Trevlig personal och rent, men fruktansvärt lyhört och obekväma kuddar. Man hör grannarnas snarkning. Mycket tunna väggar.

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind top. Auch das Personal ist stets hilfreich, höflich und serviceorientiert. Nur das harte automatische zuschlagen der Hoteleingangstür und auch der Hotelzimmertüren ,was dann im ganzen Hotelflur nachhallte, fand ich störend und verhinderte ein ausschlafen.

Hissen stannar på halva plan som innebär att jag var tvungen bära min tung väska iaf
Dessutom finns det ingen hiss heller för att komma från entrén till reception

We arrived at the hotel on 20/5/24 and stayed for 3 nights the location is fabulous 2 minutes from the main square ! The rooms are a lovely size and very clean . Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice I would happily stay here again . Staff are very helpful and friendly over all a brilliant experience,

I wasn't sure what to expect as the place is fairly new and I couldn't even see it on Google maps street view. So I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. I wasn't sure if the hotel had a proper reception desk. It does, and it is 24 hour. With very helpful and friendly staff who organized tours for me etc. I also wasn't sure if there was a breakfast room. There is, just beside reception. Of ample size and a decent feed. Mostly Continental, but varied and filling (7-10am). The rooms are a decent size and are spotless. The building itself has an elevator serving a split level style building. It seems to be an old apartment building that has been converted to suit. It has been converted well with modern amenities. Nothing feels dated. The area itself is very handy for the main square and is on a very quiet (easy to find) side street. I was sleeping on the first floor facing the front street and slept soundly. I am solo traveller and found this to be ideal. Would stay again, and probably will in the summer. Darragh - Dublin.

Great stay. Nice location in the old town and 15 minutes to walk to the central station. 24/7 reception, no trouble with check-in around 11pm. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, warm heating and hot shower. Very good Polish breakfast with hot and cold options changing daily, felt homemade. We would stay again.

Pretty good to be fair, very central to the old town, with everything easily within a five minute walk. Staff were helpful and polite - only went to the breakfast one morning more for a coffee than anything else only a small selection but it was free - so definitely nothing to complain about.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Room was a good size and clean, but you can hear quite clearly noise from outside the apartment and also inside of an evening - it’s not too much of a problem but if you’re a light sleeper something to consider.
Overall a good experience.

Great hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Always someone on reception. The room was spacious and clean, loved having a balcony to look at the snow on. Big bathroom. Fantastic location. We had a great stay, would recommend, thank you..
