Where do I start... The host is MAGNIFICIENT! Constanza is such a delight. She guided us through the check in process and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The property has ample parking and the rooms reflect a wonderful rustic feel. Very Very nice. And the breakfast..... MAGNIFIQUE. From the home made breads and pastries, to the fresh fruit and coffee, you felt like a guest of the family. My only regret was not staying here longer. HIGHLY recommended. Wonderful time!

This old stables for a Nunnery has been converted into a homely comfortable B&B run by Constanza with her parents.Situated in colourful gardens you sleep well and are served huge breakfasts.Nothing is too difficult for Constanza.You are a pleasant 12 minute walk to the old walled city of Lucca.Lucca itself is a hidden gem, a must see and explore in Tuscany.

Charming bed and breakfast with lovely hosts and beautiful garden. The location is approximate 10 minute walk to Lucca wall. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable. The hosts go out of their way to make sure their guests have a wonderful time in Lucca. I highly recommend this place!

In addition to all the other wonderful things that guests have written about the property, the breakfast, and the location, I'd like to add that the proprietor Constanza and her family are among the nicest, most accommodating people anywhere! They went way out of their way to help my family out a snafu, packed us a wonderful breakfast to eat at the airport before our morning flight, helped to arrange a taxi, etc..., etc.. I am so grateful and very much hope to return to visit!

This is a fabulous B&B, very warm and VERY welcoming. It’s family run and all members of the family are just so very kind and so very generous in their hospitality that I would never even dream of staying anywhere else on any visit to Lucca. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and the shower was great. It has a beautiful garden that must be something really special in the summer, and perfect for an evening apperitivo after a day of walking the city. The breakfast pastries, well, just look at the picture - in a word, delicious!!! It is absolutely everything you need. My wife and I and our 13 year old son just loved it.

What a beautiful place to begin our trip through Italy. Only a 3-5 min walk to central old town and tucked away on a very quiet little street, this place has it all. Parking inside the walls (the place used to be a convent for nuns), an upscale room, so much breakfast we couldn’t eat it all, and sweet proprietors (multiple languages spoken here- we needed English). The gates and doors are keyed so you are free to come and go as you like without checking in and out and the place was spotless. Owners live in the small home on the property next door but were alway around when when needed help. The courtyard and breakfast area is lush with greenery and birds are everywhere. Note that this booking feels like a small inclusive mix between hotel (amenities) and b&b with the a local family. -Great mix! Lucca’s old city is a very short straight walk away- we rented a bike to explore town on the proprietor’s suggestion and loved every min of our time here! I highly recommend this location. Ask them to tell you of the history here too. We will be back here in the future.
