Das Hotel liegt gegenüber einer kleinen Straße von Dorsett Hotel im Imbi-Bereich. Obwohl das Hotel umgeben ist etwas dunkel in der Nacht aufgrund der vielen Bauarbeiten, ist das Hotel sehr schön, neu und mit freundlichem Personal. Mein Zimmer ist das kleinste, aber das Design ist schön, modern und ganzes Zimmer scheint neu. Ich glaube, die andere Seite kann den TRX-Turm sehen, vielleicht müssen Sie diese Ansicht anfordern. Wifi ist auch gut. Der TV-Kanal ist sehr grundlegende mit nur lokalen Kanälen. Viele Bauarbeiten um, aber ich höre keinen Klang aus meinem Zimmer. Das Personal aus der Lobby, dem Revier, der Hauspflege und dem Restaurant sind freundlich, sie werden Sie wann immer sie Sie sehen. Gute Arbeit für das Team. Das Zimmer kommt mit Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist einfach mit Nüsse und Nasi-Lemak als Hauptkurs. Am nächsten Tag, da es Montag ist, ist es ein Essen. Das Personal ist nett, das den Kunden mit Kupon zu Dorsett Hotel für jeden, der es braucht. Ich nehme das Angebot nicht, weil es mit mir gefunden wird, das amerikanische Frühstücksset. es ist ruhig und entspannend, mein Frühstück dort zu haben. Die Ein- und Auscheckung ist schnell. Lobby ist klein, aber das Zimmer ist schön. Ich sehe keine Anzeige auf dem Shuttle zum Mrt Station, vielleicht muss ich fragen. Ich vergesse zu fragen und die ganze Zeit, die ich umgewandelt habe. Es dauerte etwa 10 Minuten bis Bukit Bintang MRT und Monorail Station. Dieses Hotel wird sehr empfohlen. Hoffentlich haben Sie die Chance, wieder zu bleiben.

Der Ort ist so wunderschön. Aber mein Zimmer hat Wasser aus einem teilweise geschlossenen Gefrierschrank und einen etwas durchnässten Teppich bekommen. Ansonsten nicht viel zu meckern. Ich genieße den Aufenthalt

Wir müssen zur Rezeption des Dorsett Hotels nebenan gehen. Die Mitarbeiter werden für Sie einchecken und Ihnen die Schlüsselkarte geben. Dann müssen Sie das Gebäude verlassen und zum nächsten Block (Wohnblock) gehen, der ein Drittel des Gebäudes dem Hotel gehört ( ca. 50 Zimmer schätze ich). An dem Tag, an dem das Hotel vergaß, mir die Aufzugskarte zu geben, musste ich zurück aus dem Gebäude gehen und zur Rezeption zurückgehen, um mit der Rezeption zu sprechen. Leider hat sich die Dame an der Rezeption überhaupt nicht entschuldigt, so die Erfahrung eines Kunden war dieses Mal nicht allzu beeindruckend. Allerdings war das Zimmer schön und hatte sehr viel Platz, und der Pool auf dem Dach sieht auch toll aus!

I love the lobby of this hotel. It feels like the living room of your own apartment. I enjoyed hanging out with my partner and friends there. The room is clean, stylish and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I also appreciate that they hired people with disabilities. Very inclusive. Highly recommended.

We had a few hiccups during our check in. Might be due to the staff at the check in counter. We changed our hotel room twice. First room, unable to open the door. We thought it was just us that we don't know how to access but how can it be when we are frequent travellers. Went down to verify with the staff on duty and she had even re-program for us. Went up to the room to try again and hoping this time round is fine. Who knows, we still can't access the room. So we went down and ask the staff again. This time, the porter with our luggage was also at the counter as he was also running up and down trying to locate us. Before we could say anything, he had a new room key ready for us and mentioned that we will need to change our room as the door has some issue and the next room will be access via pin code instead. 2nd room and yes we managed to open it and start to settle in. However, we can't help but to feedback to the staff in charge again. Our original booking was one king bed and one queen bed. However, we were given 3 single bed. I was thinking that I will just push the 2 single bed to make it one and shall make do with it. Next, I tried to turn on the aircon but seems like it is also stuffy. I thought I might not have point the remote control to the sensor accurately. :( Next moment, my boy went to the toilet and we are trying to find the switch as the toilet bowl area is quite dark. Eventually, we concluded that the lights would have blown. Thereafter, when we washed our hands at the toilet basin, the water flow soooooo slow as it was choke. I just can't accept it anymore. With that, I went down to feedback and want to change another room. 3rd room, the staff on duty said that the 3rd room can only access via manual key and even showed me the physcial key. I shared that I need alternative way of accessing if it is just one key as my hubby is working and he will not be able to access thereafter. However, she insisted that it is manual key and unable to do anything. When the same porter came to assist us, he told us that no manual key is needed as we can use the pin code to open the door. Seems like the porter knows the room much better than the staff on duty issuing the room to us. And finally, we gotten our original bed configuration (one king bed and one queen bed), lights and aircon are all in order. It might be a one off hiccups but staff on duty should be well trained to assist us. The check in process hoo-ha had resulted in our delay to the subsequent itinerary and missed the movie screening by 30mins. However, we wanted to thank the porter assisting us and trying to help us since I was alone with 2 kids on toll while hubby went to work.

