Es ist ein Vergnügen, im Ace Hotel in BK zu übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr bodenständiges Brooklyn-Feeling. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Atmosphäre ist großartig und die Zimmer sind größer als in den meisten anderen. Ich werde wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in NYC bin!

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Der Ort ist von sehr hoher Qualität und der Service ist sehr gut.

Ich bin total begeistert von diesem Hotel! Es war wirklich wunderschön. Mein Zimmer hatte, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hudson River. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Lobby war super nett und hat uns sogar früher einchecken lassen, sodass wir uns vor unserer Reise noch etwas ausruhen konnten. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt! :) Außerdem gibt es viele Vorteile, die man dort genießt. Leider habe ich sie gar nicht genutzt, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und dann einige davon ausprobieren. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Es gibt ein hoteleigenes Restaurant und gleich nebenan ist ein Starbucks, den ich jeden Tag nutzen konnte. Absolut empfehlenswert! :)

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung ist auch gut.

Alles ist gut, nur die Lage ist etwas abgelegen.

Das Hotel hatte mir 150 $ zu viel berechnet. Als ich das erste Mal im Hotel eincheckte, änderten sie 150 $ für ein Upgrade. Das ist ok. Sie behielten uns auch 150 $ als Kaution ein. Das Hotel teilte uns mit, dass es uns zwei kostenlose Tickets für eine Stadtrundfahrt ausstellen würde. Außerdem teilte uns das Hotel mit, dass wir beim Einkaufen oder Essen im Hotel ein Guthaben von 150 $ hätten. Als wir auscheckten, stellten wir fest, dass das Hotel uns das Guthaben nicht auszahlte und unsere Kaution einbehielt. Wir mussten 30 Minuten damit verbringen, es zu erklären und auf die Bearbeitung durch das Personal zu warten. Schließlich korrigierte das Personal den Fehler und druckte uns eine neue Rechnung aus. Ich stellte jedoch fest, dass das Hotel die 150 $ immer noch änderte. Ich bin gerade von einer Auslandsreise zurückgekehrt und frage mich, wie ich mit Ihnen kommunizieren kann. Schlechte Erfahrung!

房間及大堂乾淨衞生，裝修簡潔高雅，書桌上的充電插口有USB/TYPE-C 很方便； 服務人員友好專業； 地理位置優越，步行可達帝國大廈，時代廣場，旁邊一個街區還有紐約公共圖書館和Bryant 公園，離地鐵口各種公交站點也近。 周邊治安情況安全，沒有席地而躺的路人； 店門左邊和對面有好幾家川菜館，適合中國胃；附近也有好幾家麪包店。 總之，因為是22年新裝酒店，即使名氣沒那麼大，但是值得推薦。
