Location is excellent, with major malls and landmarks like Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion Mall with easy reach by foot. Service is excellent - staff arranged a super late checkout after being told that our flight out is in the late evening - a nice gesture that is much appreciated, especially junior and seniors travelling together. Room is spacious and nicely furnished, though comes with some wear and tear that is normal for a hotel this age. Bathroom is huge and comes with bathtubs, toiletries smells great, too! Rooms for improvement are ensuring that the appliances are in working order - our microwave was not functioning well during our stay, which my family ended up eating cold meals and kid with cold milk. There also wasn’t extra trash bags in the kitchen, not enough tissue in the living and dining room. We have to keep bringing the tissue in and out from the bathrooms every time times during meal times. Though i am sure that could be easily resolved by a simple call to the service desk, these are actually daily necessities for any service apartment, a ‘home’ that could be a short term to long term accommodation for a families, business guests etc. The curtain track installation in the bedrooms are also not well thought out. The block-out curtains couldn’t overlapped, leaving a gap for lights to pass through. This may not be an issue to some but for guests whom are light sleepers and need to sleep in total darkness, it’s unpleasant to sleep in such environment. Hope the facilities management can look into these details and continue to improve, it will definitely make the stay an even more pleasant one that it already is.

We initially wanted to stay at the Majestic but the main building was under renovation (Note: NEVER stay in an Annex) and the Cormar was recommended. This was the first time we’ve used a self catering apartment in years - simply put, it was excellent. True, the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and the room could do with a lick of good quality paint but it has all the bells and whistles; the main benefit was the service. The reception ladies were unfailingly helpful throughout (we were given a new TV and connected to Netflix within minutes) and they link themselves to the guests via WhatsApp; this was extremely useful when ordering food – the company owns the restaurants at ground level, together with a pub across the road (The Dark Horse) and menus are sent by PDF to your phone and orders placed with reception for delivery to the room; it all worked very efficiently. The location is as central as you can get, with virtually all needs catered for within walking distance, although taxis are cheap in KL. A tip: don’t activate Grab Taxi until you’re on the street - both Google and the driver get confused as to where the entrance is (which, to be fair, is not that obvious and a bigger/better sign would be useful.) All in all, an excellent establishment; extremely well run by pleasant, competent staff, well located and good value for money. Give it a go!

Wir kamen zum EQ Kuala Lumpa für unseren Hochzeitsmonat. Das Zimmer sah groß aus und war sehr groß, wir hatten einen erstaunlichen Blick und Sie konnten sogar die Petronas-Türme aus dem Bett schauen. Leider wurden wir abgeschossen, weil wir am ersten Ankunftsnacht, nach einem langen Flug, ins Bett kamen und Blutstamm auf dem Duvet und dem Bettdeckel gefunden. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, das in einem so prestigeträchtigen Hotel zu sehen. Sie kamen dieselbe Nacht und am nächsten Tag lieferten sie eine Fruchtplatte als Entschuldigung, aber trotzdem enttäuscht, da es unser Hochzeitsmonat war. Ich denke, wir sind die Ausnahme, nicht die Regel, wenn wir dieses Problem überwinden. In Bezug auf die Lage, ich fühlte es zu zentral, direkt entlang einer großen High Street, aber Sie sind nahe zu allem. Das Hotel selbst wird viel von Unternehmen verwendet, so dass viele Geschäftsereignisse während Ihrer Aufenthalt erwarten (wir blieben im Dezember so wahrscheinlich die geschäftlichsten damals)

Der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, die wunderschöne Landschaft im Zimmer und der für Familien geeignete Swimmingpool stecken voller Überraschungen. Bis eine Kakerlake vom Bett auftauchte und mich aus diesem süßen Traum weckte, schien alles nur ein Traum zu sein. Übrigens runzelte der südostasiatische Kellner im Schwimmbad die Stirn, als er mich sah. Sogar mein freundliches Lächeln und meine Dankesworte ließen ihn gleichgültig. Aber als ein weißer Mann ihm die gleiche Höflichkeit entgegenbrachte, bückte er sich und lächelte. Er musste sei wie ein Kind; ich habe ihm keine Vorwürfe gemacht. Ich sollte derjenige sein, der darüber nachdenkt. Vielleicht brachte mein Gesicht den Schatten seiner Kindheit zurück, oder vielleicht fühlte er sich durch meinen großen Körper unwohl. Kurz gesagt, ich werde in Zukunft definitiv mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken und mich verbessern!

