Tolle Lage, im Umfeld der Apar**ents findet man sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars etc. und sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Besser geht es kaum. Zum schönen Sand Strand mit Strandpromenade sind es ca. 2-3 Minuten Fußweg. Für unseren Mietwagen hatten wir einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gemietet, was aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation in der Lage unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Die Ausstattung der Apar**ents ist perfekt, sowie die Küchenutensilien, es ist alles da, mit exquisiter Sauberkeit und Dekoration. Die Apar**ents sind sehr geräumig, mit tollem Balkon. Die Zimmer wurden währen des Aufenthaltes (eine Woche) einmal gereinigt, mit Wäsche und Handtuchwechsel. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir werden ohne Zweifel wiederholen!

Absolut zu empfehlen, groß, modern, hell, sauber, nah zum Strand, freundliches Personal, WLAN Verbindung einwandfrei, Balkon mit Meerblick, wir waren zum Surfen da, konnten direkt den Neo im Apar**ent anziehen und die Straße runter zum Strand laufen. Perfekt!!!

Everything was perfect, including 2 cleaning services during the 2 week staying. Very convenient location for Las Canteras playas. Javier gave us kind and detailed information in English how to approach and move in Las Palmas and in the island.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The best thing was to have a garage and the location so close to the motorway and the capital beach! Mesa y Lopez and CC Arenas were great for shopping too only a 5-10 mins walking. We will stay again in the future

Art Las Palmas is a nice cozy apt hotel from five minutes walk to the Las Canteras beach. Art is modern and very clean, has kitchen with is well equipped - with a welcoming box with everything you might need as a start - coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cheese, bacon and ham and even a bottle of nice red wine. Our balcony faced to Av. Mesa y Lopez - walk directly to the Spanish square and Turun to your right, you will reach avenue’s nice part full of shops and cafes. There is in the lounge an easy-to-use machine you can check in as there is no staff all the time in the reception. We will for sure to come back in Art Las Palmas!

Wonderful experience. Great location near the Las Canteras Beach/Boulevard and also near the shopping area of Mesa y López. Great restaurants in the near environment. The appar**ents are great, very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very good. Complete kitchen with every you may need in it. Very nice decoracion in the entire appar**ent. Definitely worth coming back to! We will recommend it to our friends.

ART was well equipped, spacious, clean and being only a 2 minute walk to the beach front, you couldn’t ask for anymore. Shopping mall and aquarium all within walking distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Do t stick to the beach, plenty of place inland that offer other great local shopping experiences too.

Without a doubt the best apartomentos on the island. I honestly can not find anything to complain about that is worth mentioning. After this hotel everything will be a disappoin**ent. I could tell lot's of good things about the room but I want to leave it as a pleasant surprise for next guests.

I really loved this place. Brand spanking new, modern, efficient, technologically advanced. The space was perfect with a large balcony. The bed very comfortable, the modern bathroom efficient and the kitchen well stocked. A few minute walk from the beach and ten to the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus where I was working. The staff very nice. I will definitely return!
