Sehr vorsichtig mit glutenfreien und lactosefreien Produkten. Gute Umgebung trotz der riesigen Räume; Zimmer mit Hausaufbewahrung und großes Bad mit Dusche und Badezimmer. Sie können nicht besser wünschen! Komplimente an Melia! Sicherlich werden wir zurück! Außerhalb kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Der einzige kleine Neo ist die Entfernung vom Zentrum übrigens nicht übermäßig. Gute Mitarbeiter Jungs!

We spent three nights at Torre de Gomariz for some rest and relaxation after hiking a portion of the Camino Portuguese, and it was a great choice. Room was very spacious with a nice patio and huge bathroom. Enjoyed a view of the pool and the vineyards in the distance. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice having A/C for our stay. Only complaint about the room was a weird door at the back of the walk in closet that wasn't soundproofed, so often you could hear your neighbors or people walking by. Didn't want to take the car out so we ate all our meals at the property. Breakfast was excellent with both a cold buffet and choice of hot entrees - really enjoyed the pancakes with Nutella. Dinner was on the second floor of the Tower, with a good mix of Portuguese and other offerings. Servings were pretty huge, so we left full every night. It did get loud one evening as there was a tour group taking up most of the restaurant, but fortunately they went to bed earlier than us so it calmed down by dessert. Also did a wine tasting one afternoon, fun to try the various wines and really enjoyed the slight carbonization they use in the white wines. Very surprised when they gifted us with three bottles upon check-out from the hotel, and they came in handy as we were not a huge fan of the wines in Douro or Braga. The spa and pool area are a great offering, especially on rainy days when the outdoor pool isn't possible. We used the steam room and sauna every day of our stay, highly recommend reserving a visit. I also got an excellent massage on the last day of our stay as I was still a bit sore from hiking. Only other issue with our stay was an ill-timed fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning, which took a little time to shut off as most of the staff was still working a wedding. Didn't have a problem falling back to sleep, and the staff nicely gave up 15% off our spending for the inconvenience. Wasn't expecting that, and it was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Portugal again.

Das Hotel der Pestana Gruppe ist dem Verbund von Small Luxury Hotels kurz SLH angeschlossen. Als SLH Member gab es ein kostenfreies Upgrade und jeden Tag frisches Obst und Kekse. Das ehemalige Kloster ist sehr romantisch eingerichtet und die Zimmer im historischen Trakt fügen sich dem Ambiente. Besonders das sehr aufmerksame und höfliche Personal macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Ein Pre Dinner Drink in der Bar umgeben vom prasselnden Kamin ist obligatorisch. Auch das Restaurant am Abend zaubert Gerichte auf hohem Niveau begleitet von aufmerksamen Personal. Generell kann man hier in der Pousada positive Energie aufladen und zu neuen Kräften tanken. Kurzum es erfüllt zu Recht den Anspruch an ein SLH Hotel. Ausbaufähig wären die Küchenzeiten und die Menüauswahl der Speisen an der Bar und im Roomservice. Bei Hungergefühl zwischen 15.00 Uhr und 19.30 Uhr hat man Pech gehabt. Und das anstelle Daunensteppdecken nur eine Wolldecke umhüllt von einer Lake aus Baumwolle existiert, ist mit Verlaub nicht mehr up to date und leider auch unhygienisch. Und bitte das Convenience Ei durch frische Eier ersetzten, am besten a la Carte so schmeckt es am besten. Obrigado

Sehr gutes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich, mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, neben dem Bahnhof, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß. Obwohl es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig und es ist 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, sehr schönes Hotel 嗷

Wie waren zwei Nächte in dem Hotel, das ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Braga ist. Zufällig erwischten wir ein Wochenende mit riesigem Stadtfest, da waren wir dann auch mittendrin. Die Trommeln hörten wir bis morgens um 6 Uhr, ansonsten sind die Zimmer bestimmt schön ruhig. Richtig super ist das Frühstück im Innenhof. Alles in guten Qualität und entspannter Atmosphäre. Etwas gestört hat uns, dass man uns keine zweite Zimmerkarte geben konnte. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem historischen Ambiente mit modernen Zimmern aber sehr wohlgefühlt..

Chambre 508 et 509. Très bon accueil. Parking indépendant de l'hôtel mais sur la même place. Chambres identiques, spacieuses et très propres. Lits très fermes. Petite terrasse avec deux chaises et table. Grande salle de bain avec douche et WC. Petit déjeuner varié. Piscine très agréable de taille moyenne à 27° le 06/08/23. Setviette à disposition sur la gauche avant de sortir sur la terrasse. Petite partie solarium. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons sur Braga. Centre ville à 10 mn à pieds.

Super-zentrisches Hotel, kleiner, ich vermute, dass gerade renoviert, da die Einrichtungen sehr gut waren, sehr nett und angenehmen alle Mitarbeiter, die Zimmer (die 102 ) sehr gut vielleicht ein wenig kleiner, Für mich würde es ein wenig mehr fehlen, um noch mehr zu verdunkeln, die, die auf der Fußgängerstraße geben, hören einige Lärme, wenn die Leute schreien, das richtige Frühstück hat fast alles, um einen guten Frühstück zu machen, aber der Raum ist klein und Es ist eine Zeit für das Frühstück zu bestellen. Aber im Allgemeinen sehr gut, Sie haben keine Garage, Sie haben einen Konzert über 150 /200 Meter und es gibt einen anderen sehr großen Publikum mehr oder weniger in der gleichen Höhe. Sie würde sicher zurückkommen und empfehlen.

The Bom Jesus site is busy during the day but dead at nighttime. There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel and the food at the neighbouring sister hotel was so poor we did not eat it. In the neighbouring village all 3 restaurants were shut so we went without evening food 3 nights running. The staff at reception were friendly and did their best but could not make up for the lack of facilities. There were no bottles of water in the room, none at reception and no place / shop to get water at the time we arrived (6:30). Room was tired although the view from the window was excellent. Braga has plenty to offer but is a €10 taxi ride away. Better staying in Braga.
