Nozo Hotel

Amazing accommodation with very polite front staff. Breakfast spread was amazing with local Hokkaido produce. Onsen was big and spacious with indoor and outdoor options. Sauna as well. Towels provided. Large kids play area. Relatively new built with modern facilities. Would strongly recommend!

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Only downside is the limited parking lots outside the hotel though they have another offsite parking nearby.

Overall a good stay. Would recommend. Only thing is that there are limited car park lots at the hotel. They have an additional car park which is a short stroll away, do expect that you have to park at the offsite carpark.

Cozy hotel and modern feeling, nice breakfast, limited parking near building but there's additional parking 5 mins walk away, very close to ski center.

It was a great stay at Nozo Hotel. The room is very comfortable and amenities are great. we will come back for sure!

The hotel is new. The staff is friendly but they did not explain the information very clearly.  The room is very small. No information page provided and everything is on TV hotel information.  The onsen(spa) changing area is not cleaned frequently.  I found lots of hair on the floor.

new and well kept hotel, staffs r helpful, onsen is amazing except need some more cleaning in the makeup area after ppl finished n left, overall is very impressive! love this hotel!

Check in was a breeze, room was clean n enough space for 2 pax. The wobderful onsen is great with cold n hot pools, lots of parking available in the hotel n its surrounding areas. Definately be back again if coming back to furano!

This is the smallest room size through out my 12 days stay in hokkidio. Room is cleaned. Service can be improved. We requested for one hard pillow from lobby staff prior to our way to room. Yet waited 2 hrs but no one sent. Called the reception and the staff said when they bring and knocked the door, no one open the door. Strange as we were in the room and did not hear anyone knocking or ring the door bell. We are not upset for this yet until the reception staff bring the pillow to us and pulling a long face and still insisted he did bring up the pillow but no one open the door! What??? Our fault? Could it be he go to wrong room ? Anyway as service industry this staff is not performing and not giving good service to the guests. If you are staying more days then breakfast is bad. We stayed there 3 days and noticed the breakfast repeat same everyday, vegetables, bread, hot meal all the same everyday