Ich empfand die Vorderseite des Hotelfoyers usw. als sehr einladend und das nette Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, dann gingen wir auf unser Zimmer. Es sah gut aus, aber da wir müde waren, wurde es erst am nächsten Morgen bemerkt, die Reinigungskräfte brauchen eine Schulung zu Staub und Flusen. Überall, besonders in der Nähe von Betten und darunter, überall Flecken und Markierungen, das Badezimmer war ein Schock, das Waschbecken hatte Risse, Flecken auf der Tischplatte und den Spiegeln, ein wenig Ellenbogenfett würde dies verschieben, da sich im Schimmel in der Dusche alles entfernen ließ, wir fanden Wasser Als ich wegen eines Toilettenlecks auf dem Boden lag, wandte ich mich an jemanden, der mir sagte, dass es repariert werden würde. 6 Stunden später kamen wir zurück und stellten fest, dass es nicht so war anderes Zimmer, das etwas besser war, aber diese Reinigungskräfte brauchen einen Auffrischungskurs, das Frühstück war gut mit Auswahl, aber eine zusätzliche Kaffeemaschine wäre gut, ebenso wie eine Heißwasserstation, um sich selbst Tee zuzubereiten, da der Tee in den Krügen überhaupt nicht heiß war und Angesichts der großen Menschenmenge wäre es viel besser. Würden wir wieder hier übernachten? Ja, wenn einige Zimmer renoviert werden, da die Nähe und die Ruhe für uns ein Verkaufsschlager sind

Zweibettzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Das Schlafsofa war wie versprochen schön aufgebaut. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer wurden gereinigt, außer dass der Schreibtisch, die Ecken in der Nähe der Speisekammer und die Speisekammer etwas staubig waren. Kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste waren ein Pluspunkt, da es in der Gegend von Bukit Bintang nicht einfach ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Ramada Suite Kuala Lumpur befindet sich in Changkat Area, in der Nähe von Bukit Bintang, zu Fuß entfernt von Jalan Alor, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Mall, Lot 10 Mall, Sungai Wang Plaza und Low Yat Plaza. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist komfortabel, Luftkontakt ist kalt, WI-FI ist gut, TV hat wenige Astro-Kanäle, aber der Kissen gefunden ein wenig zu hart für beide Kissen geliefert. Das Hotel ist kostenloser Parkplatz und viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Buffet Frühstück ist nicht viele Varianten oder Wahlen und das Essen ist nur ok. Hotel Gäste können bessere Essen in Alor Street oder Bukit Bintang Area finden. Ich werde wieder aufhalten, wenn ich nach KL oder Bukit Bintang komme und die Zimmerpreise sind gutes Angebot. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auch meinen Freunden und Familienangehörigen, wenn sie in Kuala Lumpur bleiben möchten.

Das Zimmer war schön, gut eingerichtet und ausgekleidet, und das Bett war riesig und die Matratze bequem. Die Kissen waren gerade richtig - Danke! Die zentrale Bettkonsole für die Kontrolle der Lichter und des Airconditions war nett, obwohl wir nicht herausfinden konnten, wie man sie in der Nacht völlig verdunkeln konnte, so musste man einen Handtuch über sie werfen. Der Aircon hatte mehrere Modi, die wirklich gut funktionierten. Alle Zimmeranenitäten waren gerade richtig - Eisen, Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Kleider, willkommene Obstbäume. Das Hotel gab uns 3 kostenlose Wäschestücke pro Tag, was sehr nützlich und sehr geschätzt war. Die Waschbeckendienste waren teuer - leider Par für den Kurs für die meisten Hotels - aber Hello Waschbecken, bequem nach unten, bietet einen ausgezeichneten Alternativdienst. Das Frühstück war auch kostenlos, und der Preis war einfach erstaunlich (siehe Bilder). Es gab etwas für alle, Sie werden nicht verlassen, fühlen sich hungrig! Viele Kochen waren beschäftigt, gerade vor Ihnen zu bereiten, der Wartepersonal wandte sich wie Bienen, und der Chef und Manager waren jemals anwesend. Großer persönlicher Service, nicht eine Person machte uns unwohl. Die Inbetriebnahme war flüssig und willkommen, und die Konzern und Türmeister hilfreich. Insgesamt, ein toller Aufenthalt.

