I had a wonderful stay at Luxo, Kochi. The hotel provides a modern and comfortable experience with clean, spacious rooms and excellent service. The staff was friendly and always available to assist. I also enjoyed the food, with a variety of delicious options that made the dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend Luxo for anyone visiting Kochi!

Vegetarier Menü ist richtig eingerichtet Wir waren hier für 3 Nächte vier Tage Personal hatte uns einen guten und schnellen Service mit ödmjuker Natur gegeben. Hygiene Wäschereien, saubere Lobby und keine Rauchpolitik ist gut . Lemon Tree Hotels sind gut in Kochi gut mit der Hauptstadt und den Randgebieten verbunden

What we greatly appreciated was that while the furnishings were traditional, the amenities were modern and contemporary. Owned by the biggest name in the antiques trade, mr. Majnu, who became a dear friend by the end of our stay, each spacious room is individually designed with artefacts reflecting its character. Alan at front desk and all members of staff were courteous and attentive, ever-ready to help. The location, on the waterfront, is in the heart of the old jew town of mattancherry, with the parades i synagogue and dutch palace a stone’s throw away. Its waterside restaurant is popular with in-house guests and walk-ins alike. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay. Rooms : 4/5. Good rooms with all basic amenities what you can expect for a short stay. Good bed, clean linen, clean towels and bathroom. You may not get very hot water; Only lukewarm water because of solar heating system. Location - 4/5. Easy access to Metro, Cab and Auto. Breakfast - We didn't include that in our package. Plenty of options available nearby. Staff : 5/5. Always attentive and supportive. We will surely comeback.

I contacted the hotel by email over 6 months before arrival requesting a sea view room and to be at the opposite side to the very noisy ferry that docks directly alongside the hotel. The hotel stated that they had rooms available. Two weeks prior to arriving I again repeated my room request by email. In both emails I stated that I was happy to pay any price premium over the standard room. On arrival we were given a non sea facing room and the room could not be nearer to the ferry which runs constantly from 6am to 10pm. The noise from the ferry causes noise and vibration in the near room. Despite my complaints the only concession I received was another room away from the ferry. I was not given a sea facing room. The excuse was that there was a conference starting the day we departed from the hotel. The manager was very ineffectual asking me to forward the emails that I had sent previously. I did this without any response. The hotel was not busy with guests on the two nights we stayed, the restaurant was again not busy. The inner garden area and tea room were sectioned off and a large marquee was being erected. The hotel did not notify that facilities were unavailable owing to the oncoming Conference. The staff at the swimming pool did not approach us to ask if we needed any drink etc during a 2 hour period of relaxing on sunbeds. Having stayed at the hotel previously in 2008 I was disappointed by the decline of management and booking staff. They spoilt my previous good memory and current stay at the hotel. I will not stay again.

The management of this hotel is excellent. They made my stay feel secure, friendly and family like. They receive their guests with a cold towel and make them feel that they have arrived at a restful place. The food was excellent too - especially their soups. During the course of my stay they included a guide - Rajesh - who was a local and so knowledgeable that he raised the quality of my 2 day experience to another level . The hotel is located to many excellent museums and I needed more time. The trip was fabulous and I am planning to go back! Special thanks to Akhil, Simi and Rajesh for making me feel taken care of and guiding me every step of the way.

Ginger at Kalamassery is conveniently located so I stay there regularly during my visits to Kochi, which s often every month. The staff at the reception are always warm and cheerful and welcoming. Including the security staff at the entrance - always smiling and helpful. I would say the same about the staff at the restaurant too. The rooms are comfortable and clean . A few times the room hadn’t been cleaned despite us being out and requesting it to be cleaned . I’m sure this can be looked into. Overall it’s a hotel I’d book each time I have to visit Kochi

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag, wir, wo es nur für eine Nacht war, und das Personal war wirklich gut speziell danken und erwähnen Geethu. Sie gab uns kostenlose Zimmer upgrade. Es fühlte sich wirklich gut mit dem Service und Aufenthalt. Wir werden definitiv wieder besuchen. Der Pool war erstaunlich und die Zimmer sind wirklich gemütlich Ein besonderer Antrag auf die ***Agement , Morgen arbeitete jemand mit dem Garten außerhalb unseres Zimmers, das war zu laut und störend, wenn Sie das vermeiden und zuteilen die Orte, wo es keine Gäste, die will viel besser sein

I stayed here for three weeks. This is a good value budget option. The hotel is very centrally located and is a safe place to stay. My room was medium sized and I was supplied with a kettle on request. There was a small outside balcony with no view to speak of. There was no fridge. The A/C was very efficient, as was the WiFi. Water was supplied daily. This place is very clean- well done to the hard-working staff who were all delightful: consistently very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!
