer Unterkünfte. Eines der besten Dinge über meinen Aufenthalt war die Wasserfüllungen auf dem 7. Stock, was wirklich handvoll war. Und das Personal in Abraham Manila war erstaunlich, immer bereit, mit allem zu helfen, was ich brauchte. Außerdem war die Lage des Hotels in Poblacion, Makati perfekt. Es gab viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe zu erkunden, so dass es einfach ist, jede Nacht etwas Neues zu erkunden.

Buchte dieses Hotel zuvor und hatte einen GREAT Aufenthalt bequem für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse mit einfacher Zugang zum Transport. Der Gastgeber (Sir JC) war eine AMERISCH HOST schnelle Antwort und wird einen zusätzlichen Meilen zu helfen gehen. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service ist schnell, wenn Sie etwas anfragen müssen. Einfache Ausstattung, gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Newport und direkt vor dem Flughafen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine einfache Auswahl. Aber insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Die Lage ist gut, weil es nahe einer Menge Einrichtungen ist. Das Hotel ist auch schön. Dachboden, Fitness und Arbeitsplatz. Aber das Problem ist der Pool. Es ist schmutzig und viele Algen. Ich habe das Personal bereits informiert, aber 1 Tag vor dem Schließen genommen. Das Problem ist auch, wenn sie geschlossen werden. Sie haben es nicht gereinigt. Sie schließen es einfach. Wie kann der Gast genießen, wenn das der Fall ist?
