Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der MRT-Station, direkt in der Nähe des Yongkang Commercial District. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht man den Shida Commercial District und den Dongmen Market, was die Verkehrsanbindung sehr praktisch macht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. For guests traveling alone, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

Stayed here for five nights in the cheapest room - windowless double room which I was fine with. It can get a bit noisy so be sure to bring earplugs. Also be aware that you should contact the hotel beforehand for them to leave you your room key and instructions if you arrive after 9pm or before 8am as they do not operate a 24-hour front desk. Also they do not have a lift so you’ll carrying your luggage (max 5 floors). Regardless, for me, it was a great stay. The place was clean and hygienic. It’s right next door to 7-11 and a 1-minute walk to entrances 1 and 2 of Dongmen Station. It’s also a 3-minute walk to a public bicycle station. You can’t beat this place in terms of location! Will stay here again if I’m back in Taipei.

Ich verbrachte im August vier Nächte dort. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, aber die Vorhänge waren zugezogen, sodass es so aussah, als ob es eines hätte. Es gab ein großes Bett – etwa so groß wie zwei zusammengeschobene Doppelbetten – mit einem großen Spiegel am Kopfende und Milchglas in Toilette und Dusche. Im Eingangsbereich gab es außerdem einen großen Ganzkörperspiegel. Es gab viel Platz, um meinen Koffer zu öffnen, daher war ich mit der Geräumigkeit zufrieden.
Eine kleine Anmerkung: Es gab zwar viele Spiegel, aber sie waren etwas dunkel und beim Schminken schwer zu erkennen. Die Klimaanlage war zu stark, deshalb schaltete ich sie meistens aus. Vom Flur kam kalte Luft herein, sodass ich selbst bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage kühl blieb.
Ich verstand das Fehlen von Fenstern, aber ich konnte drinnen Tag und Nacht nicht unterscheiden, daher dachte ich, ein kleines Fenster wäre besser gewesen.
Einige Tage vor meiner Reise teilte mir das Hotel mit, dass nur Barzahlungen akzeptiert würden, also legte ich im Voraus etwas Bargeld bereit. Es war hilfreich, beim Check-in jemanden zu haben, der Japanisch sprach. Beim Auschecken war der zuständige Mann unfreundlich und die Unterhaltung verlief stumm.
In der Nähe gab es Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Drogerien, Frühstückslokale und einen Park. Die MRT-Station Ximending war nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, was praktisch war.

Unterkunft: Das Einzelzimmer war wahrscheinlich zu klein. Das Badezimmer hatte keine separate Dusche und Toilette, und der Mülleimer hatte einen Deckel, der oben aufgesetzt war. Man stieß also ständig dagegen, wenn man den Müll wegwarf. Außerdem war der Deckel nach dem Duschen klatschnass, was das Entsorgen von Toilettenpapier ziemlich eklig machte. Im 7. Stock gibt es eine Snackbar mit Teebeuteln, einer Kaffeemaschine und Snacks (super!).
Lage: Direkt nebenan befinden sich ein Carrefour-Supermarkt und eine Polizeistation, was für ein sicheres Gefühl sorgt. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in Laufnähe, aber die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß. Etwas weiter entfernt gibt es eine Straße mit vielen Imbissständen, die vor allem von Studenten besucht werden, darunter auch der Shida-Nachtmarkt.
Verkehrsanbindung: Gute Busanbindung.

Der Name Sleep Box hörte sich gut an. Es war meine erste Übernachtung in einem Kapselhotel. Und ich war positiv überrascht. Die Kapsel war sehr geräumig, die Deckenhöhe so, dass ich aufrecht drinnen sitzen konnte. Die Ventilation und Beleuchtung war gut. Stromanschlüsse und USB sowie Tresor Box vorhanden. Die Duschen und Toiletten sehr sauber. Bettwäsche frisch gewaschen. Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen; können auch geliehen werden. Küche und Aufenthaltsraum vorhanden. Sogar ein paar Heimtrainergeräte standen zur Verfügung. Viel Infomaterial zur Stadt und Karten waren kostenlos. Wer für wenig Geld übernachten möchte: das ist die Bleibe!

Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich der Daan Forest Park. Während der Glühwürmchensaison können Sie dort auch Glühwürmchen beobachten. In Bezug auf das Hotel: Der Service ist wirklich gut. Der ursprünglich bei der Reservierung geäußerte Wunsch wurde abgelehnt. Unerwarteterweise hatte der Hotelkellner es an diesem Tag bereits für mich zubereitet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei nächster Gelegenheit kommen😆😆😆

Ich war mit meinem viertägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, daher möchte ich hier einen Kommentar abgeben.
Ich kehre oft nach Taiwan zurück, um Verwandte und Freunde zu besuchen, und habe in vielen verschiedenen Hotels in Taipeh übernachtet. Dieses Mal war es am wärmsten.
Vielen Dank an Tracy, Noris und Jenny für ihre geduldigen Antworten auf E-Mails und ihre Unterstützung sowie an Wendy und das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption für ihre Betreuung. Die Kinder freuten sich auch sehr über verschiedene kleine Überraschungen zu ihrem Geburtstag🥳
Neben dem hervorragenden Service aller Mitarbeiter ist auch die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und es liegt ganz in der Nähe meiner Lieblingseinkaufsorte Nancy Eslite und Zhongshan.
Empfehlenswerte Hotelsuiten, sehr gut geeignet für Familienreisen.

