Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

Restaurant ist langsam, Lebensmitteloptionen sind groß, es gab mehr als genug Varianten im Buffet hatten wir immer die Möglichkeit, aus dem Ala carte Menü zu bestellen. Ich möchte Sangeeta aus dem Buffet Restaurant herzlich danken. Sie war großartig, sobald wir ins Restaurant gingen, sie besucht uns mit einem großen Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Sie weiß ihre Arbeit sehr gut. Reinigungs- Die Zimmerreinigung wurde jeden Morgen beim Frühstück gemacht. Unser Zimmerreinigungsmann Mr. Afazzudhin war der Highlight. Er sorgt immer dafür, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird, bevor wir von dem Frühstück zurückkommen. Er ist ein freundlicher und sehr professioneller Mann, den ich 5 Sterne für Reinigung geben würde. Große Gastfreundschaft und Aufenthaltserfahrung. Eine leichte Rückzug ist, dass das Zimmer ein wenig klein fühlte. Recht im Herzen der Stadt. Frühstück war gut mit ***y Ausbreitung. Gute Service und Unterstützung von Frau Aswathy... insgesamt hervorragende Aufenthalt und Essen Erfahrung mit der Familie .

Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

Wir waren wieder im Le Meridien und haben uns - wie immer - super wohl gefühlt. Freundlich, sauber, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, bietet das Haus eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum quirligen Tag und indischem Treiben. Pool, gutes Essen, freundlicher Service. Als Belohnung noch eine Massage im schönen Ambiente. Wir erkannten die damalige ***nschaft, und sie erkannten und verwöhnten uns. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We satyed here f or a day as we had to attend a marriage nearby. The place is very clean and comfortble. Early check in was allowed. We had dinner in their 2nd floor restaurant and we had called our local relatives too. Food was mamageable but nothing great. We didn't go for the buffet spread as we didn't like the options. The place has no liquor permit. The inclsuive breeafast was just about ok. The service was poor. I ordered omlette a couple of times and it was never served. The staff was reasonably friednly and the friedliest one was the door ***. The palce has nice parkign facility underground.

Wir genossen uns zwei wunderbare Tage bei den Tissa’s. Alles von Lage, Sauberkeit, Lebensmitteln bis zu den schön dekorierten Zimmern sind top! Wir möchten das Personal anrufen - die waren super hilfreich bei Buchung Tagesreisen, Massage und Transport. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute zu Hause und liebten ihre Freundschaft, Lächeln und Wärme!

Wir blieben 2 Nächte im Gebäude. Ich reiste mit meinen Eltern, Frau und 1.5 Jahr alt. Personal war sehr kooperativ und Kind freundlich. Sie halfen uns, Babyfutter zu machen, wann immer wir es brauchten und waren sehr schnell in ihrem Zimmerservice. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut. Es ist fast gleich von der Festung Kochi und ernakulum entfernt. Ich würde dieses Resort definitiv jedem mit ihrer Familie empfehlen. Der Buffetverteilung war sehr lau, mit verschiedenen Gerichten auf der ganzen Welt mit traditionellen Kerala-Nahrung. Der Geschmack war nur perfekt und Brot wurde für Ihre Wunsch und Liebe gemacht. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr kooperativ und machte uns jeden Moment der Reise komfortable fühlen. Servicegeschwindigkeit war großartig, Sie bestellen und die Uhrringe innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Insgesamt, ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt und empfehlen für alle.
