GGastnutzerDieses Hotel bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Atmosphäre ist gut, wir sitzen im Lobby, genießen den kostenlosen Wein, Saft, Kaffee und einige Snacks und Schokolade. Sie bieten 3 verschiedene weiße Weine und 2 rote Weine. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist im Winter sehr schön, vor allem Schnee. Die Zimmergröße ist groß. Darüber hinaus haben sie ein öffentliches warmes Bad und kostenloses Waschbecken. Wir genießen wirklich in den Hotels und dem Frühstück. Über die Lage, ist es in der Nähe von Furano Ski und auch Furano Delikate (gemütliche Kuchen)

SSylvaine ChanIn der Regel großartige Erfahrung, aber ein paar Dinge, die Punkte abzuleiten: Parkplatz ist begrenzt und es gab einmal, dass ich auf ein Loch voller Wasser gestiegen, wenn ich aus dem Auto, Glück habe mich nicht verletzt, aber ich wässrig. Die Frauen sind für Wartungszwecke eingeschlossen und nur 2 Pools übrig, so sind die Wahlen begrenzt. Einmal traf ein Personal auf dem Korridor, aber es gab keine Begrüßung, die etwas aus dem Platz in Japan war. Aber das Zimmer ist gereinigt und geräumig, neue Möbel und Ausstattung, Frühstück war großartig mit guter Qualität Lebensmittel und Auswahl.

GGastnutzer10/10 all around incredible place to stay when visiting Furano and Biei. The staff are incredibly friendly and service always comes first here it’s apparent. Nice to have an onsen, super relaxing to come back to. Laundry is convenient to have on-site. The hotel is in a great location, two parking lots if you drive. The rooms and bathroom are larger than your typical Japan city accommodation. They graciously offer complimentary afternoon tea, speciality coffee with snacks, coffee and local wine tasting. When I come back I’ll be staying here again. Thank you so much. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Overall very quite place in low season (right before the ski season starts).
Good value for money at this time.
PS. We are the only unit occupied for the entire building during our stay. Haha ...

WWongI had a wonderful stay at Chalet Burlap Furano (yes, this is their official name on Google map) and enjoyed their hospitality! The host is very friendly and kindly recommended what to do and visit in Furano. I had a great experience exploring Furano with Motorbike, recommended by my host Kuen! It is warm and cozy hostel and also got music shows after 9pm.

GGastnutzerPerfect location for skiers - a two minute walk across the carpark and you're at the gondola/chairlift base station. The hotel also has a bus stop outside which is helpful to get to the JR station or into town, although buses are pretty infrequent. There are some dining options nearby, and a convenience store about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel sells discounted lift tickets (which you need to exchange at the ticket booth for a real ticket).
The hotel has an eclectic older style charm. The ”owl” branding throughout was cute, and there's a nice lounge where non-skiers can relax with lots of reading material (most in Japanese). Free snacks and drinks each afternoon in the lobby are a nice touch. The onsite indoor and outdoor onsens are relaxing. There's a laundry with coin operated washer dryers, which is handy.
Breakfasts were decent, although some dishes were a bit sweet for our taste, and there was very little variation from day to day, which is an issue for a ski resort where guests typically stay for multiple days. Staff allocate you to a table (different each day), a system which works pretty well and avoids having to hunt for a table at busy times.
Some procedures seem a bit overcomplicated - checkin involved our name being taken, then being called 10 min later and guided through a self-checkin touchscreen system which wasn't super reliable at reading passports. Also you need to specify your breakfast time each day and then come back and get a ticket later, which seems overcomplicated - better to just let you specify a default time on checkin with the option to vary manually if desired. However staff throughout the hotel are polite and helpful.
The room we had was spacious with a view over the ski field. The bathroom was a modular unit - clean but a bit dated and with an awkward step up to get in.
Beds were made up in a rather strange way - rather than a having a fitted bottom sheet, there was a thin mat laid on top of the mattress. If you move around at all while sleeping this mat ends up a lumpy mess and you often find yourself sleeping partially on the bare mattress.

GGastnutzerSehr guter Ski und Out Hotel. Slope ist nur neben und Miet- und Ausstattungsschranke sind nur im Grün des Hotels.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Aber beachten Sie, dass im Winter nur Heizung für das Zimmer zentralisiert, kein Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer war zu heiß, auch nach der Öffnung des Fensters, musste einen Fan beantragen.
Unser Bad ist gut.
Die Wahlen zum Essen sind etwas begrenzt, wenn Ihr Hotelpaket nicht das Frühstück und Abendessen, seine Kosten ziemlich günstig. Es gibt keine nahegelegenen Restaurants zu essen. Nahegelegenes Supermarkt und Stadtgebiet ist ein 10min Busfahrt, aber der begrenzte Zeit-Slotbus. [Ich ging im April, seine Frühjahrszeit, so dass sie viel von der Buszeiten gekürzt.]
Im Lobby gibt es einen Shop wie eine Kombination von Mini-Mart und Souvenir-Shop. Es gibt viele Dinge, die dort zu beobachten sind.

BBeliaYIch bin zum ersten Mal im Hostel und bin ziemlich beeindruckt. es ist offensichtlich ziemlich neu im Moment. es ist im Allgemeinen sauber. Ich habe nur ein weibliches Schlafzimmer für 4 Nächte gebucht und hatte Glück, dass ich das ganze Zimmer für die ersten 3 Nächte hatte. t
Der Besitzer ist hilfreich und reagiert schnell, wenn ich sie über trip.com sehe. Werte den Wert, für diese Reisen allein für Ski/Snowboard zu bleiben. Lage ist so bequem für die Nord-Gondola.

TTiffany ChioThis hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out.
THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!!
I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life.

SShengfulai地點比較偏，不是自己不建議哈。酒店老舊，但乾淨。房間裏的插座不方便，充電的東西沒有地方放。洗手間門檻高，裏面還要換拖鞋，對老年人可能不方便。前台態度極好，借給我充電器。晚飯極好。早餐也不錯。買了大堂裏的薰衣草精油，單方的，不貴。出租車去車站單程約3000日元。
