Traumhafter Aufenthalt, super gelegen zwischen Pisa und Lucca! Toller Pool, super Essen und ganz tolle Zimmer. Der Service ist der Hammer und sehr herzlich. Andrea ist das Herz ♥️ des Hotels. Wir gehen nur ungern. So richtig tiefenentspannt und lieblich!

Äusserst freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns etwas zu Trinken bestellt und wurden zusätzlich mit köstlichen Paninis verköstigt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr gross (60 m2); einige verfügen über einen Balkon. Sehr gute Bettenqualität; sehr grosses Bad; genügend Schränke, um mehrere Tage dort zu verweilen. Auch der Aussenbereich ist wirklich toll: Genügend Parkplätze; Nachtessen und Frühstück direkt am ruhigen Pool mit Top-Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, und auch der Wein war Klasse! Wer Ruhe sucht, wir hier fündig. Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt begeistert!

Not what I expected. Although the rooms are spacious and comfortable they lack the individuality to make your stay feel special. Other than the beds the furnishings are of poor quality and are the same in the other rooms and common areas, not what you would expect in a small 5 star hotel. The restaurant is mediocre at best. A very disappointing stay.

We stayed at Hotel Casanova for ten days during our vacation in August 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. Our suite was approx. 60 qm in size and was equipped with a huge bathroom featuring old English style art deco solid shower, bath tub and other amenities. Furthermore the suite has a wodden floor, huge bed, air con, TV, mini bar and safe. The surrounding area of the hotel is wonderful, as the hotel is located on a hill in a pine forrest with a stunning view into the valley near Lucca especially from the infinity pool. As long as the weather was fine, we had breakfast outside next to the pool. The athmosphere is tranquillizing and relaxing. Our special thanks go to the superfriendly and helpful team of Hotel Casanova, Andrea, Michaela, Greta, Francesco and all the others. Mille grazie! Hopefully we will be back in the future!

The property is so beautiful and the surroundings as well. The countryside is stunning and the staff was very welcoming (Michela was extremely helpful). The room was exactly like on the pictures , very spacious with great views. Would definitely come back and recommend Villa Casanova!
The only con we would say was the restaurant - we were a bit disappointed by the pasta we ordered.

The only way to describe this experience is spectacular. The resort is beautiful and clean and the service is beyond compare. Wonderful breakfast buffet served on the pool terrace with your every need quickly attended to by friendly but unintrusive staff. As soon as you leave your room , staff immediately make up the room and replace towels. I have never seen such efficient cleaning service ! The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a huge shower and soaker tub. Our room had a little terrace which looked over the Tuscan countryside. The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner are limited but very tasty. We had a car and there are lots of little restaurants a short drive from the hotel. The staff here are incredible and very patient while I tried my very limited Italian. If I could give 10 stars I would .

Away from the center, Casanova is a special place to relax, enjoy good food and indulge yourself. The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean and with wonderful views (mine was a castle in a nearby town). The biggest bathroom I've ever been in, with all the amenities and an impressive shower. Relaxing pool with infinity view. Andrea and his team are fantastic and accommodated us very well in an emergency situation. We will return with more time!