This is an excellent spot for those looking for a cost-effective choice while in KL. Super nice facility with extremely clean bathrooms and common areas, as well as large individual capsules for rest. Staff was super nice and accommodating and gave me a bottom bunk bed even though I didn't request it. Also the fact that there is 24/7 concierge is huge for travelers that get in late at night such as myself. Located right next to a 7/11 as well as an in house cafe, I was well stocked and fed for my long days out in the city. Absolutely worth it.

So far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a KL hotel. Concierge and reception particularly were just exceptional. Wet Bar, Woodbar and Willow staff were equally fantastic. The food at Willow and Wet Bar were excellent and Woodbar had Ramadan food which looked very nice. Gym and pool had good views and well laid out. I will definitely be returning. Brenna at reception, you made me feel like a well loved guest. In addition the location was great.

Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

Wir hatten ein Studio-Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht, nur weil wir die Badewanne ausprobieren wollten. Badewanne war ziemlich schmutzig. Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich, meine Fragen zu beantworten. Das Frühstück war lecker, obwohl ich ihre Waffeln nicht probieren konnte, da sie gegen 8 Uhr morgens weg waren und ich bis 8 gewartet habe. 25, aber keine Nachfüllung. Die Poolumgebung zu lieben, ist vielleicht zu dieser Zeit windig. Mein Studio-Zimmer befand sich im 6. Stock und war am Ende der Halle, hatte keine Aussicht, nur das Dach eines anderen Gebäudes und war nachts ziemlich laut mit typischen Motorrädern. Ich würde wieder hierher kommen und hoffen, dass ich eine höhere Etage erreichen könnte?

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Blick auf die Petronas Towers gebucht. Vorteile: - Großartige Lage mit einfachem Zugang zu vielen Orten in KL - Ansichten von KLCC - In der Einheit Waschmaschine und Trockner. - Ordentlich ausgestattete Küche. Nachteile: - Die Betten waren super unbequem. Wir konnten kaum schlafen - Die Sauberkeit war unterdurchschnittlich. Überall Haare in den Ecken und staubig vom Schuhwerk. - Der Check-in-Vorgang war nicht einfach. Musste die Nummer in WhatsApp kontaktieren. Viel Hin- und Herkoordination. - Das gesamte Gebäude ist voll von Kurzzeitmieten, die von verschiedenen Personen betrieben werden. In der Lobby ist es nicht gestattet, Gepäck mitzunehmen. Deshalb mussten wir bei Starbucks in Menara 1 anhalten und hinübergehen. Profi-Tipp: Zahlen Sie die Anzahlung in bar und senden Sie ein Bild per WhatsApp. Lassen Sie die Unterkunft am Abend vor dem Check-out inspizieren, um Ihre Kaution zurückzubekommen.

Homestay-Wohnung, Dekoration ist nicht luxuriös, das Leben ist sehr komfortabel, man kann kochen, das Haus ist einfach und klar, der Hauptgrund ist die sehr gute Lage, links abbiegen ist das Einkaufszentrum Qinmin, rechts abbiegen ist die Barstraße, Passieren Sie zu den Petronas Twin Towers.

Nette & moderne Wohnung. Ich reservierte eine 3-bedroom mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile und Lounge. Fernseher ist nur für Netflix & YouTube-Kanal. Normaler TV-Kanal ist nicht verfügbar. Haben Kettle (kein Tee/Kaffee/Flaschenwasser), Handtücher & Toiletten, Haartrockner, Eisen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kurze Spazierfahrt zum KLCC, Einkaufszentren und andere attraktive Orte. Parkplatz ist im Gebäude verfügbar, aber auf der scharfen & engen Umdrehung auf allen Ebenen vor allem für Großwagen, MPV, etc. müssen vorsichtig sein. Außen ist auch vor dem Kondo verfügbar. Es ist ratsam, die Nummer bei Ihrer Buchung zu rufen, um die Ankunftszeit zu bestätigen, wie sie auf Sie warten und Sie zu leiten, was zu tun, insbesondere die Einzahlung/Bereitstellung der Wax-Zertifikat. bevor Sie die Schlüssel/Türpasswort/etc & erlaubt in das Gebäude erhalten. Sie sind sehr hilfreich und einfach zu behandeln. Empfehlenswerter Ort 👍🏻
