The best thing about this stay is the location. The view of the back waters and the option to take a walk makes a huge difference. The staff were courteous and the food was good too. The only negative was the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The price we paid for such a quality was quite high. The consolation was the location. The room walls are painted directly without putty and has rough surface. There was fungus on the roof and some portion of the wall. The bathroom was not clean. The mirror was missing in the bathroom. The window screens don't cover the window fully.

The staff was very supportive and took extra care when my baby was not well and the manager himself took us to hospital and helped a lot in emergency situation.

The location of the hotel is the best, perfect for families to spend quality time together. The room was specious, the view from the room is the best.

Back water scene was good. Resort is nice situated at back water. We enjoyed a lot there. Food is like home food, no fancy food items. Overall it was a nice stay

Washrooms were not neat and clean. Same was the position outside the room. Moreover the service was not upto the mark.

Location is good but the behavior of the manager is very rude and the way his response is as if he us doing some favour the customer i will never recommend coorg lagoon to my freinss

We stayed for two nights in the resort and had a very nice experience. Cozy rooms, wonderful backwater views from your bed, simple, delicious food, beautiful surroundings.. what else we can ask for. Chandan the manager is always around for any need. We are looking forward to visit the resort again soon.