Das Zimmer war schön, gut eingerichtet und ausgekleidet, und das Bett war riesig und die Matratze bequem. Die Kissen waren gerade richtig - Danke! Die zentrale Bettkonsole für die Kontrolle der Lichter und des Airconditions war nett, obwohl wir nicht herausfinden konnten, wie man sie in der Nacht völlig verdunkeln konnte, so musste man einen Handtuch über sie werfen. Der Aircon hatte mehrere Modi, die wirklich gut funktionierten. Alle Zimmeranenitäten waren gerade richtig - Eisen, Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Kleider, willkommene Obstbäume. Das Hotel gab uns 3 kostenlose Wäschestücke pro Tag, was sehr nützlich und sehr geschätzt war. Die Waschbeckendienste waren teuer - leider Par für den Kurs für die meisten Hotels - aber Hello Waschbecken, bequem nach unten, bietet einen ausgezeichneten Alternativdienst. Das Frühstück war auch kostenlos, und der Preis war einfach erstaunlich (siehe Bilder). Es gab etwas für alle, Sie werden nicht verlassen, fühlen sich hungrig! Viele Kochen waren beschäftigt, gerade vor Ihnen zu bereiten, der Wartepersonal wandte sich wie Bienen, und der Chef und Manager waren jemals anwesend. Großer persönlicher Service, nicht eine Person machte uns unwohl. Die Inbetriebnahme war flüssig und willkommen, und die Konzern und Türmeister hilfreich. Insgesamt, ein toller Aufenthalt.

The room was ok for my family. Not much selection for tv channels. Hand towels or small was not provided only bath towels were given. Should darken the partition from the master bathroom to the master bedroom. Cos the light was too bright in the bathroom and technically light up the whole bedroom. My child was still asleep but woke up cos the light from the bathroom was too bright. Didn’t even turn on the bedroom lights at this point.

Wir wurden auf Premium King und Twin Schlafzimmer aufgerüstet, da unsere Anfrage für zwei Deluxe King Zimmer im gleichen Stock nicht physisch möglich war (sie hatten nur 1 solcher Zimmer auf jeder Stock). Das Zimmer ist mit Electrolux-Marke Mikrowelle und einem größeren als üblichen Hotelkühlschrank ausgestattet! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist erschwinglich, nicht eine große Vielfalt, aber genügt für das Frühstück! Wir hatten es zweimal! Das WC ist besonders für Premium King Schlafzimmer riesig. Wir haben unser Gepäck in ihm geöffnet. 😝 Liebe, dass es mit Schrank und Schranken im WC kam, um leichten Zugang zu Kleidung und Toiletten zu ermöglichen. Es ist mein erstes Aufenthalt in einem Hotel, wo die ganze Toiletteboden nicht alles Dampf und Schleifen bekam. Es ist zu Fuß (aber nicht gesichert) zu Pavilion und anderen Einkaufsbahnen, aber für ältere Menschen und sehr junge Menschen kann müde sein, wenn Sie weiter zu und von zu bewegen. Die Entfernung vom Einkaufsbahn bedeutet auch nicht so viel überlastete Straße, so dass es pros ist. Kinder (die für mein 9-jähriges Jahr geeignet sind) genossen auch den Dachpool mit wunderbarer Aussicht! Foto von unserem Zimmer im 29. Stock und im Dachpool.

Das Zimmer war ein Deluxe-Zimmer und sehr geräumig, mit Badewanne, Duschkabine und separater Toilette, und jeden Abend brachten sie uns einen kleinen Kuchen. Das Badezimmer besteht aus reinweißem Marmor und sieht stilvoll aus! Das Shampoo, die Spülung, die Körperseife und die Körpercreme sind fantastisch. diptyque!Als jemand, der sowohl Kerzen als auch Parfüme liebt, war das aufregend! Was die Annehmlichkeiten betrifft, wäre es schön, wenn es auch ein Gesichtswaschmittel gäbe. Gäste können den Pool, den Fitnessraum und die Sauna kostenfrei nutzen. Die Dampfsauna war sehr schön. Ich denke, es wäre eine gute Idee, beim Betreten Badekleidung mitzubringen. Vom Pool aus können Sie sogar direkt in die Sauna gehen! In der Sauna gab es auch eine Duschkabine. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an internationalen Menüs. Auch frisch gepresster Saft ist erhältlich. Das Croissant war sehr lecker. Den Nachmittagstee gibt es für Hotelgäste zu einem ermäßigten Preis, daher habe ich im Voraus per E-Mail reserviert. Ich machte mir Sorgen, weil ich meine E-Mail nicht zurückerhalten konnte, aber ich bin froh, dass ich eine Reservierung vornehmen konnte! Ein Hotel, in dem ich auf jeden Fall eines Tages wieder übernachten möchte.

Nice location, near to city centre bukit bintang. But very hard to get parking. We parked our car at the nearest private parking (in front of the hotel) which cost rm10 only. (Please make sure u receive the receipt once parked the car bcs some people pretend to be the parking management and asked us to pay again when we want to exit the parking) pay once only yahh, during on your entry only! The hotel lobby is just nice and the toilet wasn’t available at the lobby. We booked standard queen room which is quite narrow but still comfortable. However, the wifi connection is very poor. I hope they could upgrade their internet package 😂. The amenities in the room is complete. But, we found a needle on the carpet in front of the toilet. I dont know it’s belong to whom but i hope whoever check in the room please make sure none of your belongings esp needles and pins drop to the floor. Luckily my husband stepped on it, not my baby. Haishh. The male reception also doesnt apologize on behalf of the hotel to me after i told them. Haha. Smooth check out process with deposit return. They give some snack after the process.
