I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

Stock zu sein, aber da wir früh in nur 7th Stock Zimmer überprüft wurden, war verfügbar. Zimmer war alter Schulstil. Ich hatte mehr erwartet, da es 5-Sterne-Hotel ist. Insgesamt würde ich geben 3.5/5. Ich denke, es gibt eine bessere Option da draußen!

The staff here are so incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first checked in they told us they upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we let them know and they upgraded us to an even BIGGER room! A whole presidential suite that had a living room, bathroom with a tub, and a huge bedroom with a smart TV. We had a special stay for sure and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is also quite generous with several choices for food. All in all, would come back for the staff and the hotel upkeep. Special shout out to Ms. Karisse, Amylee, Honey, Pauline, Ralph, and Darwin for an unforgettable experience!

The housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attendant was excellent. He was prompt in his duties, kept the room super clean and well-informed about the services available at the hotel. He is a skilled converationalist. His supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro made sure that his staff served as well (quite good in overseeing his staff). Overall, the hotel met my expectations from the guards at the ground floor (extremely nice), concierge (attendants were most helpful) and reception (staff were friendly, efficient and helpful).

Die günstigen Zimmer sind sehr gut gelegen, sehr saubere Wohnräume, geräumige Studiozimmer, hilfsbereites Personal, war ein Geschäftsbesuch, war für 5 Nächte geblieben. Nur ein Negativ war die Luftkon-Einheit im Zimmer zuweilen sehr laut, musste mit den Einstellungen umgedreht werden. Wandern Sie in der Nähe von Malls und anständigen Restaurants und Bars. Würde hier nochmal bleiben. Danke für das ganze Team im Sphere, dass Sie den Aufenthalt so komfortablen.

Da ich auch arbeitete, war ich zum ersten Mal auf den Philippinen und habe mich in Manila verliebt! Das Hotel verfügt über ein Zweibettzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, was in Japan dem Typ 1LDK entspricht. Es gab ein Sofa und einen Esstisch, an dem vier oder mehr Personen Platz fanden, und die Aussicht im 21. Stock war großartig! Außerdem gibt es direkt hinter dem Hotel, etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt, einen Platz, auf dem jeden Samstag ein Markt stattfindet und Sie bei einem morgendlichen Spaziergang lokale Zutaten kaufen können! Als ich zurück im Hotel ankam, legte ich die Zutaten, die ich mit nach Hause gebracht hatte, auf einen Teller in die Kühlbox und stellte sie in die Mikrowelle! Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war groß genug, um alles unterzubringen, und es gab Geschirr, so dass ich die Mikrowelle benutzen konnte, was wirklich praktisch war. Da das Hotel in der Nähe des Platzes liegt, müssen Sie nicht 5 Pesos bezahlen, um eine öffentliche Toilette zu benutzen und in einer langen Schlange warten. Wenn ich beruflich zurückkomme, würde ich gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

Sie haben sogar unser Zimmer aktualisiert und uns einige Deezen, wie man Rabatte beim Essen in ihrem Restaurant zu nutzen. Das Essen im Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Sie haben sogar einen Taho-Verkäufer, der umgewandelt und Taho serviert. Das Hotel ist nur über den Malls. Der Service war schnell. Unser Antrag auf einen zusätzlichen Bürostuhl wurde schnell beantwortet. Das Personal war sehr nett und nah anzusprechen. Sie werden sich immer hier begrüßen! Sie werden hier zurückgehen!

Das muss irgendwann ein schöner Ort gewesen sein, aber nicht mehr. Rote Flagge: Als ich da war, versuchte ein Gast aus ihrer Buchung herauszukommen, nicht sicher warum. Die Parkplätze sind nicht allein zu finden, weil Sie buchstäblich gegen den Verkehr zu gehen müssen, um sie zu erreichen. Ich wurde gesagt, ich musste eine P 300 über Nacht Parkgebühr zahlen - das ist buchstäblich der einzige Ort, an dem ich in der Parkgebühr geblieben bin. Die meisten Hotels und KondoteIen kosten nicht Parkplätze für die Bezahlung der Gäste. Ich wurde auch gebeten, meine ID zu verlassen (die meisten Hotels nur Ihre ID kopieren), und eine P 2000-Zufällige Einlage zu verlassen (sie würden es zurückgeben, aber immer noch, ziemlich steif, da es nicht genau ein luxuriöser Ort ist). Was es geht, ist, dass es in zentraler Lage in Makati, in der Nähe der meisten Orte, wo Sie gehen möchten, mit einem Komfortladen und einem U-Bahn direkt außerhalb des Gebäudes. Zimmer war groß mit ausreichenden Einrichtungen für zwei.

Ich war drei Nächte hier und es war wirklich schön, schönes Zimmer und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Nichts war für sie alle ein Problem. Ich ging nach drei Tagen nach Boracay für fünf Tage, aber dann wieder in ein wirklich schönes Zimmer , dieses Mal ging ich am Morgen auf das Dach oben mit meinem Kaffee, aber auch nach dem Abend mit einem Glas Wein zurück. Die Aussichten sind erstaunlich von oben auf dem Dach ,Sehr sicher und sehr ruhig , wieder die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich ich auch meine Waschmaschine gemacht, was ein großer Service Ihre Waschbeutel wird aufgehoben von 10am und wieder gebracht wascht und getrocknet von 5pm brillant! Der Greenbelt Mall ist gerade über der Straße , die 7/11 ist die nächste Tür für alle Lieferungen, die Sie benötigen könnten , verteidigungsmäßig empfehlen Das Charterhaus

Ich dachte, der Aufzug und die Hallen hätten besser gereinigt werden können, aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Luftkonditionierer war überraschend laut, bis ich in ein anderes Zimmer verbracht wollte, aber bereits unverpackt und bereit, nach langer Reise zu kollapsen. Es gab ”kein Signal” im Fernsehen und, wieder, ich störte nicht, um Hilfe von dem Personal coz alles, was ich wollte, war entspannen. Aber, das Personal sollte sicherstellen, dass die Fernsehsender gut funktionieren, richtig? Bett war komfortabel und ich schlief relativ gut trotz des lauten Klimaanlages.

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

Super tolles Hotel, das im Gegensatz zu manch anderen wirklich seine 5 Sterne verdient hat. Tolle Zimmer, mega Frühstücksbuffet und schöner Pool sowie tolles Fittnesstudio. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das stets nette Personal vor allem aber Frau Cha und Herr Steven die mir sehr geholfen haben meine verlorene Geldbörse wieder zu finden und letztlich auch mir ins Hôtel haben bringen lassen! Sowas habe ich noch nicht zuvor erlebt! Vielen vielen Dank dafür!!
