Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

Das schönste Eigentum, das ich je besucht habe. Gut gepflegte Grundstücke und Pool. Eine große Thumbs bis zu ihrem ausgezeichneten Personal je bereit, Ihnen mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Ein gutes Frühstück verbreitet und schöne Optionen, um lokale und andere Küchen zu schmecken. Schließlich genügt es, einen 3-Yr-Alten mit einem schönen Spielplatz zu halten.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Le Meridien. Es ist unserer Meinung nach eines der schönsten Hotels in Kochi, direkt am Backwaters gelegen. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durch die wunderschön angelegte Natur im Hotel ist das nebensächlich. Als Titanium Mitglied haben wir ein Zimmer auf der Club Etage erhalten, wo wir auch Abends Zugang zur Lounge erhielten. Das Essen dort war sehr lecker. Danke vor allem an Abhishek, Sayed, Rohit & Veera für den tollen Service und die unvergesslichen Gespräche abends! Das Frühstück morgens war ausgezeichnet. Tolles Restaurant mit so leckerem indischen sowie internationalen Buffet. Auch hier ein ganz großes Danke an das Team, vor allem Tarun, Peter, Tufan, Sayad, Niranjan, Krishnajit, Anand, Abhusek, Mayoosha für den tollen Service. Das Hotel und der Aussenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein! Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten (außen/innen), ein riesiger Pool, tolle Wege zum spazieren in der Natur am Fluss, ein Schmetterlingsgarten, ein Teich mit Fischen und die Chance mit dem Boot auf die andere Seite des Flusses zu fahren. Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Zeit und bis bald. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Excellent hotel with very clean and comfortable bedrooms. The staff hospitality was wonderful all the people were very nice, checking in and checking out was fast. Both breakfast and dinner was very good quality food. Wi-fi coverage and signal was amazing in the hotel. The driver who pick us up from the airport Mr Saheen and brought us for sightseeing was very hardworking. It could have been better if he could communicate with us in English fluently and share with us the details about the locations he was bringing us to visit. The only negative feedback there was no cable TV which offered English movies, Zee TV, Sony TV and because the TV was not a smart TV we were unable to cast our mobile device to the TV for entertainment purpose. The overall experience was positive and we surely don't mind staying in Fragrant Nature Kochi again during our next family holiday in Kerala.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel im Zentrum von Fort Kochi, fantastisches Essen, schön restauriertes Stück Geschichte. Kann leicht zu Fuß gehen oder ein Rickshaw an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von hier aus nehmen. Das Personal war wunderbar - vor allem in den Restaurants. Das Front Desk hätte sich besser bequem erweisen können, hat uns trotz zahlreicher Anfragen zur frühen Abreise angetrieben, da wir mit Kindern reisen und dann ihre Zeit mit der Erstellung von Rechnungen, die uns warten. Sie hatten auch nicht zu viele Vorschläge, um sich zu sehen - so wäre eine gut informierte Concierge eine gute Idee. Der Spa war klein, aber gut und wir erhielten dort eine wunderbare Ayurvedische Massage.

Our stay at Tissa's Inn was truly enjoyable, marked by excellent room service, thoughtful amenities, meticulous cleanliness, efficient laundry service, and helpful security staff. The easy online reservation process further enhanced the experience. I highly recommend Tissa's Inn to anyone visiting Kochi for a memorable stay.

Ich blieb mit meiner Frau und Tochter, insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt perfekt, aber ich möchte nur einige wenige Dinge hervorheben, die verbessert werden können. Restaurant ist langsam, Lebensmitteloptionen sind groß, es gab mehr als genug Varianten im Buffet hatten wir immer die Möglichkeit, aus dem Ala carte Menü zu bestellen. Ich möchte Sangeeta aus dem Buffet Restaurant herzlich danken. Sie war großartig, sobald wir ins Restaurant gingen, sie besucht uns mit einem großen Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Sie weiß ihre Arbeit sehr gut. Reinigungs- Die Zimmerreinigung wurde jeden Morgen beim Frühstück gemacht. Unser Zimmerreinigungsmann Mr. Afazzudhin war der Highlight. Er sorgt immer dafür, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird, bevor wir von dem Frühstück zurückkommen. Er ist ein freundlicher und sehr professioneller Mann, den ich 5 Sterne für Reinigung geben würde.
