AC nicht richtig arbeiten, keine Lebensmittel im Zimmer, keine Minibar, unkomfortable, alte Eigenschaften brauchen geringfügige Renovierung, viele Dinge nicht arbeiten wie Dusche Kopf, sinken nicht genug drainieren, manchmal nicht gut gereinigt. Deckung Schäden und Mikrostücke fallen in Badezimmer AC Filter schmutzig, Wände in Kupfer, konnte das Paar neben der Tür hören, immer Sex haben. Hauptmanager des Hotels nicht hören und fast brutal. bat ihn, die VMC zu reparieren, es war zu viel Feuchtigkeit, auf die er antwortete, dass er nicht Gott ist. Ich sagte ihm, dass wenn er nicht ein VMC ändert, ich weiß nicht, wie er ein Manager ist. kein Rabatt, nichts für das Unglück es war da. änderte Zimmer einmal, um noch mehr Fragen zu haben. schien nicht doppelt gefenstert, ob wir die Straße hören konnten. Barman, wenn ich Er fragte ihn, was er neben den Getränken hat, seine Antwort war so niedrige Leber: Was denkst du, ich kann? Es ist eine Bar. Als ich erklären, dass er Snacks oder kleines Essen angeboten hätte, verstand er nicht. Es ist ein sehr niedriges Hotel für einen hohen Preis. Ich werde nie diesen Ort empfehlen und werde sogar einige Zeit verbringen, um ihr Online-Ansehen zu beschädigen.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Auch unter CV19-Bedingungen erwarte ich von einem Hotel, welches sich vier Sterne an die Fassade heftet, erheblich mehr. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Prozedere, Kaffee in ToGo-Bechern in einer Papiertüte zusammen mit einem Apfel und Holzmesser, in Alufolie eingewickeltes „Sandwich“ mit immer demselben Belag ( Scheibe Käse Scheibe Kochs*****en trocken ohne Butter). Mit etwas Glück hat es die Bedienung geschafft den Kaffee nicht umzuschütten und alles ist trocken. Aber das eine Stück Obst nun schön warm. Oder aber es ist alles durchnässt und der Tag wie auch das Frühstück „versaut“. Keine Spur von einem Teller, einer normalen Tasse, normalem Besteck etc. Essen aus der Hotelküche ist den Preis leider nicht wert. Carpaccio schön angemacht und in der Mitte vollkommen gefroren, also frisch ist anders. Der Hamburger zum einen „mini“ und im trockenen Brötchen welches auseinander fällt beim Anschauen (13€) sind ein Witz, leider nicht lustig. Bach nunmehr mehreren Aufenthalten, gezwungenermaßen, da alles Andere geschlossen ist, werde ich sofort wechseln sobald Alternativen vorhanden sind. Hotel selber ist sauber neu und modern eingerichtet, aber dues wird zunichte gemacht durch die oben beschriebenen Umstände SCHADE!!!!!

Das Personal ist wunderbar, ich kam mit meinen 2 Kindern, und wir hatten 3 Einzelbetten. Betten sind komfortabel. Die Badezimmergröße ist richtig, nicht zu klein, nicht zu groß. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön und komplett. Danke nochmals an das Personal, das sehr hilfreich und freundlich ist. Der Spaziergang zum Strand ist 5 Minuten, der Strand ist sehr nett. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel definitiv.

Der Frühstücksraum dieses Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück bis Mittag. Die Aussicht und der Service waren atemberaubend. Die Lage ist etwas nördlich, aber dennoch sehr praktisch, um überall hin zu gelangen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles war gut, wir fanden alles sauber und gepflegt, die einzige Situation, die wir erwähnen konnten, war beim Frühstück, ich dachte, es könnte mehr Variabilität geben, ich hatte nur das Grundstück. So, wie laminierte Früchte, getrocknete Eier, trockene Früchte, eine Vielzahl von Käse und Hauskott. Aber im Allgemeinen war ich sehr froh, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

Wir haben hier übernachtet während unseres jährlichen Teams ausflug. Wir hatten verschiedene Wohnungen im Komplex und sie sahen ganz gut aus. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit der Eincheckung und wurden direkt von der Innenpflegeperson geholfen. Mit jemandem aus dem Komplex war es so geregelt. Unser Apartment war mit allen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Brotdrossel usw. Die Apartments befinden sich nicht in der Stadt und im schönsten Teil von Lissabon, aber mit dem Taxi, dem Uber oder dem OV sind Sie überall. Wir haben hier einen guten Aufenthalt.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.

Nicht schlecht. Aber sehr laut. Ich könnte hier Leute reden ganze Nacht außerhalb meines Fensters. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Heizungsplatte und eine Waschmaschine. Die Sofa ist auch groß genug für nur eine Person.
