Let’s start with the front desk agent. During check in I was notified that a $250 incidental fee would be held on my card. When I asked to see that in writing, I was repeatedly told “it’s on the website” by the guy working the desk. I’ve checked the website and it is not there, nor was it ever shown to me in person. The microwave was broke, hallways smell like cigarettes, half the lamps in the room didn’t work, the television turned on but doesn’t show anything other than an HDMI error screen, and the bathtub was STOPPED UP. Literally…the first person took a shower and the water filled halfway up the tub and never drained…ever. They need to do better, LaQuinta has actually improved a lot over the years, but this location is horrible.
