I may as well start my review with the only negative I could find. This was the smoking area directly outside the hotel entrance. So as soon as you open the door to go in cigarette smoke also went in. And now the good parts without a doubt, the hotels, biggest attribute are the staff. Our week started with a very warm welcome reception from a young man who was very polite and very helpful. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. But I guess that doesn’t really matter as it is a recurring theme during our entire stay . One young man who needs a special mention who works behind the bar, told me he was only 20 years of age, which I didn’t believe as he is one of the most honest, trustworthy and sincerest of persons I have the fortune to meet. It just goes to show that not all young people have attitude . Now I have to say that everybody who works behind the bar was fantastic and polite. so on behalf of my wife and I would like to thank you all. But Andre Martins you are a superstar from my heart you deserve a pat on the back and a promotion. One day my friend I’m sure you will be manager. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The management should be very proud. The room was fantastic overlooking the river was clean and tidy with plenty of room. On occasions we ate at the hotel and every time wife was running out of wine someone came to pour some from her bottle. Her exact words were she felt like a princess it was nice that staff mad us both feel very special. The food was very nice and we both would recommend. In due course we shall return to the hotel as it was well situated. Thank you to all an absolutely fantastic start to our tour of Portugal.

Dieses Hotel ist nur eine Minute vom Zentrum von Porto entfernt, aber die Zugstop ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Ich fragte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer, ich hatte einen am Rücken und es war ideal. Die Bar ist aus dem Empfangsbereich. ist sehr klein und fehlt an**osphere. Das Restaurant im oberen Stock hat schöne Aussichten, ich habe dort nur einmal Abendessen gegessen und es war OK. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfreich. Die Vielfalt am Frühstück variierte von Tag zu Tag, es war wahrscheinlich, was man in einem 3* Hotel erwartet.

Ficamos num excelente apartamento de 2 quartos no Gaia Residence que é conjugado ao hotel Hollyday Inn. O apartamento é completo com camas para 4, uma pequena cozinha, sala de estar e uma pequena mesa para refeições. Tudo é perfeito até a hora do excelente café da manhã, bastante completo, porém servido no mesmo ambiente para os dois hotéis. Aí ocorrem os problemas de superlotação. Uma guerra!!!

Die Lage war etwa 5 Minuten Fahrt vom Bahnhof Vila Da Nova Devasas und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Uber-Bahnhof Camara Gaia. Es ist nicht so nah an das Zentrum von Porto. Sie sind zu Uber oder zu Fuß überall. Kein kostenloses Wasser in dem Zimmer, es sei denn, Sie sind ein Hilton Honors Silber-Mitglied und oben, und das ist nur für die erste Flasche. Artikel wie Baumwoll-Paddeln und Vanity Kits wurden nicht wiederbestanden, es sei denn auf Anfrage. Handtücher wurden auch nur am ersten Tag bereitgestellt. Dentalkits müssen auch beantragt werden. Kinda enttäuscht, weil es ein Aufenthalt für unseren Hochzeitstag war, aber auch so Wasser war auf 6 Euro pro Flasche zu zahlen, weil ich nur ein Blue HH-Mitglied war. Handtücher Racks waren nicht verfügbar, nur Hügel. Andernfalls ist der Service von der Bodenbedienung, die Englisch sprechen könnte, außer für eine Kellnerin, die nicht verstehen konnte “kein Haufen Kein Bacon” für unsere Omelette! Einfaches Frühstück serviert täglich. Wir wurden auch einen kleinen Kuchen zu feiern gegeben. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Im Allgemeinen ist das Zimmer sauber und nichts extra, aber die Zimmer sind ziemlich ”müde”. Keine Slips/Tasche-und obwohl es für ein dreisternes Hotel die Norm ist, ist dennoch der Mangel an einer Seife unter dem Stück Seife, das das Hotel selbst liefert, bereits interessant) Die Duschekabine flog, die Handtücher bildeten die Wiesen mussten gepflückt werden. Mit dem Kabelkabel ist es möglich schwarz bitte, es ist möglich schwarz zu legen, aber es ist wahrscheinlich bitte. In Portugal ist die Präsenz der Schweiß wie Schnee in Russland im Winter - natürlich) Aber der Druck von Wasser in der Dusche war so, dass auch wenn Wassermassage für sich selbst - ich wirklich gefallen)) Die Matratze ist ziemlich hart, diejenigen, die einen kranken Rücken haben, ist unwahrscheinlich zu schätzen, aber die massiven Gefährten werden sehr komfortabel, die Matratze ist praktisch nicht verpasst. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Teepot und eine Kartenbrille - es ist ein großer Plus. Für diejenigen, die interessiert sind - Fernseh füllt fast alle möglichen Kanäle. Frühstück ist typisch europäischer: Yoghurt, Pilze, Käse und Hammer, Brot. Süße Kuchen und Backen, gekochte Eier, Obst, Tee und Kaffee. Nichts Besonderes, aber Hunger wird sicher nicht bleiben. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist 18 Euro für zwei.
