Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Ich war schon in mehren Hotels in Cochin in den letzten Jahren. Dieses ist definitiv mein Favorit: sehr guter und aufmerksamer Service, phantastisch gute Küche, super Breakfast, grosse und helle Zimmer. Ich habe auch den Pool auf dem Dach genossen und die professionellen Ayurveda Angebote. Das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Princess Street und dem vasco da gama square entfernt. Tuk Tuk 50- 100RS. Das Hotel ist in allem tip top und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehe genossen. Auch der roof top Pool mit Ausblick ist toll. Das Personal hilft in allen Belangen sehr freundlich und professionell. Auch bei der Beschaffung einer Sim-card wurde der passende Laden empfohlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel in Hafennähe und Zentrum von Kochi, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und herrlichem Rundblick, nicht verpassen sollten Sie hier oben den Sonnenaufgang! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet.

We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature. The room was lovely - very large and clean, staff very helpful. As mentioned in other reviews the location feels a little bit out of the way from the main Fort Kochi, but good tuk tuk tour from outside hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had some snacks by the pool and at our room which were all very good and good breakfast with lots of variety. Loved the rooftop pool watching the eagles 🦅

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and well designed. With attention to detail. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Look forward to trying one of their other properties.

Whilst the rooms are lovely and the staff on reception were super, the same cannot be said for the service at the restaurant. There was no cold water available and it took 45 minutes for my wine to appear. The food was delicious but the experience wasn’t great; perhaps they are being complacent.

Having read the reviews I was really looking forward to staying but was disappointed. The rooms are spacious and very clean but the service in the restaurant is really poor. I booked a table at 8pm and ordered and didn’t get my wine until 8.45 - having asked numerous staff where it was… there was no cold bottled water, small things that make a difference. The first nights sleep was disrupted by the noise of a generator. I went to an alternative restaurant for dinner on the second night but came back for a nightcap….and no cold beer! This is a three star hotel, not five…real shame

Enjoyed our stay on four week tour of southern India. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean although the towels were old and stained and needed replacing. We enjoyed supper both nights on the roof restaurant, the choice and price of wine was reasonable, the staff very friendly and efficient although the vegetarian choices were limited. Cochi was very hot, chaotic but interesting.
