Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Es gibt ausreichend hoteleigene Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Diese sind kostenlos. Wir waren zwei Nächte als Familie mit zwei Kindern in einem Familienzimmer. Das Familienzimmer unter dem Dach (kein Schrägdach) bestand aus zwei Zimmern und einem großen Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Es war sehr groß und verfügte über einen Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen. Ausblick hatte man vom Balkon aufgrund einer hohen Mauer aber nur im Stehen. Wenig umweltfreundlich sind die Balkontüren, die nicht richtig schlossen, während drinnen die Klimaanlage lief. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, wie auch sonst das Hotel einen freundlichen und sauberen Eindruck machte. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check In wie auch Check Out verliefen schnell. Für 5 € pro Person und Tag kann man auch kurzfristig ein Frühstück vor Ort dazu buchen. Allerdings liegt der Frühstücksraum in einem ungemütlichen und wenig einladenden Kellerraum. Er war auch recht voll, wobei zwar insgesamt auf Abstand und Hygiene geachtet wurde, aber Verstöße vom Personal nicht beanstandet wurden (eine Familie aus der Ukraine hielt sich am Büffet penetrant nicht an die geltende Maskenpflicht). Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation wurde man am Büffet bedient. Insgesamt sind 5€ ein fairer Preis, allerdings erhält man Fruchtsäfte, die künstlich und vor allem nach Zucker schmeckten und auch der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war nicht der Hit. Auch das Rührei scheint aus dem Tetrapak zu kommen. Es gibt aber z.B. frisches Obst. Wir hatten das Frühstück aus Bequemlichkeit vor Ort dazugebucht, da wir im Umfeld des Hotels keine italienische Bar entdeckt hatten, in der wir morgens einen Kaffee hätte trinken und eine Kleinigkeit hätten essen können. Zu Fuß läuft man in ca. 25 Minuten entlang einer wenig attraktiven Einfallstraße in das Zentrum, in der Stadt finden sich aber genug Parkplätze und die Parkgebühren sind eher günstig. Für uns war das Hotel für zwei Nächte eine ideale Bleibe, um Lucca zu besichtigen, an den Strand von Viareggio zu fahren (ca. 30 Minuten) und um von hier am Abreisetag einen Ausflug nach Pisa (ca. 20 Minuten) zu machen, von wo aus wir unsere Reise fortsetzten. Leider gibt es bei TRIPADVISOR kein „gut“, das wäre nämlich die korrekte Bewertung. Insgesamt war das Hotel -trotz des Frühstücks- daher eher „sehr gut“ als „befriedigend“.

Hotel La Luna was just a lovely place to stay whilst we explored Lucca and the surrounding area. It was very well located for the Centro Storico, only a couple of hundred yards from the Piazza Antifeatro. The rooms were very comfortable (especially the beds) and were always kept clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the hotel and they were very attentive to guests. There was a good range of foods available for breakfast each day from pastries and cakes to boiled eggs to the traditional cooked meats and cheeses. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Hotel in den Randgebieten der Stadt. Vor dem Halten - 5 Minuten pro Woche, 25 Minuten pro Wochenende (dies sollte berücksichtigt werden, wenn es kein Auto gibt). Ein komfortables Zimmer, es gibt alles, was Sie brauchen. Für das Frühstück, die Auswahl mehrerer Optionen (Toasts, Eier, Joghurt, etc.), bereitet der Besitzer für die angegebene Zeit vor.

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

Es handelt sich um ein relativ kleines wunderbares Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und individuell. Auch die Bäder sind sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Lucca (ca. 10 Autominuten in die Stadt). Dadurch ist es aber sehr ruhig. Mit dem großen Garten und dem tollen Pool perfekt, um nach dem Stadtbummel die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir haben 2x zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Hervorheben möchte ich die tollen Weinempfehlungen. Auch das Frühstück war super. Der Service hat mich aber am meisten beeindruckt. Alle sind sehr herzlich, man bekommt super Tipps - sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber ordentlich. Kostenloser Safe an der Rezeption. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Minibar. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Restaurant mit dem gelben M und nahe einer Schnellstraße. Zur Stadtmauer sind es etwas mehr als 1 km. Ins Zentrum fährt auch ein Bus Linie rot. Fahrkarten im Vorverkauf 1,50€, im Bus 2,50€. Irgendwann zwischen 20 und 21 Uhr ist Schluß.

Ich habe x Fall gefunden, bevor ich angerufen und schon von der Stimme verstanden habe und ich habe nicht mehr nach etwas gesucht. Ich habe ihm eine Menge Fragen gestellt, da ich mit einer Reihe von Gesundheitsproblemen mit meiner Mutter zusammen war und ich will sie glücklich machen ..... Meine Gefühle hatten Recht. Es ist auch dank Stefano in Brunella und all das Personal einschließlich der mythischen Hund Zigghy und der wunderschönen Katze konnten sie glücklich machen. Wir haben nämlich gefragt, ob es möglich war, noch einen Tag zu verbringen, und Glück haben sie uns zufrieden gestellt. Neben dem hervorragenden Zimmer, der Reinigung und dem wunderbaren Frühstück, ... Es gibt viel mehr ... Was diesen Ort zu einer wunderbaren Geschichte macht, sind : ihre Professionalität, freundlichkeit, Sympathie und Einfachheit ( Sie fühlen sich sofort die Liebe, die sie für ihre Arbeit und die Sie tun alles, um dich gut zu machen.) Du fühlst dich wirklich wie zu Hause und super geschmückt. Ate pure Luft in einer wunderbaren Ruhe. Insgesamt ....noch GRACE Wir werden sicher zurückkommen 🙏❤️
