We booked here with high expectations and we're very disappointed. We had chosen a superior room with terrace, and when we arrived, we.were shown to a dull 80's decor tedious room. The terrace had the ambiance of a prison exercise yard, and was walled on all 3 sides with some ivy on the back one. Perhaps I'm wrong, but to me a terrace is something with a view. This certainly did not. As this was clearly heading for a depressing night, we asked to move. The receptionist said these rooms were popular with smokers! As a fervent antismoker this added insult to injury. We were then shown a suite which had a good terrace with a view and a decent bath, for which we paid extra. We were told breakfast in the room was no problem, and left the card on the door. We checked the following morning but the card had not been lifted. I got dressed and took it down. When the tray arrived, the toasties was a baguette and the coffee had been left off. There were other issues like the noisy air conditioning which dripped so badly we had to put a towel on the floor, a lack of information on mini bar prices and an arrogance rather than an apology on check out. This place is in need of a revamp and a rethink.

I booked this hotel with Wonderbox and during the pandemic they cancelled my reservation as they had to close. When the hotel was opened i tried to book again they told me i had to pay for +100 € for the reservation because they changed the agreement with Wonderbox.

Acabamos de pasar casi una semana en el hotel Mas Passamaner y queríamos dar las gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que tengamos unas vacaciones espectaculares. La habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas, la piscina tranquila y la comida genial!!! Repetiremos seguro!! Muy recomendable

El hotel confirmó telefónicamente que había disponibilidad utilizando dos bonos "Plan B" para la fecha seleccionada 02/09/2023. Advierten que hay una boda y que tal vez se generen ruidos, pero una vez informados y dado el visto bueno al inconveniente, se acuerda el empleo de los dos bonos. La sorpresa es que después de gestionar la reserva, al día siguiente, envían un comunicado diciendo que no es posible por falta de disponibilidad de habitaciones. Contactados por teléfono mostrando mi inconformidad por el hecho, en una posterior llamada se ratifican en la falta de habitaciones disponibles. Sin embargo se comprueba que pagando el precio que publican, a través de su web, si se pueden reservar habitaciones dobles ese mismo día, sin ningún tipo de restricción. En resumen la falta de seriedad y no asumir los compromisos, dejan por los suelos a la dirección y al hotel. De forma que la confianza con ellos está por los suelos. Este es el motivo de mi puntuación

Hôtel et chambre très agréable dans un cadre plus que plaisant. Cependant le service du personnel est à revoir, notamment pour le petit déjeuner. Service lent et personnel très désagréable. Parle aussi bien anglais qu'une vache espagnole pour le Français n'en parlons pas. Hôtel 5etoiles en ce qui concerne l'infrastructure mais personnel pas à la hauteur.

Nos alojamos en una habitación con salida directa a piscina. El hotel y exteriores son esplendidos con mucho jardín, parece ideal para celebraciones . El restaurante con menú correcto. Lo que más nos llamó la atención es la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en general. La ventana y techos de la habitación con telarañas, el suelo de madera de la piscina bastante deteriorado, el pasillo sucio. Pero vale la pena es muy tranquilo, claro .....siempre que no coincida alguna celebración.

El lugar no puede ser más bonito, nos ha encantado! La estancia en una de sus Villas ha sido fantástica. La atención y amabilidad por parte del personal de recepción y de la directora inmejorable, y sobre el restaurante, la comida deliciosa y sobre todo la atención y la profesionalidad de Baby y Marian es de "10". Estamos muy contentos y volveremos seguro.
