You will concede on space, but other than that I found everything to be top notch. The rooms were clean, and they were cleaned everyday. The sheets and towels were changed everyday. The breakfast was good. Location wise. There are two 7-11s within 20s of the hotel. There are two parks and multiple walking trails within 5 minutes of the hotel, it is also 3minutes walk from bus stops and the tianmu shopping complex and the outdoor market. There is a washer and dryer on the 13th floor. It is worth the money.

Angenehmes Spring Hotel sehr nah am Thermal Vally. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Die Matratze ist zudem sehr bequem. Das große private Thermalbad im Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel noch einmal buchen. Zudem steht eine gute Kaffeemaschine 24/7 kostenlos zu Verfügung und nachmittags gibt es auch Snacks (Chips, Schokorigel). Die kleine Doppelzimmer sind jedoch wirklich klein und haben teilweise kein Fenster. Man fühlt sich manchmal etwas als würde man in einem Badezimmer schlafen - aber wegen dem Thermalbad waren wir ja auch hier 😊

Plus the hotel has own hot spring/onsen, we can relieve our tiredness/fatigue after daytime walking around.. Hotel breakfast is good too.. They provide variety types such ********* (卤肉饭，Oden etc) , bread & pastries, congee, dessert etc.. Overall is a good experience and totally recommended..

GGastnutzerVier-Sterne-Hotels sind relativ teurer als Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Aber die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr schön und meine Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem ich die Sonne genießen kann, was ein sehr gutes Gefühl ist. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten, aber die Qualität ist gut. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel für Alleinreisende geeignet. Darüber hinaus denke ich, dass der größte Vorteil des Lebens hier darin besteht, dass es in der Nähe viele hochwertige kleine Restaurants gibt, darunter koreanische, westliche und japanische Gerichte. Wenn es einen Rabatt für einen Aufenthalt von drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gibt, würde ich ihn meiner Meinung nach jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Taipeh komme, gerne buchen.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

HHillary ShihAlles ist gut, nur der Aufzug ist nur über eine bestimmte Etage erreichbar. Man sollte also etwas Zeit einplanen. Außerdem ist der Check-in erst um 17 Uhr statt wie üblich um 14 oder 15 Uhr. Das ist mir erst aufgefallen, als ich um 16 Uhr dort ankam. Die Steckdosen sind vom Typ G, also die gleichen dreipoligen Steckdosen mit rechteckigem Stecker wie in Großbritannien, Malaysia und Singapur. Sehr praktisch! 👍 Es gibt auch einen großen Fernseher und eine bereitgestellte Wasserflasche.

Hostel ohne Aufzug in geschäftigen Lage, 7Eleven ums Eck. Leider schon am Eingang steile Treppe.
Altes Gebäude, Dusche & WC nicht getrennt und alle im Zimmer. Nach dem Duschen alles nass für den nächsten Benutzer, keine Handtücher, keine Badvorleger...nervig! Keine Kapseln, nur Gardinen, alles veraltet. Für ne Nacht ok, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen aufgrund der Badezimmer und Treppen.

홀홀여자Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr an und fand es sehr angenehm, dass bereits eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war, sodass ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Beim Einchecken wurde mir freundlicherweise alles auf Englisch erklärt, was sehr praktisch war. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man kann Handtücher und Hausschuhe mieten, und da es ein reines Frauenhotel ist, dachte ich, das Badezimmer sei ebenfalls nur für Frauen. Es wurde aber auch von Männern benutzt. Außerdem gab es nur zwei Badezimmer, was ziemlich unpraktisch war, da ich während des Duschens nicht gleichzeitig duschen konnte. ㅠㅜ Es gibt aber auch noch ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Bitte beachten Sie das. Die Lage ist gut.

VVivi_93Ein sauberes Hotel mit super Service. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann. Zudem eine Bar und Frühstück, das rein taiwanischem Frühstück entspricht. Leider sind die Zimmer im
Keller sehr hellhörig. Jeder Luftzug oder Huster der Nachbarn ist hörbar.

Wwong magdaleneDas Hotel ist wirklich toll! Waren für eine Nacht hier! Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und der Kundenservice war ebenfalls großartig und hat mir bei meiner Anfrage weitergeholfen. Es gibt auch eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, was wirklich toll ist. Außerdem gibt es in der Lobby Snacks und Getränke, die Sie kostenlos genießen können. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, da Ximending zu Fuß erreichbar ist und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe liegen. Es gibt auch einen Family Mart oder 7-11, aus dem Sie für Ihre Snacks bis spät in die Nacht wählen können.

AA:rang(아랑)Die Bedingungen scheinen ideal für Reisende und Geschäftsreisende, egal ob Taiwaner oder Nicht-Taiwaner. Ich glaube jedoch, dass es allein mit Google Maps etwas schwierig zu finden sein könnte. Es scheint sich um ein Hotel zu handeln, das einen Teil eines großen Gebäudes einnimmt, und andere Hotelbetreiber scheinen auch andere Etagen zu belegen. Es fühlt sich wie eine wirklich einzigartige Form des Zusammenlebens an, und das Beste daran ist, dass es im Erdgeschoss einen Supermarkt gibt.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Ausgang M2 des Hauptbahnhofs Taipeh entfernt. Der Ningxia-Nachtmarkt und Ximending sind in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und mit etwas Anstrengung kann man auch Dihua Street zu Fuß erreichen. Beliebte Restaurants wie Fuhang Doujiang und Shuangyue Food Company sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man von morgens bis abends keine Probleme mit Essen oder Einkaufen hat.
Die Gästezimmer befinden sich im 5. bis 7. Stock eines gemischt genutzten Gebäudes. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass ein Doppelbett den gesamten Raum ausfüllt. Es gibt jedoch einen Raum, der wie ein Innenbalkon am hinteren Ende des Zimmers wirkt, mit einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen, wo man mitgebrachtes Essen genießen oder seinen Koffer ausbreiten kann.
