The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

Unterkunft direkt am Sambesi River gelegen, toller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Gepflegte und saubere Zimmer sowie schöne Außen- und Poolanlage. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Frühstück in Ordnung, Angebot für Mittag und Abendessen sehr gut. Diverse Angebote für Aktivitäten rund um die Victoria Falls

It was short stay. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quite nice and it isn't far from Victoria Falls. I enjoyed the fish except one time when it was over salted and not prepared how I wanted it.

staff absolutely lazy, i have never experienced such poor working attitude. I am aware that this is Africa, but, if somebody wanna offer accomodation and related services, should take care about guests.

Mi local favorito para tomar unas cervezas junto a unas magnificas vista al rio y a las cataratas. Si vais por ahí preguntar por Graham Del, os recomendará las mejores actividades de la zona. Un abrazo a todo el personal de que te atiende en este magnifico local, a todos menos al que está en la oficina contratando las excursiones, un poco desagradable y antipático...

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Beautiful setting, clean room with everything in working order. The view of the river was superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Check out is early, but the hotel will store your bags while you explore.