There are 3 convenient stores nearby, which is good.
Since the beginning of 2025, hotels in Taiwan won't provide amenities, so the convenient store can be used to purchase any if you need them.
Drop-off and Pick-up in the area is slightly askew, do be careful as it's beside the traffic light.
Counters for check-in are locate at level 3, The room is a good size; I'm able to open my luggage fully. However, the walls are slightly thin, so neighboring up or side rooms closing doors or accidental bumps are heard from time to time.
The bathroom has a separated toilet (with bidet), bathing, and bathtub.
The concierge folks are friendly and able to store luggage to return for collection on the last day.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

AAnonymer BenutzerLage: Absolut ausgezeichnet, nur eine Gehminute vom Flughafen Taipeh zur unterirdischen Mall entfernt.
Schalldämmung: Die Schalldämmung des Hotels war von Anfang an nicht besonders gut. Ich konnte die Gespräche der Familie nebenan hören, einschließlich des Streits zwischen Mutter und Kind. Das war zwar verständlich, aber es war immer noch 1:30 Uhr morgens und unglaublich störend.
Service: Ich erwarte von diesen Hotels keine hohen Standards, aber weil das Zimmer nebenan so laut war, rief ich die Rezeption an und bat darum. Tatsächlich wurde der Lärmpegel deutlich reduziert, und ich konnte endlich schlafen.
Ausstattung: Das Wasser war stark und heiß, und die Klimaanlage war ausreichend.
Ich denke, wenn man in einem solchen Hotel übernachtet, sollte jeder verständnisvoll sein, leise sprechen und respektvoll miteinander umgehen, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Hostel ohne Aufzug in geschäftigen Lage, 7Eleven ums Eck. Leider schon am Eingang steile Treppe.
Altes Gebäude, Dusche & WC nicht getrennt und alle im Zimmer. Nach dem Duschen alles nass für den nächsten Benutzer, keine Handtücher, keine Badvorleger...nervig! Keine Kapseln, nur Gardinen, alles veraltet. Für ne Nacht ok, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen aufgrund der Badezimmer und Treppen.

Mmaruko。Günstig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Taipeh entfernt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Ohne Zimmerschlüssel ist der Zutritt zur Wohnetage nicht möglich. Das Zimmer ist klein. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser. Es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer, sodass kein natürliches Licht hereinkommt, aber über der Toilette befindet sich ein kleines Fenster, das etwas natürliches Licht hereinlässt. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind getrennt. Es wurde gründlich gereinigt. Da keine Zahnbürsten vorhanden waren, habe ich meine eigene mitgebracht. Die Einwegpantoffeln im Zimmer sind dünn und schwer anzuziehen, daher ist es möglicherweise eine gute Idee, Ihre eigenen mitzubringen. Die Wände sind dünn, so dass man die Stimmen von nebenan hören kann. Für nervöse Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Im Zimmer gab es einen Leitfaden zur Organisation eines Taxis, sodass ich auf dem Rückweg ein Taxi zum Flughafen arrangierte. Ich konnte die Waschmaschine und den Trockner kostenlos nutzen, sodass ich drei Nächte lang jeden Tag meine Kleidung waschen konnte. Die Metzgerei vor mir gefiel mir so gut, dass ich sie zweimal herausnahm.

홀홀여자Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr an und fand es sehr angenehm, dass bereits eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war, sodass ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Beim Einchecken wurde mir freundlicherweise alles auf Englisch erklärt, was sehr praktisch war. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man kann Handtücher und Hausschuhe mieten, und da es ein reines Frauenhotel ist, dachte ich, das Badezimmer sei ebenfalls nur für Frauen. Es wurde aber auch von Männern benutzt. Außerdem gab es nur zwei Badezimmer, was ziemlich unpraktisch war, da ich während des Duschens nicht gleichzeitig duschen konnte. ㅠㅜ Es gibt aber auch noch ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Bitte beachten Sie das. Die Lage ist gut.

VVivi_93Ein sauberes Hotel mit super Service. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann. Zudem eine Bar und Frühstück, das rein taiwanischem Frühstück entspricht. Leider sind die Zimmer im
Keller sehr hellhörig. Jeder Luftzug oder Huster der Nachbarn ist hörbar.
