Horrible experience. Unprofessional and somewhat frightening staff. Context: (this part isn’t what bothered us) check in is not in person and has a little box with a code to get your key. It was past 3pm, when he said we could go to the box and get our key to check in. It says “Only take your key” and we opened the box and saw only one key, assuming it was ours. What really was the problem: We assumed wrong. We get a text at 8am the next day, angry at us that we stayed in the wrong room. We apologized, even though it wasn’t completely our fault, and he made a very childish comment. Attached photos are screenshots of our extremely unprofessional experience. We ended up leaving and staying at another place. Even though the payment was non-refundable, we felt extremely uncomfortable knowing an immature person has our personal information and wanted to leave the situation.
