My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression.
The location is good though.

Unschlagbar ist die Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Albert Dock, Lime Street Station, Kathedralen, alles erreicht man zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Das Cooked Frühstück vom Buffet ist das Geld definitiv wert, auch einige kontinentale Optionen erhältlich. Sehr praktisch der HDMI-Stecker für den TV in der Wand. Freundliches Personal. Hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof mit kleinem Fenster, dafür ruhig. Fast zu ruhig, weil das unangenehme tief-frequentes Brummen, dass von meinem Bett aus zu hören war, dann umso mehr auffiel. Aber dafür gibts ja Gehörschutzstöpsel. Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt bzw nur wenn man es explizit verlangt, angeblich wegen Covid...

Second stay in this lovely city. We liked the stay near Lime Street station but this hotel in our opinion is better. Being given a high floor room was welcome for a quiet night's sleep. Mattress/ pillows all excellent and super comfy. We would have eaten in the restaurant in the evening but you had to book by 6.30 and you couldn't order bar snacks after 8.30. as we were undecided about times daily we missed the deadlines. We have eaten in other premier inns we esewhere and always like the food. Drinks menu was good and reasonably priced though.

it was my birthdays and my husband suprised me with a night away here and took me shopping in the daytime and around Liverpool at night we decided to try this hotel as we have stayed in several other around liverpool the hotel is a central spot for shopping eating and good walks we found all the staff friendly and helpful we had paid extra for breakfast in the morning which was very good and as much as you could eat enjoyed our stay

Stayed at the hotel on Tuesday night and forgot my prescription glasses left on the bedside table. Have rung and rung the reception over twenty times getting through once to be told that they would contact housekeeping as nothing had been handed in. Visited again on Thursday to be told the same thing, still no call or glasses found. Despite all the calls and visits communication is hard or impossible and belongings seem to just disappear.

This was my second stay at this hotel in 2months ,Loved every second of being in Liverpool and this hotel . Warm and friendly staff nothing too much trouble .on my second stay in May i decided to have evening meal on arrival which was amazing .standard and taste . was staying there with my son with special needs .staff very respectful of this .was served my evening meal by Stevie and Stas who were lovely .attentive exceptional. Hope to stay again there soon .

I would absolutely recommend this hotel while staying in Liverpool, I'm just back from a 2 day trip with my daughters for a birthday. This hotel right in the centre of everything and which is very handy there's a tesco and homebargains next door. From we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, the staff went out of there way to help from getting us food to sorting our early check in. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable this was my second stay and it definitely won't be my last. X
